I will not recommend this place to anyone. We booked this home for five nights. The pictures do not match the actual home. There are bed frames/base missing. A light in one of the rooms were broken and upon requesting this to be fixed (as we were there for a few nights) I did not get a response. Everyone in the house had to use data as the WIFI was weak, slow and not reaching the farther rooms! On two occasions I was contacted to keep the noise level down, at 1pm and 8pm!!! Both times we were playing music and playing games as you do on holiday!!! I was absolutely shocked by this. After checking out I received a message from the hosts requesting an explanation for the broken light aswell as a door knob that was already broken upon arrival. It is evident the hosts were trying to scam me into paying additional costs. Instead, I have requested to be compensated due to the pictures not reflecting what was actually at the house, however they have said it’s under review. Appalling.

Didn’t quite match the photos that were presented, in terms of furniture available there were only 3 chairs at the dining and not enough couch space. But still beautiful space! Our family throughly enjoyed the outdoor space, grateful the weather was nice so we spent most of the time outside.

Our friends and I loved this place. Had enough space for all 8 of us! Live chilling by the pool and spending the sunny days out in the deck. We are hoping to plan another friends get away here. Thank you EJ and the team for a beautiful stay.

Unfortunately this beautiful home is in serious need of maintenance. Trees and gardens badly overgrown, pool needs repainted and was filthy. There were beer bottles in the hedges outside, garbage on the lawn, someone’s socks in the pool area. Inside we dealt with mice and cockroaches. The cutlery and knives and cooking utensils are very thin and blunt and of poor quality. One of the dining table chairs was broken and unsafe to use . We ourselves own a rental property of similar rental cost and this place sadly was just not up to what we expected . It is in sore need of better upkeep .

very good, but could be better Positive: Interior facilities were very good. Pizza oven was fun. Pool was a bonus. When gas ran out, it was replaced very promptly. Negative: Several items within the grounds were broken and/or not usable. A trampoline, a basketball hoop, a swing, a fire-pit with a circle of log-seats, a spa. Apart from the spa, they could have all been removed and we wouldn't have missed them, but the fact they were all there, broken was disappointing.

When we arrived the place was in a mess - Used tampons on the floor, toilets weren't flushed, used plates and stuff in the sinks, the fridge had food that smelled like it had been there from the beginning of time (bet the smells still there), dead insects everywhere. WATER DID NOT WORK, stoves don't work, half the lights in the bloody house don't work. Pool is practically unusable unless you want to contact a new sort of disease, one bathroom has a leaking toilet which we had to turn off cause it would not stop making a hissing noise. The onsite bathroom doesn't have hot water. Rabbit poop literally everywhere in the backyard, bunch of dead birds across the property. Does this place ever get cleaned? Open the SPA cover if you want an instant hangover 🤮 Props to the cleaners, got here in 15mins and cleaned the inside of the house in 4 or so hours (Yes that's how disgusting it was) and helped us turn on the water. I've never written a bad review in my life but this def deserves it

A great property with potential, needs a bit more attention to detail & upkeep. For a 5 bedroom property for 10 people with a large outdoor deck area you'd expect some sort of outdoor dining and seating adequate for 10, there was only a few chairs one of which was broken, & small table, luckily we had packed our own large folding table or else we would have struggled to eat dinner together. The shelter over the deck had a remote to open and close the roof slats but that didn't work properly, throughout the property there seemed to be cool features which had been neglected. The pool was nice but very cloudy, couldn't see the bottom at all which didn't feel very clean. When we arrived the stove wasn't working until we figured out the gas needed to be changed and did it ourselves. All in all we had a great stay and the host's were good at responding just needs a bit more love and care put in.

Had the best stay at this gorgeous property in Whitford! Not only was it a beautiful home but we enjoyed the extra surprises we found as we explored the property! I booked this large house so that my family who live all over the country could get together for an early Christmas dinner and weekend together unfortunately we couldn’t check in until 4pm, I’ve never had to wait until that time and so it was super inconvenient as the hosts would not let us check in even an hour earlier so we all had to sit and wait until 4pm. It was sparsely furnished inside with a small dining table with 6 chairs of which 4 were broken so we had to eat on our laps the first evening and after numerous phone calls and requests someone finally dropped around 4 plastic chairs at 5pm on the second and final night, there was only 2 wine glasses supplied so we had to ask for more, there were chicken bones strewn on the grass along with empty bottles and cigarettes butts from the previous guests in the outside pots which was disappointing. The outside was shabby and needed some serious gardening, it was definitely not worth the money paid and I would never book it again

Big house that could suit several groups to share the expense. There is minimal furniture as the house is for sale. The outdoor area would be great in summer. The pool is not heated as stated. The gardens need maintenance. The projector did not work and is now listed as such. No signal for the tv and without our laptop we would not have been able to use.

Spent 8 nights at this beautiful and amazing home surrounded by spectacular views. Close to shops and restaurants. Travelled from Australia for my niece’s wedding and was just 5min from the venue. All issues were resolved quickly. Will definitely come back.

•We had to wait for the house to be cleaned, and for a broken window to be boarded up. •There was no manual for the heating, so our first night was cold. I had to research for hours how the heater worked. And there were no extra blankets. •The shutter blind in the bathroom fell off as soon as it was touched. •The garbage bins were out the front and overflowing with household rubbish in the recycling bin from the previous tenants & the garbage truck refused to take them. •There were no manuals for any of the appliances.

An amazing home for our family. The first night was horrible, went to set up for dinner and nothing was working. We wanting to dine outside but the patio shelter shutters did not work. They had someone come over but the host was able to guide him through anything he was unable to close the shutters and did not know how to operate the stove and oven. The poor guy could even find the gas tanks, and was not getting any help from the host. There was no gas to the house so there was no hot water, no stove or oven. We ended up sending the guy home because it was so late, myself and my brother walked around the whole house before getting any reply from the host. I was gas lighted by the host, saying that they had checked prior to us coming that everything was working. We had to physically change the gas tanks ourselves which was such inconvenience, this was midnight, all we wanted to so was eat and shower for the night. Would never stay here again.
