Stayed here for 5 days, perfect for a solo traveler, overall enjoyed my stay! Pros: - convenient downtown location with access to shops, coffee, restaurants, and bus stations - detailed instructions including pictures of how to find the apartment - very responsive team in case of any questions or issues - pictures of the apartment are extremely accurate, all mentioned amenities were included! - plenty of cleaning products and cooking supplies. was super convenient to have coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and milk provided Cons: - bright and noisy at night due to location, but can easily be fixed with an eye mask and headphones - some parts of the apartment were dusty/dirty, bathroom towels had some stains, and some provided cooking tools were not washed after being used by the previous guest - not a lot of storage space if you have multiple suitcases

J’ai adoré mon séjour ! Le logement est idéalement situé, en plein centre-ville on ne peut pas rêver mieux. Cela entraîne un peu de bruit le week-end, mais rien de vraiment gênant pour nous. Le logement est très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire, et la connexion Wi-Fi est rapide. Le ménage était correct, pas parfait, mais tout à fait acceptable compte tenu du prix, qui représente un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande vivement cet endroit ! La communication avec l’hôte était impeccable.

Le logement est conforme aux photos, nous y avons séjourné durant 10 jours au mois de Juillet, et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir y vivre. Il est très bien placé dans le CBD. Le vendredi soir et le samedi soir la rue en dessous est un peu animé mais cela ne nous a pas déranger. Je recommande ! Seul défaut : Pas de flexibilité sur l'horaire d'arrivé et de départ ce que je trouve dommage.

I had a really good experience here. Excellent location, just a seven-minute walk to Britomart, making it easy to get around the city. The place is clean, cozy, and has everything I need. It can be a bit noisy at night on weekends since there's a bar downstairs, but overall, it was great. Team EJ is easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

I stayed here nearly a month and I can't recommend it. The core issue was the heat, the room was consistently 5 or more degrees hotter than outside with both fans on and the windows open wide, it reached over 30 degrees inside multiple times. When it rained and I had to shut the windows it was unbearable. Also having the windows open at all hours makes the noise pretty rough as your in the centre of town and near multiple bars. So trying to relax or work between the heat and noise is pretty impossible. everything else was more minor. The microwave didn't heat, some of tap handles fell off in use. the fridge door shelves repeatedly fell out of their fixtures. the storage area was filled with fans and vaccume meaning you lose the little floor space you have to your suitcase. quite a few of the surfaces were very dusty to the point they hadn't been cleaned in a while. it's also a minimum 24 dollars a day for parking. It's just very expensive what you're getting.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay in Auckland CBD through Airbnb. The hosts made check-in and out seamless, and their collaboration with the mini mart operator, Sunny, added immense convenience. Sunny was incredibly helpful, providing directions, key, and local insights. The room, situated in a secure building, was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with amenities like an iron, washing machine, and a kitchen area. Though it got a bit warm, the hosts had the fan running and windows open upon arrival, mitigating the issue. The prime location, just 7 minutes from Sky City Tower, made excursions and tours incredibly convenient. The area is bustling, especially on Saturday nights, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. However, the proximity to Sky City, the harbor, and recommendations like the ferry to Devonport and Mount Victoria hike made the experience truly memorable. Overall, a fantastic Airbnb experience with a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.

Ma notation est objective ! Le check-in est mentionné à 15h. J'ai prévenu mon hôte que j'arriverai entre 16h30-17h. J'ai dû attendre jusqu'à 19h30 pour récupérer les clés dans une superette de l'autre côté de la rue, Le lendemain matin, pas d'instruction pour laisser les clés (check out). La superette etait fermée, j'ai dû encore attendre et plus aucune réponse des hôtes ( ils ont fait les non voyants sur mes messages ) . Je demande un geste commercial mais aucune réponse ! Le service reste efficace seulement au début jusqu'à ce que le poisson morde à l'hameçon. Puis plus personne .... Très déçue, de plus le prix est très cher pour ce que c'est ! Mais le logement est bien rangé et propre.

Overall great place. Is small but comfortable for 1 or 2 people. The area is perfect for someone visiting Auckland. The check in was convenient because I picked it up nearby the Airbnb. The space is clean and has the basic necessities. This listing is great for someone looking for an Airbnb that has a great location and nearby Restaurants/bars. Only complaint was the wifi often disconnected and was a bit slow.

I had a great stay here. The apartment was very centrally located, and had lots of natural light due to the large window. The kitchenette was fully equipped and had more than enough kitchenware, which was great. There was even some oil, spices, and teas. The in-unit laundry was great, and there was a clotheshorse to hang up clothing as there is no dryer. It was very clean and well taken care of, and I would stay here again.

Such a great location! It was right off of Queen Street and only a 10 minute walk from the wharf. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. The place was clean and had nice amenities. L’appartement à côté a fait la fête jusqu’à 1h20 du matin. Seule réponse de Team EJ? J’aurais dû contacter la police. La rue (en plus du voisin) est hyper bruyante le week-end. À moins de pouvoir dormir en toute circonstance ou de prévoir aussi faire la fête, je ne recommande pas cet endroit le week-end.

Really nice and pleasant stay. The place is easy to find and check-in. It is located in the CBD within walking distance of public transport. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. The studio was clean and well-organised and was a washing machine. soldering iron and an ironing board, what was very useful for me. Because this is the city centre, on Saturday night it gets really noisy, but what else would you expect it to be. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

This was a perfect place for my two week stay, the location is amazing, right in the middle of CBD, really close to everything. Everything was as described and advertised, the room is actually quite spacious, so you don't feel crammed in. I had some questions for the host and they always answered within minutes and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

This little gem in the absolute heart of Auckland is superb. We needed to organise accommodation at short notice and Team EJ were fantastic. We had a great stay in this apartment and would go back in a heart beat.

Great location- super close to everything. Public car park is a short walk away and well priced if you have a car. Unit as described and happy to recommend 😊

The apartment was great and any issues I had were attended to quickly. Next time I would probably stay outside of the city (personal preference) as the city is quite loud on weekends. Overall great stay :)
