We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb on Princes Wharf! The location couldn’t be better – right on the waterfront with stunning views of the harbor and just steps away from fantastic restaurants, cafes, and ferry connections. Great location, the set up was perfect, the unit was clean and fully equipped, no complaints from us. We loved it and will definitely book again. Highly recommend to others. The host was quick to answer any queries we had. Daily parking is a bit of a hike, and very expensive. I guess because of the location, and when it's cruise week you can't park in a certain area so you have to move your vehicle before 5 am, which caught us off guard, so my partner had to get up at 1 am to see if there were spaces available once all the party people had vacated area. Otherwise everything was PERFECT!

I was in town for a 4 day conference. This was a great place for me to stay as the conference was on the Wharf. Cheaper than the hotels nearby with the advantage of being able to prepare my own meals when I wanted. Having said that there is a plethora of places to eat and drink within walking distance

Team EJ are really friendly and responsive. The place was easy to find and clean and Exactly as described and it was in really great location. Even though it was in a busy area we still found it quite private and quiet which was a bonus. Restaurants and everything are really close and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great stay here. The location is very convenient, walking distance to restaurants, stores, the ferry terminal and the commercial bay mall. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer inside the unit was a big plus. Also, one of the few airbnbs in Auckland that provide a king bed. The bathroom could use an upgrade but it was satisfactory and clean. Would recommend this place!

Stayed for a couple of weeks for work. It was a home away from home. The apartment had everything I needed in a very convenient location for everything the CBD offers. The balcony was a real bonus, nice to open the doors and enjoy the space.

Thanks for the awesome stay! The apartment was the perfect location for being in the city - close to lots of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and the ferry to get to Devonport. It was great to have a kitchen with the basics and also an iron, ironing board and hangers to hang clothes up so I could make myself at home during my stay. Also a lovely balcony to sit and have coffee in the morning sun. A perfect accommodation for anyone needing to stay a bit longer than a few days.

Communication and instructions from Team TSH was excellent. Property is in superb location and looks as good in real life as in the pictures. Really well equipped with excellent cooking and cleaning facilities and had everything needed for a week long stay. I travel a lot and the bed and linen was equal to the finest hotels. Great place to stay for a city trip. Central so you can walk everywhere but at the same time quiet so you get a great night sleep. Eric and Jason are quick to reply to any questions. Check In is straight forward. Would stay again.

First time actually booking with Airbnb, luckily it was with Eric And Jason!
A bit of confusion at the beginning when booking but it was smooth once everything was confirmed. As first timers the instructions on how to find our room was clear and easy which was a big help.
The room itself was clean and prefect for 2 guest. It was at a nice location in the city next to the habour which was great. Walking distance to shops and great restaurants. Had parking which was a bonus as well.
Great host and it was great stay. Thank team Eric and Jason with making our first experience with Airbnb a great one to remember!

Close to the viaduct for great food and bar choices and of course the America‘s Cup.

We had a lovely 4 nights here, it was a nice apartment and a super comfortable bed, full size fridge and oven, microwave and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Nice and handy to the waterfront.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr gute Lage. Von der Nähe zum Wasser ist vom Fenster oder vom Balkon der Wohnung allerdings nicht viel zu erkennen. Parking ist extrem teuer und wenn es ankommende/abfahrende Kreuzfahrtschiffe von diesem Pier gibt auch ziemlich umständlich.

As a first time visitor to Auckland, this apartment was an excellent location! Many restaurants within a walkable distance and also a couple of grocery stores. Ferry buildings close by for excursions also. Take the ferry to Devonport for dinner! Britomart is walkable too for train. Air conditioning came in handy as Auckland was having a little heat spell while we were there. Although located in a busy area, Eric and Jason’s place is far enough away from the action that there were no noise issues. Apartment is clean and nicely decorated, pretty much as is in the pictures. Comfortable bed! You won’t be disappointed with this apartment!

Airy and well appointed city apartment with a large deck great for dining and a few drinks. Kitchen was a great space for cooking, bed was spacious and plush, shower pressure excellent and washer & dryer useful. Easy checkin and contact super fast. Clean, quiet and well appointed, this spacious apartment is conveniently located on Princes Wharf in the downtown CBD area and is within 5-10 minutes walking distance of Queen Street, the Britomart train station, the Ferry Terminal, supermarkets, and the Viaduct where you have a plethora of options for food and drink if you choose to eat out.
This place has great facilities for extended stays with a full kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine (and washing powder!)/dryer, aircon/heating, iron and ironing board - just like living at home. And for nights in there is a large flat screen TV with a Netflix account. The bed was super comfy with a mix of hard and soft pillows to suit your personal preference.
The check in process was easy and there is a luggage storage business downstairs for your bags for early arrival before check in/late departure after check out. Communication with the hosts before and throughout the stay was excellent - definitely appreciated the suggestion on my first morning there for where to find a good coffee. I will definitely come back again if available on my next trip.

This apartment was beautiful. Right in the wharf in CBD. Close walking distance to everything. Parking was expensive, but it’s the CBD, so I wouldn’t have expect any less. The host Eric was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. Apartment was fully kitted with washer,dryer, fridge, oven, dishwasher. EVERYTHING. Made it super easy and affordable for meals and cleaning. And For a CBD apartment it was very well priced. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful one bedroom apartment perfect location. Excellent commnication about check in and key collection. Access down there is busy and car park is extra but if you are visiting you can walk anyway. Highly recommend
