I would recommend Team EJ they are responsive, the apartment I stayed in was excellent very well specified and comfortable with spectacular views from the lounge, balcony and master bedroom. Very well specified with everything you would need for a self contained stay should you wish to cater for yourself. I would highly recommend Team EJ.

As the title says - amazing views! Unobstructed views to the harbour bridge and the marina in that direction one bedtoo Positive: Amazing views. Could quite happily Co time to sit on the terrace looking at the view towards the harbour bridge. Staff extremely helpful, following up and inquiring is there anything else they can do. Was very clean. Would prefer proper duvet covers than sheets over duvet option. Flat was very warm - gets all day sun - fans and air con provided. Parking options are independent of the apartment, don’t think that was clear to me when booking.

The place was sufficient, but was not very clean. Luckily there was a vacuum so I could vacuum the floors. The lock box is 2 blocks away in a rather uneasily accessible location. Otherwise it did fit our family of 4 well. Space is tight.

What a fabulous view from a very central location. For us it was always a bit hot but maybe the weather had something to do with that. If you want to be very central in Auckland EJ and the team’s place is worth considering. The unit does show signs of wear in the carpets and blinds. But overall good stay

Great location and walkable to most things in the CBD. Place was clean and had plenty of room for us as a couple. There is only one AC in the living area so it could get a little warm during the day, but we were out and about most days so it wasn’t a big issue. There were fans for bedrooms which helped. For price, location and amenities includes, I would highly recommend.

Leaky toilets that kept us awake all night. They sent a maintenance person who ended up breaking one of the toilets. Good location, beds comfy but no sleep due to toilet noise intermittent all night long… so disappointing that they didn’t fix it for the 2nd night.

The location was perfect for walking around the central city and exploring. There are many restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. The views of the city and the harbor are phenomenal! Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked for cooking. The host answered questions quickly and was very friendly. The check-in process was fine except that I was having some trouble with the GPS because of all the tall buildings and finding the key location was a little tricky. The check-in instructions were complete and clear. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great views of the city and harbour bridge, beautiful at night and really quiet. The check-in could've been a bit easier, had to go another block to pickup the keys with baggage and a toddler, hopefully they can find a place to fix the lockbox inside the buiding. Place is smaller than expected and in need of a really deep clean and maybe a fresh coat of paint. The views are great, but the Airbnb has no character, there's not a "home" feel to it, there's no decoration (two small vases with fake plants on it). A few picture frames from Kmart goes a long way. Location is fantastic, close to everything. Overall the Airbnb is good for the views and the location, but needs improvements regarding maintenance, cleaning and decoration. As it stands, for the price we've paid, I don't think is a good deal.

We stayed 5 nights at this stunning apartment in city central. The location is more than perfect for tourists, very close to train station and ferry terminal. The view is absolutely worth the money, just get a bit hot in the afternoon, so remember to leave the certain down when you go out in the day.

Lots of check in instructions but no mention of check out - had to phone to ask where to leave the keyOtherwise all goo Positive: Magnificent views -we were very fortunate to be on level 27 Negative: Key pick up from 18 Hobson Street was an absolute nightmare - tacked onto a fence with a very dangerous steep ramp (slippery and no steps) Can’t imagine an elderly person managing this Surely you could arrange lock box at one of the local convenience stores - would be out of the question to locate key if you were to arrive in darkness- this is an absolute must fix scenario. !

Air bnb was neat and clean in a great area, a little smaller than it looks in photos but was a good size for our group. Although their is one AC unit in the apartment it is in the corner leaving the rest of the place and the bedroom’s extremely hot. Check in could’ve been more clear as the lock box was not the same as the photo and the lock is very hard to open we had to use a screw to get the lock box open. Other than that it has a great view of the water and the sky tower and in a clean safe area of town.

The apartment is nice with great view. The location is very good, close to cbd and harbour. However, I have some problems locating the lock key (mainly due to misleading arrows in the map of the location of the lock key) and the lock key is not easy to open if you are opening it for the first time. Also, the booking policy is not flexible as the airline postponed my flight to Auckland to one day later, but my booking could not be changed hence I paid one additional night without staying. Hope the policy can be flexible due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. Other than that, satisfied with the apartment.

