I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, there's a lot to like about it. comfortable bed, nice location, responsive hosts, etc. The big issue I had was the flies. I killed 5-10 flies per day, every day of my week long stay. The place was very clean, and they said it hasn't been a problem before, so maybe I just got unlucky, but this seems like relevant information to share here. I hope they get an exterminator and figure it out! I hope it's speaking highly of this place that I'm still willing to give it 4 stars even with that issue.

Make sure you get the email with the FULL Instructions - Not just a pin code! Positive: great location comfy beds quiet plenty of cooking implements I'd stay again...(now I know what to look for) Negative: As someone else mentioned MAKE SURE YOU GET THE EMAIL WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!! The email with a pin code is NOT THE EMAIL you need There is a follow up email that lets you into a portal you NEED THAT ONE!!! when you get it its great But when you arrive as a single female at midnight, with an email that says pickup keys from reception here's your code You expect there to be someone there OH NO! there are lock boxes and multiple pin codes you need to access the room, then the lock box, then the fob to the door at the bottom, the one at the top All hidden when you don't have the portal access email!!!!!!! The security guy, plus the guy on the phone were super helpful - shout out to them But then to rub salt to the wounds the email i needed arrived at 5am the next day, adn they day after that, adn the day after that...and even when I got home! Plus the place was clean, but could do with a deep clean and maybe the cleaning crew watching out for shower handles, edges, shelves etc

Highly recommend Positive: Great location, the set up was perfect, the unit was clean and fully equipped, no complaints from us. We loved it and will definitely book again. Highly recommend to others. The host was quick to answer any queries we had. Negative: Daily parking is a bit of a hike, and very expensive. I guess because of the location, and when it's cruise week you can't park in a certain area so you have to move your vehicle before 5 am, which caught us off guard, so my partner had to get up at 1 am to see if there were spaces available once all the party people had vacated area. Otherwise everything was PERFECT!

I was in town for a 4 day conference. This was a great place for me to stay as the conference was on the Wharf. Cheaper than the hotels nearby with the advantage of being able to prepare my own meals when I wanted. Having said that there is a plethora of places to eat and drink within walking distance

Overall a nice place to stay. We had issues checking in, we were given the incorrect combination for lock. When calling the management, they had to rush around to figure the new code. On the last day there was a fire drill which we were not informed of. We ended up locking ourselves out of the room. Getting back in was a difficult mission.

The place was clean and in a great location. Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working, and it appears this has been the case for some time as there was semi-permanent signage for this. the apartment is on the 4th floor which meant carrying all bags up the stairs when I arrived which was not good fun. Double check lift is working before booking.

The unit was exactly as described with a great bed and shower. It was clean on arrival with everything provided we could require. A convenient location, peaceful but close to restaurants, bars, public transport and shopping. The only downside on our holiday was the lift being out of order throughout our stay. It was particularly a struggle with the luggage getting up to the fourth floor. Apart from that I would certainly consider staying there again.

We had a great stay here. The location is very convenient, walking distance to restaurants, stores, the ferry terminal and the commercial bay mall. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer inside the unit was a big plus. Also, one of the few airbnbs in Auckland that provide a king bed. The bathroom could use an upgrade but it was satisfactory and clean. Would recommend this place!

Nice convenient location, but wouldn’t call the apartment deluxe. Toliet seat was falling off, as well as the flusher button on the wall. Bathroom had a weird smell. Quite a bit of dust on skirting boards & the bin was so beyond ruined, so dented and didn’t open, almost seemed like a joke because a new bin is like $50. Also had issues with lockbox code being incorrect & the instructions I was told to follow regarding check out were to leave key in room which I did, only for me to receive messages that the cleaners couldn’t find key in lockbox when I wasn’t informed to do so. Overall very average experience

We wanted to thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you Emma. Your feedback are greatly appreciated so we could make our services/stay better for future guest including yourself. We want to tackle on the issues you mentioned, regarding the bathroom having a weird smell and the flusher we understand that this is something that you are not expecting, however our cleaners never mentioned something about it. Prior to your stay, we hired group of professional cleaners to sanitize and get your apartment ready most especially the bathroom. Regarding the trash bin, we replaced it as soon as you reported and checked out. About the lock box code, we informed you ahead of time before the normal check-in time. We're regularly changing lockbox for everyone's security and we always make sure to inform our guest ahead of time if there has been changes like this. We understand that the stay went below how you expected it to be but rest assured that we did everything we could to fix everything as soon as you checked out. We could have also worked it out while you're in the apartment if only you informed us ahead of time. We were not given a chance to fix it since you reported it on the evening before you check out. But still, these feedback helps us to be better and we are thankful for it. You're welcome to comeback anytime and you can expect nothing but a truly deluxe stay. Stay safe!

