I had a nice weeklong stay at Team EJ’s listing. While it is a quite small apartment and gets loud at night from the street noise, the location is good and the apartment has everything I needed for my stay. Check in was fairly easy but it was somewhat awkward to have the fetch the key from a minimart and drag suitcases there from the apartment entrance or leave them behind while picking up the key. Also, the separate check in form required outside of the Airbnb app was clunky.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay , great location! Very easy to find exactly what we expected based on the photos and the descriptions. EJ and other hosts were very helpful and friendly during the duration of our stay. Will definitely look at re booking this location in the near future when we come back to Auckland! J’ai adoré mon séjour ! Le logement est idéalement situé, en plein centre-ville on ne peut pas rêver mieux. Cela entraîne un peu de bruit le week-end, mais rien de vraiment gênant pour nous. Le logement est très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire, et la connexion Wi-Fi est rapide.
Le ménage était correct, pas parfait, mais tout à fait acceptable compte tenu du prix, qui représente un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit ! La communication avec l’hôte était impeccable.

Le logement est conforme aux photos, nous y avons séjourné durant 10 jours au mois de Juillet, et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir y vivre. Il est très bien placé dans le CBD. Le vendredi soir et le samedi soir la rue en dessous est un peu animé mais cela ne nous a pas déranger.
Je recommande !
Seul défaut : Pas de flexibilité sur l'horaire d'arrivé et de départ ce que je trouve dommage.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay in Auckland CBD through Airbnb. The hosts made check-in and out seamless, and their collaboration with the mini mart operator, Sunny, added immense convenience. Sunny was incredibly helpful, providing directions, key, and local insights.
The room, situated in a secure building, was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with amenities like an iron, washing machine, and a kitchen area. Though it got a bit warm, the hosts had the fan running and windows open upon arrival, mitigating the issue.
The prime location, just 7 minutes from Sky City Tower, made excursions and tours incredibly convenient. The area is bustling, especially on Saturday nights, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. However, the proximity to Sky City, the harbor, and recommendations like the ferry to Devonport and Mount Victoria hike made the experience truly memorable. Overall, a fantastic Airbnb experience with a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.

Overall great place. Is small but comfortable for 1 or 2 people. The area is perfect for someone visiting Auckland. The check in was convenient because I picked it up nearby the Airbnb. The space is clean and has the basic necessities. This listing is great for someone looking for an Airbnb that has a great location and nearby Restaurants/bars. Only complaint was the wifi often disconnected and was a bit slow.

Excellent location right in the middle of the CBD. And a fantastic apartment with more amenities than your usual AirBnB (well stocked kitchen and living space). The hosts were very accommodating and communicative and I was able to check in earlier than the standard 3pm.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien aménagé, lumineux et bien situé.
Cependant l’appartement n’est pas très bien insonorisé et on entend pas mal de bruit de la rue surtout le week end. De plus nous n’avons pas trouvé l’appartement impeccable.
Mais sinon l’appartement reste sympa !

I had a great stay here. The apartment was very centrally located, and had lots of natural light due to the large window.
The kitchenette was fully equipped and had more than enough kitchenware, which was great. There was even some oil, spices, and teas.
The in-unit laundry was great, and there was a clotheshorse to hang up clothing as there is no dryer.
It was very clean and well taken care of, and I would stay here again.

Team EJ provided very clear instructions on how to check-in and were really responsive on chat. The place was nice and clean though it was a bit small apartment. Had a lot of restaurants and bars nearby and very convenient location.

Team AJ responded quickly to all my messages, even when I forgot about the time difference and it after, they still replied. they know what their guest need. When I thought about the check-out, they sent a message with instructions. I hadn't asked yet! very pro-active!
The apartment was nice, clean, and compact. It is in a great location to discover Auckland from. To have a washing machine was such a treat!

Really nice and pleasant stay. The place is easy to find and check-in. It is located in the CBD within walking distance of public transport. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around.
The studio was clean and well-organised and was a washing machine. soldering iron and an ironing board, what was very useful for me.
Because this is the city centre, on Saturday night it gets really noisy, but what else would you expect it to be.
Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

This was a perfect place for my two week stay, the location is amazing, right in the middle of CBD, really close to everything. Everything was as described and advertised, the room is actually quite spacious, so you don't feel crammed in. I had some questions for the host and they always answered within minutes and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

This little gem in the absolute heart of Auckland is superb.

Was a very good location, the place perfect for one. Had everything you needed and was located just one street off of queen street so everything is easily accessible. I left my card in the room and they helped with returning it which just goes to show how kind the owners are. Would come back anytime. Pretty good for its price.

Super clean quiet apartment. It’s in a great location. The ferry terminal and bus terminal was walkable. Close to lots of great food, bars. And shops!

The apartment was great and any issues I had were attended to quickly. Next time I would probably stay outside of the city (personal preference) as the city is quite loud on weekends. Overall great stay :)