We stayed here for the World Cup. You cannot beat the location and the view. It is close to a nice grocery store, multiple restaurants/coffees, the ferry, train station… very easy to get to other places in the city. The place is quite small, but plenty of space for the four of us for sleeping and quick breakfasts before we headed out for the day. I messed up our arrival date and had us arriving a day earlier than we actually were (did not catch the date change - my fault)… but it was disappointing that the owner was not willing to give even a partial refund for the extra day, even though we were within the partial refund ‘window’ if I would have canceled the entire stay. Also, the check-in procedure is really inconvenient. The key is located on a completely different street so we had to have our friends watch our luggage while we went to find the key. Also, it would be nice to have more than one key. However, I do highly recommend staying here, and would stay again.

The location is very good and convenient. The lock box was hard to open for ladies. Everything was in good condition and would suggest to replace the sofa. The support has collapsed at certain parts and therefore some parts are not usable.

The views from this apartment were beautiful. Unfortunately the apartment was much smaller than we’d hoped from the photos. The lounge room is a bit of a strange shape and layout. The key collection being a block away was quite strange given there appeared to be a shop front of lock boxes next door to the front entry. The rooms were so small that the bedroom door hits the bed, and the cupboard are very tight to get in to.

However, we’ll work on improving those instructions. For the unit being smaller in size, it’s of the general dimensions all the other accommodations are of. However, we can understand that there might be a difference in viewing them in pictures and actually seeing the unit in person.

Won’t be returning back, even though the guy I spoke to on the last day of key return sounded lovely Positive: 1. I did like the location - although there was a crane in obstructing the view of the Skytower. it’s wasn’t entirely bad Negative: 1. First with the rate of a hotel, I wasn’t informed it was privately rented self service apartment 2. the rates were extremely on the high end 5 to 6 star hotel level 3. everything was bare minimum in the kitchen 4. the lounge had metal hardness that if u sat with a heavy bounce you will end up having a fracture. it’s a furniture that I will be sending away to the tip and the same goes for the beds - can feel the springs digging in you. 5. there was no parking for this hotel in the apartment and it seemed like the hotel management is pissed off with private air bnb style accomodation that they have displayed a big sign saying not to enquire with them re private accomodation arrangement. 6. the hardest part was to get access to the lockbox, it seemed like it was hidden on a steep metre high wall that you have to literally sprawl climb to get to it, lucky if you didn’t slip and hurt yourself. 7. the detail requested by the apartment mgmt was very personal and they couldn’t promise data security. I have belief in booking.com system but not any other unknown company so I was a bit terrified as straight after that I started receiving WhatsApp messages claiming they are the owners of this place - scam - shows the mgmt company doesn’t protect your data. I find this personally bookings responsibility when they vet their clients 8. the rooms didn’t have any aircon, the only struggling aircon is in the lounge and is facing away from the rooms, a lousy broken fan is providing and it was hot within the glass walls during the day time. regretting I can’t attach the whole heap of photos I took

We can’t say enough great things about our hosts Eric & Jason! I can’t believe there is any other place in Auckland with a better view!!! The place was immaculate and a absolutely perfect location. I had texted initially that I wanted to check in at 4pm. After a few weeks, my family and I decided to check in earlier. A few days before checking in, they text me to say that “based on a previous message” they’ll check us in later. Disregarding messages I had sent previously. The check in process was difficult, also the lock got stuck. The apartment was dusty, surfaces were not clean, floor was absolutely filthy, kitchen appliances, cutlery and pans were filthy. When I mentioned this, they asked me to take photos as proof and did not even offer to clean the apartment?? Kitchen faucet isn’t functioning 100%, needs fixing. So does the water kettle, the button doesn’t work as it should. We stayed a total of 5 nights and they had only given us limited towels for each guest, we were a total of 4. Considering what I’ve paid, if I had known how uncomfortable we were, I would have much rather spent x2 at a hotel - which we wanted to do, but unfortunately Auckland was fully booked.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a week, and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is clean and has excellent views. We cooked meals and the apartment has a good selection of pots, pans, plates and utensils that you'd require for basic meals. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and the sheets/towels were excellent. Showers have excellent hot water and the drains work as expected. We did some laundry: the washer works fine and the drying rack, when placed on the deck, works great. This apartment was very quiet: we never heard people walking around above us, and there are only four apartments on the 27th floor of this 30 floor building, so there isn't much hallway noise either. The pictures of the apartment are accurate, but we've conveyed to the hosts privately that some updating and minor repairs would bring this apartment up to 5-star status. We would still recommend staying here to family and friends. The hosts are very responsive and communications were excellent.