This was our first time to Auckland and the apartment looked exactly like in the images. The apartment was conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops and other essential amenities. A cozy, modern and comfortable place for a short term stay. One point that could be better is Wifi speed as this was slow and not ideal if working from home, however the area was peaceful and quiet which was great! Overall, we had a fantastic stay in a very comfortable bed!

Thanks for the awesome stay! The apartment was the perfect location for being in the city - close to lots of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and the ferry to get to Devonport. It was great to have a kitchen with the basics and also an iron, ironing board and hangers to hang clothes up so I could make myself at home during my stay. Also a lovely balcony to sit and have coffee in the morning sun. A perfect accommodation for anyone needing to stay a bit longer than a few days.

Perfect, quaint and cosy apartment to stay during Auckland lockdown! Lovely walks around the Viaduct and up to the Auckland bridge via Westhaven promenade. Easy access to cafes and supermarket. The Bed is just the best to sleep in!! Definitely will be back to stay here🌺

Communication and instructions from Team TSH was excellent. Property is in superb location and looks as good in real life as in the pictures. Really well equipped with excellent cooking and cleaning facilities and had everything needed for a week long stay. I travel a lot and the bed and linen was equal to the finest hotels. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

This apartment is in the absolute best location. It’s easy to get there from the airport, easy to jump on the ferry and so close to bars and restaurants of the viaduct and the CBD. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

This apartment was beautiful. Right in the wharf in CBD. Close walking distance to everything. Parking was expensive, but it’s the CBD, so I wouldn’t have expect any less. The host Eric was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. Apartment was fully kitted with washer,dryer, fridge, oven, dishwasher. EVERYTHING. Made it super easy and affordable for meals and cleaning. And For a CBD apartment it was very well priced. Would definitely come back!

Clean, quiet and well appointed, this spacious apartment is conveniently located on Princes Wharf in the downtown CBD area and is within 5-10 minutes walking distance of Queen Street, the Britomart train station, the Ferry Terminal, supermarkets, and the Viaduct where you have a plethora of options for food and drink if you choose to eat out. This place has great facilities for extended stays with a full kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine (and washing powder!)/dryer, aircon/heating, iron and ironing board - just like living at home. And for nights in there is a large flat screen TV with a Netflix account. The bed was super comfy with a mix of hard and soft pillows to suit your personal preference. The check in process was easy and there is a luggage storage business downstairs for your bags for early arrival before check in/late departure after check out. Communication with the hosts before and throughout the stay was excellent - definitely appreciated the suggestion on my first morning there for where to find a good coffee. I will definitely come back again if available on my next trip.

As a first time visitor to Auckland, this apartment was an excellent location! Many restaurants within a walkable distance and also a couple of grocery stores. Ferry buildings close by for excursions also. Take the ferry to Devonport for dinner! Britomart is walkable too for train. Air conditioning came in handy as Auckland was having a little heat spell while we were there. Although located in a busy area, Eric and Jason’s place is far enough away from the action that there were no noise issues. Apartment is clean and nicely decorated, pretty much as is in the pictures. Comfortable bed! You won’t be disappointed with this apartment!

Airy and well appointed city apartment with a large deck great for dining and a few drinks. Kitchen was a great space for cooking, bed was spacious and plush, shower pressure excellent and washer & dryer useful. Easy checkin and contact super fast. This apartment is extremely welcoming and close to tasteful eateries and nightlife. My parter and I had a very relaxing time.

Great location, easy to access shopping mall, coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Transportation was awesome as it is near the skybus stop and pier. Easy to check in. The house was tidy and spacious. Few cockroaches were found, maybe due to the nearby restaurants. Still, the cleanliness was good in general.

I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. Everything about it was perfect. Large space, great location, lots of amenities to last the three nights as well. Eric and Jason were also very helpful and made sure everything was okay. To sum up, great place with great hosts!

First time actually booking with Airbnb, luckily it was with Eric And Jason! A bit of confusion at the beginning when booking but it was smooth once everything was confirmed. As first timers the instructions on how to find our room was clear and easy which was a big help. The room itself was clean and prefect for 2 guest. It was at a nice location in the city next to the habour which was great. Walking distance to shops and great restaurants. Had parking which was a bonus as well. Great host and it was great stay. Thank team Eric and Jason with making our first experience with Airbnb a great one to remember!

Great place to stay for a city trip. Central so you can walk everywhere but at the same time quiet so you get a great night sleep. Eric and Jason are quick to reply to any questions. Check In is straight forward. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment and close to local amenities Positive: Ideal location. Clean and comfortable Negative: Check in process - hard for overseas citizens if no internet. Took me over an hour to complete Parking - you had to pay for parking which was costly if parking at the property
