Beautiful contemporary home with plenty of space, comfy beds and great water pressure. We had 4 couples and our adult daughter with us and we didn't have a car. We walked about a mile to one of the grocery stores and took a Uber back. We took Ubers downtown to meet our tours if they wouldn't pick us up at the house. One of the few challenges that we ran into as we do frequently with Airbnbs was what to do with ourselves and our luggage before we could check in and after we checked out. The manager was able to give us a little extra time in both ends. To take up the rest of the time when we arrived we had a lovely lunch at the nearby Pah Homestead and our driver picked us up again from there.

This was the perfect place for our families to stay. Plenty of place for us to have our space. team EJ were always responsive and very accommodating. Easy to find using google maps with plenty of shops close by plus a corner shop across the road . A play area a few houses down was great for our grand children. What a great place. It was perfect for our group! Loads of room and well appointed bedrooms. The garage was a godsend as our team could place all their gear there! This space was perfect for our situation! Plenty of bathrooms for a big group of people and a nice, large kitchen and living space. The location is great! Close to all the necessities such as supermarkets, gas stations etc. It is a lovely, quiet place and extremely private. A quick, easy drive onto the motorway. Our overall experience was good and Team EJ’s was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions!

We arrived early in Aukland, NZ - we were able to enter residence 3 hours very scheduled check in - even though we had to pay a small fee, which was not a problem. The Airbnb is very dusty. The floors were sticky in the main living room/ kitchen. Bathroom on the main floor had mold around the faucet and so did the shower. There were not enough towels. The washing machine had a funky smell. The bedroom upstairs with the 2 single beds was not described as in the pictures. There was only one of the beds set up with the bed stand. The other bed was just a mattress placed under the single twin sized bed on the floor. No bed frame was provided for that bed. The sofa bed should not be considered as a bed. Poor support and you can feel the springs. The stairway molding gets caught on you as you walk. The outside sitting area is nice. I liked all the plants around the house especially the lemon tree. Peaceful area and a beautiful house, but for the price that was paid it was below standard.

This was a beautiful property that was well presented with lovely furnishings & very clean & tidy. A nice neighbourhood, that was close to a lot of things we wanted to do. We recently stayed at this Airbnb from December 6th to 9th and it was an absolute delight. The location is convenient, situated at a comfortable distance from the airport and supermarkets, which made our stay much easier. Additionally, it’s not too far from the CBD, allowing us to the arrangements without any hassle. The place itself is quiet and serene, providing a perfect retreat after a day of activities. We felt completely safe, thanks to the secured gate it shares with 40A, which added an extra layer of security and peace of mind. A standout feature was the responsiveness of the TJ TEAM. Their fast and effective communication greatly enhanced our experience, ensuring all our needs and queries were promptly addressed. Given the chance, we would definitely choose to stay here again, especially with a group. This Airbnb is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Auckland, combining convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Looking forward to our next visit!

Team EJ were proactive and professional. They were clear and very helpful with their instructions. The property was spotless as described and very true to the pictures in their listing. I give them an A+ for their hospitality and customer centric service. They were genuine in communicating the most trivial detail, which in our case was a malfunctioning window in the living room that was boarded to avoid any accidents. The team even offered a late check out, which was helpful as our flight out was not until later in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay in this vacation house, made our holiday that much more special. The property was perfect for our large whānau group. We settled in quickly and everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the communal area. It was spacious, allowing us all to spend time together. The outdoor spaces were great breakout areas and the upstairs lounge also provided a great breakout space. A couple of us were able to Zoom for meetings and not be disturbed by the group. The property is really central, we were close to Auckland Central and South Auckland too. We had a few minor issues which were resolved super quick! Will probably book again in the future!

Excellent, spacious house. Really suited our family stay which was mainly adults. I enjoyed the features such as the in-built sound system and my sisters really liked the water pressure in the showers. Great to have so many rooms with their own ensuite so that we weren't getting in each others way for the bathroom! Very convenient location yet private and secure so that we could relax. Great to be able to park the car in the garage, off the street - made it much more convenient for getting out and about with our toddler, although the turning space was a little tight. The right mix of furniture - nice big dining room table so we could share a meal and play cards. Great set of lounge seats for relaxing, reading our books and watching TV.

Amazing host. The place was as described and very flexible as well. He changed our check out time which was a great help. The rooms were clean and so was the kitchen bathroom and the living room. Absolutely stunning property that met our large Pacific family’s needs in terms of space, room sizes, amenities and being open plan. Beautiful well kept and cared for home in a very secure and private location. We walked in and it felt like we were in our dream home - the kids didn’t want to leave. Everything we needed was there. Team EJ were amazing hosts - checked in with us on day 1 to make sure we were settled in and everything was ok, prompt responses to any queries we had, provided super easy to follow check in/out and access instructions, really made us feel welcome and at home! very easy check in, a resident cat in the area (not inside) kept us entertained! we loved the living area that left a ton of space for our group of 10 to hang out, cook, and enjoy ourselves! thank you to the team for your comfortable home! only note - there is parking at the house, but the driveway is a little tight! definitely not a fault of the team, but I would recommend backing in for an easier exit! it took us a little bit to back out bcause of the space. otherwise a great space!