The view is one of the best in city! Although the apartment is tinier than expected, the view sort of covers it. It would have been great if there were more dining chairs. There was only two. The apartment was clean and the bed is comfy! really enjoyed my stay :)

The apartment, the stunning view (day + night) and overall experience I give 10/10. Definitely up there in my top 3 stays! Highly recommend if your lucky enough to catch a date available for you. The apartment itself was very clean, no dust in sight which i was amazed with as other places I have stayed at visibly only surface clean. It is fully stocked with everything! any essential you think of will be there in its spot. there are also 2 Wilson parking lots very close by to park your car. Thank you for being great hosts, me and my family would enjoy coming back again in the future 😊

Wonderful location, amazing views, photos are accurate, tidy and clean space, big TV with Netflix, the AC and fan were perfect and much needed as the AKL weather was muggy whilst I was there. Communication was great, and hosts were super responsive and accommodating when I only booked that morning and requested an earlier check in (I had to leave another accommodation early as it was dirty and unsuitable so it was such a relief to walk in to a well furnished, bright and clean apartment with all necessary ammenities). Parking was also relatively easy with plenty of car parking buildings nearby. Would definitely recommend.

You wont regret it. Had an awesome stay and definitely wont be our last. Everything was spot on and to top it of with the beautiful view of Auckland City. Close to everything, just minutes walk. We had a great stay. One bedroom is a bit small, so you have to make it work but the view from the flat makes it worthwhile! As a group of four we really appreciated the two en-suite bathrooms. The communication with the hosts was easy and we got fast replies when having a question. The apartment is centrally located and close to any (grocery) stores, as well as a close walk to the viaduct. We would definitely come back again, if we need an apartment for four in Auckland.

I have stayed here before - the views are worth it alone. its nice and clean, but it is worn. the carpets need replacing and a tile completely missing from the deck made it difficult to use. The building i like, a real mix of tenants, a real multicultural metropolis. id probably stay again as it on the 27th floor and you get a real good look at Auckland. but its time they spruced up the place

Hopefully an alternative keylock location could be sourced. It didn't appeal to us. The unit was clean but would benefit from a freshen up. The unit was dusty, the windows were dirty, I'm referring to the ones I could clean myself. My husband just reminded me that the tap in kitchen needs repaired, it came off in his hand however it appears it's been like that for a while.

the place is nice, u just have to check places for damage before they charge u $3300 for it. hosts are nice, the cleaners are a complete bitch calling u names such as dirty pigs. the place is nice tho with a slight view of the sky tower that u cant really see.

Disappointed- great views but that’s where it stopped, for the price we expected a high end apartment that was in good condition and clean, instead we found an apartment with a broken toilet seat, leaking shower, and big chips out of the walls that had not been repaired. We were not allowed to arrive early due to cleaning, which we accepted, but upon arrival it was very clear the floors had not been vacuumed and there was dust on every ledge! The apartment was unbearably hot as it had no air con and it wasn’t even summer.!! The hosts need to spend more money on the upkeep of the apartment. This was even more disappointing as our first booking had been unavailable due to Auckland COVID lockdown in which not only did the hosts refuse to refund for a service they could not provide, but we then had to rebook different dates only to have the hosts increase their rates ... costing us hundreds more!! Would never put another cent in these hosts pockets, there is far people better out there to support.

Beautiful apartment with views as good as the sky tower, and in a great location (about 1min to the centre of Queen St). Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, theres even Netflix included which we appreciated. Plenty of parking options available with 3 Wilson parking buildings within 100m. Hosts were also very helpful and responsive to any queries we had throughout our stay. Would stay here again!

Great location, fair price, good beds, room a bit smaller than appears in photos, lack of A/C was a real problem with the warm weather, room was extremely hot, even with doors and windows open, to the point our toothpaste in the bathroom was warm.....if we had a/c would have been awesome

Brett had stayed with us a couple times before so we expected a smooth stay however this was far from the case. They had a party where they sprayed the apartment in foam, sprayed the building cameras in it too which lead us to be given a warning and fine from the building manager. He then went on to say how much of an amazing guests he was and how our claim for resolution funds was unreasonable. Wouldn't want to host again based on this experience.

