House Rules

Longer Stays: - Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days. Check-In and Check-Out: - Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests. - Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental). - Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process. - Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked. - Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval. - Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time. During Your Stay: - Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times. - Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. - Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building. - Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges. - Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

I had a great stay at this apartment. Everything I needed was in walking distance, and I really enjoyed the pool and sauna. It’s in a safe location, next to a nice park. The only hiccup was when it came to check-in. I had paid and scheduled an early check in for 11am, but didn’t realize the soonest allowed was 3pm, so I ran into the cleaning crew. I was told that even though the check in was listed at 11am, that wasn’t approved and could only be 3pm at the earliest. I’m not sure if this is something that needs to be fixed on the app, but there was some confusion there. So no matter what the app says, check-in is 3pm at the earliest. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful, and overall I would highly recommend this stay. Thanks!

Recommend a Relaxing stay

Great location. Well appointed apartment. The pool, spa, sauna and gym were excellent. Easy access to the apartment from the parking space. The only downside was the stairs and no streaming channels. I had a heavy suitcase and I found it a difficult getting it up and down the stairs, but apart from that we had a great stay.

Amazing location, loved running around the marina in the mornings and the ease to get to the viaduct with all the restaurants.
I've stayed in the same block unit before and there is a great swimming pool and spa which make the place even more appealing to stay especially so close to the city.
New World supermarket a 5 min walk away, bars and restaurants 5-10min.

Nice little apartment in a great location that is walking distance from CBD and Wynyard Quarter. Actually feels a bit bigger than the photos suggest. Very quiet. Private under cover car park is a major bonus in Auckland.
Couple of points though, it was listed as having air-conditioning at the time of our booking, it isn’t. Agent was quick to acknowledge the error and offered to supply extra fans though. The temperature wasn’t much of an issue though even with it being 27+ outside, so long as you have a fan!
Also, we couldn’t get the grill to work and one ring on the hob has a broken knob. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
Bathroom is small as you’d expect, but good with an excellent shower. Queen bed is very comfortable.
Check in directions are slightly confusing as the pictures were not shown in the order you see things when arriving. But after walking around a few minutes, found the lock box and apartment.
Recommend staying here as a base for exploring the city or work.

Excellent unit great location with the added carpark made the whole experience like being at home highly recommended and will be booking again on my next trip to NZ.
Area was quiet and relaxing. New World walking distance away plus the pool gym and spa was amazing 🤩

Super logement ! je le recommande !
Déco trés moderne, côté cuisine tous le nécessaire pour faire des plats en quantité, plusieurs couverts.
Point négatif : c'est qu'il y a un chauffage d'appoint pour la chambre et l'espace vie donc il faut le déplacer à chaque fois.

This apartment is in a very quiet and comfortable location. And it also had almost everything I needed for my stay.
Also, Team EJ always replied immediately to my messages.
It was a good stay.
