I would recommend Team EJ they are responsive, the apartment I stayed in was excellent very well specified and comfortable with spectacular views from the lounge, balcony and master bedroom.
Very well specified with everything you would need for a self contained stay should you wish to cater for yourself.

Amazing views. Could quite happily Co time to sit on the terrace looking at the view towards the harbour bridge. Staff extremely helpful, following up and inquiring is there anything else they can do. Was very clean. Would prefer proper duvet covers than sheets over duvet option. Flat was very warm - gets all day sun - fans and air con provided. Parking options are independent of the apartment, don’t think that was clear to me when booking.

Great location and walkable to most things in the CBD. Place was clean and had plenty of room for us as a couple. There is only one AC in the living area so it could get a little warm during the day, but we were out and about most days so it wasn’t a big issue. There were fans for bedrooms which helped. For price, location and amenities includes, I would highly recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Auckland. The location was ideal, and within walking distance to most of our destinations in the city. The property was clean, the view was quite nice and at 27 stories up, no road noise.

The location was perfect for walking around the central city and exploring. There are many restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. The views of the city and the harbor are phenomenal! Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked for cooking. The host answered questions quickly and was very friendly. The check-in process was fine except that I was having some trouble with the GPS because of all the tall buildings and finding the key location was a little tricky. The check-in instructions were complete and clear. I would absolutely stay here again!

Cuisine fonctionnelle, literie confortable, the, café, savon, shampooing et lessive mis à disposition qui facilite à l’arrivée.
Accès dans l’immeuble à la salle de sport (stepper, tapis course, vélo, rameur et poids, élastiques…), piscine et sauna, c’est très appréciable.

We stayed 5 nights at this stunning apartment in city central. The location is more than perfect for tourists, very close to train station and ferry terminal. The view is absolutely worth the money, just get a bit hot in the afternoon, so remember to leave the certain down when you go out in the day.

Magnificent views -we were very fortunate to be on level 27 Key pick up from 18 Hobson Street was an absolute nightmare - tacked onto a fence with a very dangerous steep ramp (slippery and no steps) Can’t imagine an elderly person managing this Surely you could arrange lock box at one of the local convenience stores - would be out of the question to locate key if you were to arrive in darkness- this is an absolute must fix scenario. !

The location was great, the view was amazing!The management company were responsive. There were not enough glasses for 4 adults so i messaged them and they brought some up the next day which was great.There is a dishwasher! The beds were too hard for us.

We stayed here for the World Cup. You cannot beat the location and the view. It is close to a nice grocery store, multiple restaurants/coffees, the ferry, train station… very easy to get to other places in the city. The place is quite small, but plenty of space for the four of us for sleeping and quick breakfasts before we headed out for the day. I messed up our arrival date and had us arriving a day earlier than we actually were (did not catch the date change - my fault)… but it was disappointing that the owner was not willing to give even a partial refund for the extra day, even though we were within the partial refund ‘window’ if I would have canceled the entire stay. Also, the check-in procedure is really inconvenient. The key is located on a completely different street so we had to have our friends watch our luggage while we went to find the key. Also, it would be nice to have more than one key. However, I do highly recommend staying here, and would stay again.

Everything we needed was there! Washer/dryer was super handy. The location is amazing! And the views were incredible! The bath was an added bonus too! Having to go home 😔 it could easily feel like a home away from home.

The location is very good and convenient. The lock box was hard to open for ladies. Everything was in good condition and would suggest to replace the sofa. The support has collapsed at certain parts and therefore some parts are not usable.

Amazing views, spacious, ceiling to floor glass windows, literally everything you need is available inside the apartment. Parking. You have to find your own park an if you put it inside a parking complex you can't access your vehicle after 10pm till 630am. But that's city life for ya.

We can’t say enough great things about our hosts Eric & Jason! I can’t believe there is any other place in Auckland with a better view!!! The place was immaculate and a absolutely perfect location. We had a great time here, perfect location and a great property. Pros were; great location, good wifi, great views, safe and secure, warm and dry, awesome communication from the hosts. Cons were; says access to the gym but supplied fob key didn’t work, tried multiple times. Furniture feels kinda cheap and budget. Overall a great stay and we’d stay here again, thanks team.

The apartment, the stunning view (day + night) and overall experience I give 10/10. Definitely up there in my top 3 stays! Highly recommend if your lucky enough to catch a date available for you. The apartment itself was very clean, no dust in sight which i was amazed with as other places I have stayed at visibly only surface clean. It is fully stocked with everything! any essential you think of will be there in its spot. there are also 2 Wilson parking lots very close by to park your car. Thank you for being great hosts, me and my family would enjoy coming back again in the future 😊

Wonderful location, amazing views, photos are accurate, tidy and clean space, big TV with Netflix, the AC and fan were perfect and much needed as the AKL weather was muggy whilst I was there.
Communication was great, and hosts were super responsive and accommodating when I only booked that morning and requested an earlier check in (I had to leave another accommodation early as it was dirty and unsuitable so it was such a relief to walk in to a well furnished, bright and clean apartment with all necessary ammenities).
Parking was also relatively easy with plenty of car parking buildings nearby.
Would definitely recommend.

You wont regret it. Had an awesome stay and definitely wont be our last. Everything was spot on and to top it of with the beautiful view of Auckland City. Close to everything, just minutes walk. We had a great stay.
One bedroom is a bit small, so you have to make it work but the view from the flat makes it worthwhile! As a group of four we really appreciated the two en-suite bathrooms.
The communication with the hosts was easy and we got fast replies when having a question.
The apartment is centrally located and close to any (grocery) stores, as well as a close walk to the viaduct.
We would definitely come back again, if we need an apartment for four in Auckland.

Amazing apartment with excellent view to the Auckland Habour bridge! We loved the view so much! The apartment is clean, and the two toilets with a bathtub made it a 10 out of 10 choice for my family! Wish we can be back soon again! ^_^

This apartment has the most amazing view!! This is definitely the one if you want a picturesque view of Auckland city and harbour. Glass windows all around, with great views right from your bed. Extremely close to Skycity and shopping down queen street. Bars and restaurants all in walking distance. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has everything one needs to stay in the whole time if you wanted. The hosts were easy to contact and very informative and helpful with anything we required. And very easy check in instructions. Great place to stay and excellent location.

Beautiful apartment with views as good as the sky tower, and in a great location (about 1min to the centre of Queen St). Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, theres even Netflix included which we appreciated. Plenty of parking options available with 3 Wilson parking buildings within 100m.
Hosts were also very helpful and responsive to any queries we had throughout our stay. Would stay here again!

Air bnb I would say book two days b4 for this place just so you well prepared for the hosts little interrogation but BNB was so awesome the view was just insane and not gonna lie even though I got a 4 hour nap it felt like a 8 hour one because the beds were that comfy
