House Rules

Longer Stays: Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days. Check-In and Check-Out: - Guests to provide expected check-in time - will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests. Guests to provide expected check-out time(latests being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental). Guest must view check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process. Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked. During Your Stay: Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm. Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building. Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges. Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

Great Positive: The property is really neat and in a quite neighborhood which makes it a perfect getaway. Negative: Lack of seating areas, except outside which is not perfect during rain or bad weather.

Negative: Our family booked accommodation in Auckland for a short trip with our children. Based on the photos, the place looked clean and well-located, so we decided to make a reservation. However, last night, we spent over 20 minutes in the dark, outside the accommodation with our kids, searching for the lockbox with no lights around, all while getting soaked in the rain. As a result, both our kids and we were completely drenched. Eventually, with the help of a customer service representative over the phone, we were finally able to find the lockbox and enter the accommodation. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by cockroaches, spiders, and other bugs. This morning, we tried to use the cups, but all four cups were stained and had dark residue, making it impossible to use them — not a pleasant way to start the day. Although we wanted to leave the accommodation today, we couldn’t due to our scheduled plans. We will stay one more night, although we do not wish to, and check out tomorrow at 10 a.m. Additionally, the pot was so rusty that it was unusable. We are very disappointed. Lastly, we would like to thank the staff member who did their best to help us find the keys late last night.

place was lovely and fresh and hosts were really good to deal with. we personally found one of the beds (black bed) to be very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. some chairs would of been nice so we could of sat down on either deck or just in the bedrooms. other then that was a nice place to stay

Great place to stay definitely would recommend if you don’t need to cook your own food, which exactly suits us, the place is priced very well, the bathroom is large and modern . The rooms are cozy and clean, a few mins drive to motorway and Albany CBDs. overall great place to stay.

The house is nice, the rooms are reasonable, and the bathroom is very spacious. The only thing is, we find it to crampy for the small fridge to be in the wardrobe and the tea/coffee (toaster/kettle) to be under the TV cabinet but it didn't bug us too much. One more thing, we find it a little uncomfortable for the 10 days we stayed there, we were only given 1 bathmat. Everything else is as expected. The neighbourhood area is nice, location is great (close to mall, bus station, lots of parkings), the entrance is easy to find, host gave us clear instructions for check-in/check-out).

Secluded and quiet

If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower then this is the place for you. The only thing I wish there was a seat somewhere. It’s not that comfortable to sit on beds with a coffee and biscuit, and watch TV, for longer periods. Great stay otherwise.

I and my two daughters had a great stay in Lambir, the rooms are very nice, the clean and soft beds, we slept very well, the garden with the decoration light is lovely, we felt safty when came back at 9pm from the beaches.Also very nice for the tea preparing, the girls love the chocolate packs. Exactly as described - two bedrooms under a house with a glorious bathroom. No kitchen/lounge area. Front bed is quite firm - I dealt with that by folding up the blanket and duvet cover to make it softer to sleep on. Other bed was fine. Great to have a fan in each room.

we booked that house to sit and relax and i asked them before that do you have TV’s in both rooms and they said yes we have TV’s in both rooms but when we checked in there was only 1 TV in only 1 room . i messaged TEAM EJ to ask where is another TV and they responded with “SORRY WE ARE MISTAKEN THERE IS ONLY 1 TV. Drawes in the cupboard are soo loose one of drawer when we opened it felt down on feet of my mom, ROOMS AND BEDSHEETS WERE SO STINKY AND THERE WERE LIZARDS IN THE ROOM 1 because of which my kid hardly slept . Overall poor experience we paid but not worth
