Die Entrichtung einer Kaution war zeitaufwendig und ein großes Ärgernis. Ich würde die Wohnung kein weiteres Mal buchen! Positive: Wie schon von einigen Bewertern bemängelt, ist die Hinterlegung einer Kaution für Beschädigungen in der Wohnung nicht zeitgemäß! Ich musste meinem Reisepass , meinen Führerschein und meine Kreditkarte fotografieren und noch dazu meine PIN mitteilen. Es ist nicht sichergestellt, was mit diesen Daten geschieht! Ich bin noch am überlegen, ob ich eine Anzeige gegen den Verwalter der Wohnung stelle (weitere 163 Wohnungen werden betreut). Dusche spritzte Nur zwei Kochplatten und ein kleine Pfanne (war nicht einmal für Rühreier zu gebrauchen. Wohnung hat nur kurz Morgensonne, ansonsten Schatten.

I stayed here 2.5 weeks after I had sold locally and while I waited to move into my new home also in the same area. It was very convenient with enough room for all my additional belongings and with parking available. A wonderful view from the deck over the marina and out to Rangitoto. The only concern I had and now hopefully taken on board,was that there was no internal lock on my side of the door that accessed the other home/unit. I have asked if one could be installed for security reasons. Overall though it was great.Thank you

Spacious accommodation, large and comfortable bed with a great shower, super clean with quality linen. Generous deck and neat and colourful garden terrace. Just a single road across to park, beach and miles of coastal walking. Quiet but active area with Takapuna within a short drive for lovely beach walks, safe swimming, great cafes, eateries and boutiques. We enjoyed our stay very much and the deck, views and light bright accommodation were a bonus.

Beautiful view with complicated booking process Positive: Good location close to the beach with beautiful view and bathroom was really nice. A big bed with a lot of space. Negative: The booking process was stressful and a huge pain. they also required a deposit in case things get broken in the house even though there was not much to break. They needed photos of passport and drivers license as well as a photo of the credit card that we paid with.

This is a really well located little unit with nicely furnished spaces, super comfortable massive bed, fresh and well equipped wardrobe for clothing and shoes and room for other things. Everything was neat, clean and the view from the expansive glass doors is beautiful overlooking the marina with a partial view of the park and beach beyond, which makes for a gorgeous walk on sunny days. The gardens are superbly looked after, a pleasure do walk past each time coming and going. With the property being a narrow-ish shared driveway I was a bit tentative at first but with the very clear instructions received well in time it was no dramas at all to drive up and park and maneuver to get back out each time. The Team goes above and beyond to make sure you know what to expect upon arrival and getting settled. The deck has a great setting for eating al fresco in warmer months, shame I didn't get to enjoy it this time as it's still a bit crisp. Will definitely come back. Thank you for having me.

A wonderful house overlooking the Marina and Park. The beach on the doorstep. Quiet at night, good sunrises. A close walk to shops and restaurants. The owners live above the apartment.They are lovely and give you complete privacy. The Accommodation is run by a Management Company, not the owners.

Superb accommodation with the best view ever Positive: This accommodation is absolutely fabulous. Clean, spacious, comfortable, THAT VIEW!!!! We tried to book extra nights but it was fully booked and I see why. It deserves a 10 out of 10 for the accommodation for sure. The view is honestly the best! The hosts live behind/above the holiday accommodation and they are friendly and helpful. Negative: The payment process was PAINFUL. When we booked (2 weeks prior to arrival) they should have taken a small deposit and then the balance on the day of check in but FULL payment was taken on the day of booking (naughty). We had to take pics of our credit cards and passports and communicate outside the Booking.com platform (something BDC advises against!) We also had to pay a $300 deposit which then takes 14 days to be credited back to your account. The whole process seemed difficult and overcomplicated. We were told to contact our bank on Sunday evening; not practical. We have stayed in so many booking.com accommodations in so many different countries but this was by far the most annoying process. I would score it a 1 out of 10. Maybe provide a hair dryer and the kitchen could do with a chopping board.

The location is ideal – close to the beach and Marina, with incredible sunrise views. The Airbnb itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making for a hassle-free stay. The host's clear communication added a personalised touch to the experience. If you're looking for a convenient, cozy stay with stunning views in Milford, this Airbnb is a top pick. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would happily return.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly what we were looking for: clean, quiet, warm, safe parking for our rental car, and close to grocery stores north of Auckland. Instructions for accessing the unit were detailed and helpful, but when we arrived there was a neighbor's car in the shared driveway blocking the way. The neighbor moved shortly afterwards and it was never blocked during our 4-night stay so it was not a big deal for us. We loved the view of Wairaru Creek and the docked sailboats rising and falling with the tide. The walk to Countdown at Milford Shopping Centre and to Beam Cafe for breakfast was a breeze. I would stay again.

