Loved the view from the balcony, to watch a beautiful sunrise as well as the Sky Tower at night! Definitely had tons of fun with my friends here and it was a perfect spot for 5 friends to explore the city from as well as crash at night. I would highly recommend!!! We did have a tiny issue with the WiFi but the host’s reply was spontaneous and everything was back to perfect! 🤩

The location is conveniently close to everything you need in Auckland city center. While the apartment was a bit small for a family of five, it was still spacious enough for us to rest comfortably.

We had a good stay however floors were a quite dusty we have to vacuum & mop again as we have baby running around. However they were responsive every time I ask them for something, place are accessible to shops & bus stops what I like to and also good place to watch the fireworks not much people around.

Unfortunately our wifi was very patchy and inconsistent. Although the description stated it was suited for 6, the fold out sofa was extremely uncomfortable, only fit one person and no linen, pillows with slips or appropriate blankets were provided

Great location to walk around the CBD! Great price too for what you get. Our only complaint was that the bed in the en-suite bedroom was really soft/uncomfortable but that might just be personal preference. Thanks!

The team is very helpful and response quickly. We got 6 lives in there, so someone need to sleep on sofa, we requested for extra blankets and they deliver it immediately. It is clean and got enough tableware and cookware for us to use. It got dishwasher, oven, microwave and also got coffee and tea. The only thing need to improve is the television. It didn't work because the connection isn't good enough. Others are all fine. I will recommend people to stay here.

Positive: The location was good. The property has a pool and a sauna however unfortunately they were very dirty and gave my daughter a bacterial infection. The apartment had many home comforts such washing machine dish washer and smaller touches such as glad wrap, a blanket on the sofa available to use. The showers were good. Negative: The hosts did not rely to ANY of my messages reporting any issues. They never sent me a welcome pack so I didn't know how to collect keys there is no one there to greet you and it took a long time to be able to gain access. Both beds feel as though they are about to collapse and we had to take remedial action for the pain that our backs were in. Sleeping was not a pleasure. There are ALOT of loud noises that continuously go off both for sustained periods of time in the apartment and in the building that even woke the children and ourselves on many nights. The apartment itself has alot of strange noises, from the hob above the oven we could clearly hear some music that we don't know where it was coming from. There are lots of loud vehicles that rev around the streets mostly later at night that you can hear audibly through the hood above the hob for example. These noises were above what I have ever experienced having lived in city apartments before and we're all audible over the TV to the point where they woke us up or put us on edge. The Internet is very slow even with a booster. There is a TV so bonus and you can mostly watch it during the day streaming YouTube or whatever but as soon as people start getting home from work it slows right down and you can't watch anything as it keeps loading and eventually dropping out. I didn't like the fact that the router emitting lots of potentially dangerous radiation was on the bedside table in one of the bedrooms. The swimming pool and sauna were not cleaned once during our two week stay here and the steam room had a used razor and lots of rubbish on the floor so it was really obvious to observe lack of hygiene. We got a suitcase delivered to site however on arrival realised that this is not really possible as there is a large sign at the building office saying that they are not there to help air bnb guests etc. So they wouldn't deliver our package and the post box had been drilled open.

Perfect apartment to house myself, husband and three kids. Lovely clean furnishings, comfortable beds and perfect to sleep us all easily. Close to buses, city centre, food, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in when not eating out. It got a bit hot and stuffy but the fans in the apartment were surprisingly effective and it was very comfortable. The internet was patchy at times but wasn’t a huge deal for us, and there was a problematic beeping/alarm noise going off but the team immediately did would they could to try and sort it out. Great value for money and would recommend and stay again

Fantastic location and beautiful apartment. Even in April, it was very warm. There arent many windows and no air conditioning which was hard at times. Plenty of freestanding fans which we were thankful for. Small apartment for 6, but perfect for 4 people. Balcony is great with awesome views. Fantastic location and nice complex. 5 stars for the location. The view from the balcony is amazing. The decoration of the place is very modern and cozy. Just a bit scary of the painting in the main bathroom. The place would be more comfortable for a maximum of 4 people. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and my friend had backpain after sleeping on it. There was no space for opening two suitcases in a bedroom and we needed to put them in the living room and corridor. Overall we satisfied with the stay.

This apartment is centrally located in the CBD and the decor is very nice. I suggest only staying here with a maximum of 4 guests as the unit is smaller than the photos appear. The pull out sofa bed that pushes this listing to 6 guest capacity is a joke and only children should sleep on this. The sheets and bedding for the sofa bed were not left out in a convenient place. We searched in the closet to find the bedding mixed in with towels in old bedding bags and the duvet had a large black stain. The second elevator was broken so all 25 floors had to use one elevator causing us to have a 20 min wait one time and on average 10 min wait. The WiFi cannot handle more than 2 devices using it which also renders the tv as an unusable amenity. Key pickup is in an unsafe area where a man was sitting on top of the lockbox drinking alcohol talking about how much he hates women. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay before our international flight turned to an incredibly overpriced below avg acom

The space was accurately described and the unit looked like the photos. Only one elevator was working so that took a lot longer than anticipated. Also the building seemed to house a lot of students. We had a minor issue with the Internet but the team was very proactive in trying to help us resolve (which we did). The neighborhood was close to the Central Business District so there were things to do nearby, but because of that it was also a bit noisy. If I was looking to stay in the area again I’d consider this property. However, I’d likely stay in a different part of Auckland if I were to return.