Place looks alot bigger and spacious in photos than in person, Could be fine during winter but during summer the apartment uses 2 floor fans for cooling which unfortunately isn’t enough for the awkward layout of this place, the floor fans can only be plugged in in the bedrooms as there are no plug points in general living area, there are 2 big opening doors but the position of them makes it hard to ventilate the place, maybe on a really windy day it will but most summer days in auckland and hot, humid and not that much wind, my wife and i stayed at the place for about 15 - 20 mins after check in to try cool the place down but with no luck, we quickly jumped back on to air bnb, and booked and new place from a host called the urban buttler which we highly recommend. Unfortunately host also showed no care after i messaged him saying the apartment isnt liveable and we will be leaving, he just messaged a review form. Quite stressful checking in somewhere then 15 mins later you have to try book a new place.

Our apartment is of decent size in comparison to many other apartment buildings in Auckland CBD considering it is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with decent wardrobe sizes. Many 2 bedroom apartments in Auckland CBD are smaller than this and with only 1 bathroom. We are working on installing an effective Airconditioning system for the apartment. I want to be fair about this review: there are some really good things about this apartment, especially the view over the viaduct and the America’s Cup yachts, and the central location, right downtown. The apartment has been designed to look lovely. However, there are some really significant issues with the apartment and hosts, and in particular the apartment is incredibly hot. We were there in summer, but I notice that at least one review has said similar things about other times of year. When we arrived the window blinds had been left open and the temperature must have been 40C. Basically the apartment heats up like a greenhouse. Worse still, none of the windows open so it is impossible to cool the place down again. We had a VERY uncomfortable first evening and a worse night. The doors that open on to the patio help a bit but don't allow any airflow to the rest of the apartment. As regards the apartment, there were quite a few smaller annoying issues that really detracted for us: • The carpets have lots of marks / stains • There was a broken and dangerous chair • The mirrors over the sinks are positioned so you can't actually wash your face in the sinks • No tea towels • One key didn't work which was quite annoying as we had 4 people needing to use 1 key • A pair of underpants left by previous occupants behind one bedroom door and not found by cleaners. Now, as regards the hosts/property managers: they are very responsive, and do indeed respond in under an hour, which is obviously very helpful. However: • the photos on airbnb are clearly taken with a VERY wide angle lens - even expecting that to some degree (lets face it, a lot of hosts do this), we were disappointed at how small the apartment was and how much effort had been taken to take the photos. If you look carefully at the photos you can see the beds in both bedrooms were moved for different photos to make the rooms look bigger. For me the size of the apartment is pretty marginal for 4 people. • It was a little irritating to get contradictory instructions for where to leave the keys on checkout. • I did not appreciate getting messages from the hosts everyday, especially a message offering a “special rate” to the airport of $85. I am not sure I have ever paid that in a real taxi - Auckland discount taxis do this trip for jaround $50, as do uber normally. • Finally, and the main reason that I decided to write this long review: I especially did not appreciate receiving the message below bargaining for a 5 star review. I think this is not ethical or reasonable. I don't think I have ever left a negative review on airbnb before, but the more I thought about the high rating for both the apartment and the message below, the more surprised I was that there seem to be so few previous guests who have pointed out the limitations of the apartment. Having spent a weekend in the apartment, I am very surprised that there are only two previous negative reviews. We love sharing our place with great people such as yourself and will be sure to leave you a glowing 5-star review :-) Sadly Airbnb actually penalises host if any part of the review is lower than 5-stars so an all category 5-star review really goes a long way and we’d be extremely grateful as this will help our little Airbnb business a lot. This apartment has the most amazing view!! This is definitely the one if you want a picturesque view of Auckland city and harbour. Glass windows all around, with great views right from your bed. Extremely close to Skycity and shopping down queen street. Bars and restaurants all in walking distance. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has everything one needs to stay in the whole time if you wanted. The hosts were easy to contact and very informative and helpful with anything we required. not great, wouldnt recommend this property to anyone Positive: only thing we liked was location Negative: the sofa is about to break, horrible condition the key was in a place where there is no steps, its sliding slope, any elderly would hurt themself. Had make several phone calls and as i couldnt get the keys, i had my 3 year old son outside whilst it was raining. Horrible service and apartment sofa is more horrible.

You have to find your own park an if you put it inside a parking complex you can't access your vehicle after 10pm till 630am. But that's city life for ya.

Great 2 night stay Positive: The location was great, the view was amazing! The management company were responsive. There were not enough glasses for 4 adults so i messaged them and they brought some up the next day which was great. There is a dishwasher! Negative: The beds were too hard for us.
