House Rules

Longer Stays: Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days. Check-In and Check-Out: - Guests to provide expected check-in time - will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests. Guests to provide expected check-out time(latests being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental). Guest must view check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process. Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked. Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval. During Your Stay: Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm. Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building. Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges. Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

I was very disappointed at the first night, because the WiFi password provided was inaccurate, I had to reach out to ask. Also, I woke up in the midnight due to the air con was not working. In the meantime, I appreciated the prompt response from the team and their authentic attitude to get the problem sorted.

Unbeatable views from a comfortable apartment Positive: The apartment was rented on a self-catering basis and is not set up to provide meals. Its location is superb, on Catalina Bay, close to excellent restaurants [I'm talking about metres away] and a fabulous artisan bakery. On the weekend there is a food and craft market which is great to visit [just downstairs from the apartment]. The ferry port is right there, which is extremely convenient for travel to the CBD. The journey itself is a treat. The apartment has a designated parking space, under cover within a parking garage in the building [on the lower levels]. This is a major plus especially when the weather is not good. The walk from the car to the lift to the apartment was only a few metres. The apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable self-catered stay . Views from the lounge and bedroom are outstanding. Negative: Collecting the key is a bit tricky, especially in the dark

This place is better than the pictures! The place is gorgeous, modern, clean, and one of the most pristine Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. One note that has nothing to do with the listing team - public transport in Auckland is very infrequent. The ferry is quick into downtown once you’re on it but runs every 1 - 2 hours. It’s a 30 min uber…I would recommend renting a car if you want to get around easier or just stay in at the apartment because it’s so beautiful you won’t want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The balcony was so nice while still being private. The place was spotless and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms were modern and clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. We enjoyed being so close to the ferry to downtown Auckland. We would stay here again for sure. The lockbox for the key was about a five or 7 minute drive at a different location. This was not a problem for us because we had a rental car.

Perfect location to stay out of the city but have great access to Auckland. Highly recommend the ferry to the city. Collecting keys from a different address is not advertised. So need to review check in instructions beforehand.
