Clean, cozy & quiet. Lovely comfortable beds, quiet location, well appointed, had everything we needed. I was a bit anxious about the parking situation, but there were plenty of free on street parking spaces within a 1 minute walk, right outside the police station, so felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

Lovely place and responsive hosts! Loved the views and great cozy place close to shops, restaurants, hospital and right across from a Samoan church. We traveled from Samoa to visit my father who was in hospital and the Cloud Loft was the right place that we needed for our short stay! I got lost a little looking for the lockbox but I think that was just due to me not being familiar with the place and it was night time 😅 other than that it was a great experience overall!!

Was smaller than I expected and didn’t have the view we were expecting from the photos. The location was also 45 minutes from the CBD, when the listing said it was 20 minutes… the exhaust fan was broken so it was humid and stuff in the bathroom

Epic apartment! We loved it. The view is so amazing.... Close to Piha, Kare Kare, Anawhata etc and obviously the shops and eateries. If you are there on a Thursday go check the Henderson Night markets. Thoroughly recommend staying here. Will be back later in year...thanks Team.

Sadly I didn't get to stay this time at Cloud Loft apartment however the communication leading up to and after the dates I had booked was very clear, open and transparent, I already know the area well so I didn't need any further details, I sent a late request to include my sister and her daughter into the booking which I received a prompt response from Team EJ that this was no problem at all I wish I could have stayed but physically I could not due to recent hip surgery. Thank you Team EJ for your quick, friendly responses to my many emails, if I get another chance I would gladly book and stay at Cloud Loft. Maybe one suggestion would be to include parking within the new sight planned a few doors down from your current location but otherwise an easy book, check-in process. Thank You All

apart from the checking process this was great. however 2 problens on checking in. 1. lock box code was incorrect 2. On a Sunday night the elevators did not work, we had a small child and a lot of luggage. the apartment was on the 12 floor. at was 11pm at night. to my surprise they answered the phone at 11pm on a sunday and seem to.have oncall staff at all times. After some discussion and a few ring backs they offered us other accommodation. we had already moved to staying with a relative at this point, but I was surprised at the commitment to providing an alternative at 11pm on a sunday. ultimately they refunded a night accommodation and we were able to checking the next day as the elevators were repaired.

Nothing to complain about at all!!. little bit of trouble getting in but the host responded in seconds, making very easy. Place was nice and clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Food and shops were close, wonderful little patisserie downstairs.

My family and I had the most relaxing time. From the moment we stepped out of the lift into the tastefully decorated apartment we felt at home. Opening the door and looking out at the amazing view is an ever lasting memory, we didn’t need to go to Auckland Skytower because we had it right out our window! We could never tire of the view at all times of the day. The apartment is in close proximity of everything we needed. My partner grew up in Henderson and it brought back so many great memories for him after 25 years. It was a truly special 3 days we shared here. Check in was clearly illustrated before we arrived making everything seamless. Street parking was great, be warned there are timed car parks near the building and we did see people getting fines. Jonah’s communication was amazing and helpful. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment and location!

I booked Cloud Loft apartment for my parents who stayed for a week while visiting family in Henderson. They loved the cozy apartment because of its proximity to the mall, train station, nearby churches and even the bakery in the building! It was also very secure for them which was a plus. We settled in very comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful view off the balcony. Positive: This property has an amazing view once step in through the door. I love how the place is very clean and felt very homely. We adapted to the place comfortably with no trouble with anything whatsoever. Schlüsselbox am Stromkasten hatte falsche Aufschrift, Wohnung nicht sehr sauber, von Luxus keine Spur, tolle Betten, Restwasser in Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, schlechte Hygiene, fleckiges Sofa, total verstauber beschädigter Sessel, Duschgel und Seifenspender alle leer, es wurde kleine Proben im Badschrank positioniert, leider nur 3 Stühle am kleinen Esstisch, obwohl klar war das unsere Tochter mit Freund zum Essen kommen sollten, richtig kochen mit einer Pfanne und einem kleinen Topf eh problematisch! Das alles wurde im Dezember 2023 von anderen Nutzern auch schon bemängelt, es wurde leider nicht reagiert! Im Titel der Wohnung wurde während unserer Anwesenheit der Begriff „Luxus“ schon entfernt!

It is a stunning apartment. Amazing view, peace, and calm. Good sized bedrooms. The only thing that we struggled was with the location of the keys. Modern apartment on the 12th floor. Good space for the two of us but it would be cramped with 4 people - particularly the dining area. Very good range of appliances (full oven, induction hob, microwave/grill, big fridge/freezer) but very few utensils for cooking - one frypan and one small pot. Plates etc were a collection of mismatched pieces but they were useable. The furniture was also a strange mixture. On the enclosed balcony, there was an Eames chair and footstool. In the living area, there was a corner settee which was well used but still OK. In the dining area, there was a small table (OK for two) a pair of old tubular frame chairs (one collapsed the second day), a very old, all metal chair and a short stool. The bathroom was good. Excellent shower. Nice towels. Modern washing machine and dryer. Bedrooms were relatively small but adequate. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage. Parking was a problem. Had to go 200+ meters away to park. Only one key provided.

We have a lovely stay at the cloud loft. Absolutely stunning views of the city and the apartment was spotless for our visit. A few marks on the walls that could be wiped off but besides that it was a great stay with great communication and simple instructions on how to get there and get into the apartment. Great place to stay overall would definitely come back. But it wasn't all perfect because of the previous people had damaged the place a bit unfortunately (didn't effect our stay).

Lovely place to stay, amazing views, great bakery in the building. Key safe just in a weird place. Parking ok, had to walk 3-4mins or so to find a car spot each time but free parking.

Great little apartment. Comfy couch and beds. Very quiet which is great considering be right on the busiest road in Henderson. Parking was a bit annoying as street parking limited, but managed to find somewhere to park each night. Had all the amenities we needed and was in a great location to get to everything. Would definitely stay again

Very pretty views, great location. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Highly recommend. Point to note however: no parking provided so you have to find paid parking - a little inconvenient. Otherwise a great stay!

We had a retreat in Tui Hills, along Scenic Drive, so lucky to have Team EJ’s place available and close! The apartment was stunning, very welcoming, very open, very clean! Loved the sunroom opening and being able to slide the door right open, taking in the views of the town! I must have read past the part about no parking, so was a mish trying to park. And sleeping through the City noise. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay! Great communication as well!

Team EJ’s place was perfect! We were lucky go find such a great apartment on an impromptu trip to Auckland from Australia to watch our son play Futsal for one of the New Zealand teams. We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such great value. The apartment definitely felt like home for the 4 nights and everything we needed was supplied. All amenities were fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. And the views - awesome!