Such a beautiful home away from home. Loved the Seaview. Apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very big and so comfortable. The only thing I would say is please list that you need to pay extra money for more towels. 2 bath towels for 3 nights stay is not enough especially if there are no laundry facilities in the apartment. It was $20 for 2 extra bath towels. The rate I paid per night was also very high so not quite value for money. But I had a lovely stay overall.

The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Although we faced a minor issue with the portable room heater, the hosts went above and beyond to resolve it promptly, ensuring we were warm and comfortable. Their quick response and willingness to address the matter were truly commendable. Furthermore, they even provided us with a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, we greatly appreciated it. Beautiful spot - nice and clean- on site parking and huge luxurious bed - the bedroom can be separated by a sliding door and it was very clean and tidy. If you are planning on cooking it just has two hobs so don’t go overboard on extravagant meals as there isn’t a huge amount of bench space however it was perfect for what we needed and had a good size fridge. Our hosts were very friendly. It was 2 mins walk down to the beach and a short walk to the shops.

This apartment, while small, is well appointed and at a great location about 400m from the beach. Also, an easy commute into Auckland. The property owners are friendly and communication with the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this rental.

Really clean place, right across the street from a peaceful beach and park. It’s literally a 3 minute walk. The communication was warm, clear and helpful. Check in was a breeze. I appreciated that there was a good sized desk for getting some work done. That was a nice touch. I also appreciated the fold-up laundry drying rack. It was very helpful. Everything worked well, and it was very private. Lots of afternoon sunlight and windows all around. Parking was very convenient. The location was also very convenient for everything I wanted to do in and around Auckland.

My daughter and I visited from the USA. Our first trip to New Zealand. This is a lovely place to stay. It is a good sized open style apartment with floor to ceiling windows with a lovely view. There is also a covered deck outside with a table, chairs and picnic table. What we LOVED is that you can walk across the street to the park area and then just on the other side of the park is a lovely BEACH! A 1 minute walk down the driveway and you are in a beautiful park. Stroll across the park to the beach, and you can walk down the beach, walk in the surf, take photos - it is just beautiful! You can also park your car, which is nice in Auckland! The kitchen is nice, w/a microwave, refrigerator, two burner cooktop and dishwasher. There is no oven, so baking a frozen pizza isn't an option, but the place is beautiful! There are three big sliding glass doors that provide the view, and then there are shades that pull down easily for privacy. FIVE STARS. SO CLEAN! Comfy bed!

We were driving around New Zealand in our funny campervan and quickly needed a place to stay for a night. Perfect location with beautiful harbour views. The hosts were super nice and helpfully pointed us to the nearby mall to restock as we were running low on supplies. The tiny kitchen has everything should you like cooking dinner, breakfast or just have a cup of tea or coffee. Finally, we slept like babies on the comfortable king size bed and I questioned myself in the morning do I really want to leave now.

I liked the stay. It's just a 3-min walking distance from the house to the beach where I could enjoy every lovely morning. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. The garden around the house looked beautiful in late Nov. The community and the environment were peaceful. And, it was convenient to park a full-size car in the space in front of the house.

Positive: lock box is easy and reliable Negative: main gripe was method of payment which was a rigmarole and not necessary in the age of visa / mastercard. Eric & Jason have a beautiful, modern air bnb that they have made so cosy and welcoming. It’s in a great location with stunning views of the docs and gardens. Beautiful place. It is spacious and you can close the bedroom off if one of you wants to sleep in. It is really cosy and it’s so nice to have a view when you’re sitting in bed with coffee. The owners live upstairs and are really sweet, they will likely come down and say hi. A bit tricky that the company managing the Airbnb isn’t the owners… we struggled with communication feeling rather robotic and impersonal. But other than that it’s a fantastic place to stay and we definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

NOTE— Location and space was great but the communication with the host was poor. I had my mum from overseas come and 1 of the days she was without any power all day (no hot water, no fridge so stuff went bad, no electricity, no wifi , no tv, no lights … nothing) she knocked on the owners door to ask what happened and the husband admitted he knew the power would be off from the council and did not notify the guests. Super unprofessional in the lack of communication with this. If you have guests staying - you should inform them so they can plan their days accordingly… messaged host privately , reposted the issue and was ignored for 3 days offering no compensation for their inconvenience.

Great location for a quick swim at the beach. Very clean with a comfortable, large bed. I chose this space so I had a dedicated working space and it did not disappoint. With double glazed doors it was nice and quiet for zoom calls and gorgeous views to suit.

We only got to stay for 3 hours of our trip , due to having to return home for COVID - 19 level 4 lockdown 1. Owner won’t budge on refund for the second night ( even thou we didn’t sleep there ) or let us return For another in credit , after lockdown us finished

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend. We did not want to leave, beautiful quiet property in a fab location, a very quick stroll to the beach. Amazing deck that we sat outside on to enjoy a drink in the evening. Communication was great. Had a lovely lux feel, felt like a real home away from home.

Lovely spot, want to return. Positive: Location, views, comfortable, clean, warm, beautifully landscaped and presented. Negative: No duvet cover, just a sheet below and above which was not adequate.