The airbnb is just across the auckland town hall which is where the event my family attended. So the Location is just perfect! It's close to all restaurants and shops too, it's really in CBD. The check in and out instructions was easy. It's a lovely, neat airbnb, overlooking the harbour views. There was just an interruption at the last night stay as the fire alarm went off at 3am for the whole building, so we have to get out of the building, the fire services came and checked and cleared it, and we went back to sleep after that, thankfully it was just a false alarm. Besides this I still give it a 5 star as the overall stay was very comfortable and whenever I have questions the team replies immediately. Thank you.

Excellent location, and Team EJ were incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns we had. The place is cozy and clean, but note that it could get a little stuffy so it’s good to keep a window/the balcony door open while you’re inside. Also, the wifi is not the strongest, but Team EJ are very helpful with getting it to work at its best capacity. Lots of supplies and accessories already provided + easy check in and check out. Our family of 6 stayed here over New Year's Eve 2024 weekend. The location is perfect for access to restaurants & shopping along Queen's Street, Viaduct Harbor, the CityLink bus route, etc. Outside the building, on the street, was a perfect view of the fireworks from the SkyTower. After ringing in the New Year, we went straight up to the flat & to bed- can't get more convenient than that! The unit itself is very clean and well-kept. It is quite small but very cozy and offers comfortable beds to rest our heads from daytime exploring of Auckland. The Team was very responsive with check-in directions and an inquiry I had; even though it was a holiday weekend, they responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this unit & its management team.

As much as I want to leave a 5 star review, unfortunately I cant. The place is a decent place to stay and looks clean on the first glance. But there is a lingering smell of curry everytime we enter the unit., and cutleries were dirty. I feel bad giving this review but I have to give it so it can be improved.

The smell of curry appears to have travelled from the neighbors through the hallway as this was no longer evident when the cleaners came to check on your check out date. Absolutely loved my stay at this fantastic Airbnb apartment in Auckland! The location was unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The apartment itself was immaculate, stylishly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The place was easy to find as it is centrally located. Very convenient. Everything was clean and the place was comfortable for a family of 6. Host was also very responsive. Once again, thank you very much for hosting us.

Excellent location in the CBD. Walking access to everything! The apartment is very high so there are not noises from the street. Everything was clean and tidy, and it has amazing views! Will definitely recommend it! Thanks

I had the pleasure of staying at your Airbnb and let me tell you, it was cleaner than a whistle! I could practically see my reflection in every surface. The guest instructions were so clear, I felt like I was on a top-secret mission to unlock the comfiest bed ever. I even had a dream that the cleaning fairies came in at night to keep everything spotless. Thanks for making my stay squeaky clean and absolutely hilarious!

Had a great time staying here for a few weeks, felt right at home and cozy. The apartment had everything we needed and the study was really great for our stay. There is a beeping noise that happens constantly, however we got used to it by the end of it and didn't bother us as much. The food court on the ground floor is great, super convenient. During my stay Team EJ had great communication from booking to checkout. Both fast at giving information and answering any questions. There was a bit of a problem connecting to the wifi but they answered me asap and got it working. We did end up running out of toilet paper so I think there should be more incase. The location is perfect if you want to be in the city. Walkable distance to many different shops and can come back to the apartment at anytime. Overall the place was great. A nice, easy check-in with clear instructions. The apartment was a bit smaller than I imagined but still perfect for the weekend. My friends and I agree that it was a nice, comfortable and homely place with a good view of the city. We definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again.

Wir waren zu fünft und auch zu sechs in der Unterkunft von Team EJ und für den Preis war das Apartment ein Traum. Man hatte Blick auf das Meer, zwei Badezimmer, einen sehr ausgestatteten Fernseher und sogar ein Arbeitszimmer. Man war innerhalb von 2 Minuten im CBD. Was etwas gestört hat, ist ein relativ lautes Piepen, welches immer wieder auftrat ohne bekannten Grund. Das lag wahrscheinlich an dem Gebäude, anstatt der Wohnung. Sonst waren wir mehr als zufrieden!

The host was amazing at replying and checking in! 10/10 would recommend staying here, looked just like the photos. Room wasn’t cleaned fully but it was booked on the day so I can’t complain about that. Overall super clean and felt right at home. Great spot to walk around Auckland as well

We needed accommodation very quickly and this apartment was ready and available as soon as we booked which was a life saver. It was a lovely wee apartment which was tastefully decorated. However a few things that impacted stay were: Heating - the unit could be cold and the only form of heating was a small noisy fan heater. Nor were their extra blankets or electric blankets on the beds. So for those that feel the cold like myself, it was hard to get warm. WiFi - this was very poor. We eventually found the router in a wardrobe so helped a little to take the router out of the wardrobe. WiFi better when in the bedroom compared to sitting in the lounge. Mattress - one bed mattress had a mattress protector on it however when we stripped the bed we used, we found mattress was bare and had several stains all over the mattress which was very unpleasant to discover. If these issues can be resolved then would recommend however currently won't returning, particularly for the price.