Good location. Quite close to neighbours. Single beds not great. Fold out bed not that great. All beds are queen, would be better if they were king or super king.. limited bedding - would have like access to extra blankets as the nights were cold. Extra towels would have been appreciated - two per person (hair & body). Limited kitchen equipment.. nice platters and small serving dishes would have been nice. We could not find a garage remote? Had to run through the rain to close the garage and get into the car! Dairy with minimal supplies just across the road is convenient if they have what you are after. We ran out of toilet paper! We had booked for 5 days 8 people .. needed additional supplies! The toilet seat cover in the master bedroom falls down in you back all the time!! All in all not so sure this house was value for money, needs a good clean from top to bottom.

We had a great stay.We were there for our sons wedding so it was a busy few days. The place was clean and tidy and a quiet area and we were happy . However there weren't enough towels, tea towels or blankets . We had to borrow some towels and buy some tea towels. Team AJ was very helpful thankyou. This place is more than what we expected! The house is very clean. The kitchen is very well organized with drawers and cupboards labeled. The beds are very comfortable.There was plenty of room for my large family. I had siblings from different countries who enjoyed the stay. The place is close to the airport,mall and restaurants. Even with neighbors in close proximity,the place is very peaceful and quiet with the herb garden flowers and greenery surrounding the place. I highly recommend this beautiful home away from home. Beautiful house and strategic location. The house comes with complete amenities and all kitchen equipments. The toilets are clean and comfortable to use. This house was perfect for our group of adults with everyone getting their own beautiful room and the 4 bathrooms were just wonderful. The living area is also great and the kitchen very well stocked. It’s in a great location being close to the city and airport with a supermarket close by. The house is very clean and bright and whilst not large the outdoor area was also lovely. The driveway can be a bit tricky getting out of although it was great having a garage with indoor access. We’d definitely stay again if back in Auckland.

Big space in a great central location. We had a large multigenerational family group that felt at home while there. Lovely bathrooms and comfy beds. Coffee pod machine and large gas burner stove great for big group. Plenty of crockery and utensils. Only negative was there was no functional dishwasher which would have been a big help with so much meal prep. Hosts are good communicators. Check in and out was easy.

What a lovely, quality home! Good location relative to events at Eden Park and close enough to the city. Perfect for a work trip of 5 or a few days away with 5 couples. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and plenty of living space made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Eric and Jason’s place was amazing in all aspects! It was exactly described in the listing, very big home and modern design. It was very clean and had all ammenities and utilities one would need for any stay short term or long term. Eric and Jason were also very responsive via communication and were willing to help in anyway to make our stay comfortable. My family of 8 stayed at this Airbnb and it felt very luxurious but also like home too; we didn’t want to leave. Next time we are back in NZ, we will definitely be looking for this Airbnb to stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was immaculate, fantastic location and very well equiped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was also super efficient and very helpful. The house manual had all the information you needed down to the smallest detail. We will definitely be booking here again when we come to Auckland!

Absolutely stunning property! Immaculately presented and very clean. This house is super spacious and meant that we could have the whole family stay together. Large rooms, beautiful bathrooms, latest technology sound system and brand new appliances to enjoy! Would highly recommend! And we hope to be able to enjoy this beautiful home again in the future.

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Eric & Jason’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The location was fantastic for us with loads of parking. Super quiet at night and a very spacious house. Has all the amenities you would need for a very pleasant stay. Eric and Jason are super effective and efficient with their communication and tools available to make your stay easy. Excellent fast reply’s and check ins. Would highly recommend and would stay again with family and friends. Dairy right across road with a friendly owner also a bonus. Thanks guys for all of your help.

If you're looking for a beautiful, spacious spot in a great location for a family/group - BOOK THIS PLACE NOW! This place is BIG, clean, well-maintained, spacious and quiet! Checking in was a breeze as the information provided with very thorough and the Eric & Jason are very communicative and friendly! It was such an amazing spot for seeing and catching up with family (and I really appreciated how we basically all got our own bathroom haha). Thanks again Eric & Jason!

Thank you Eric and Jason for the lovely home. It was a pleasure to stay in such a neat and organised place. Checking in was a breeze as a result of very detailed information by E&J. I personally loved the "Coffee Corner" and the ability to play music via blue tooth throughout the house. We would definitely consider staying here again if the need ever arose for it. Thanks again!

This home is PERFECT for large groups! We were 4 generations (10 adults, a 3yr old and 2 month old baby) staying at Eric & Jason’s. Having your own bedrooms and bathrooms - your own quiet space - was a real luxury for the one week we were together. Great sleeps we all had!! I have two siblings who live in Auckland and they joined us for dinners. The open plan living was awesome for the family get togethers l. There is a children’s park 5 mins from the home and this was really handy. Cromwell park is also so near and is always a winner for family picnics! Communication with Eric & Jason was fast. Check in was easy. Love the way they checked in with us to make sure all was ok. In these covid times, family gatherings are a premium. this home is perfect for coming together and just spending good undiluted time together. Highly recommended! Thank you again Eric and Jason!

Highly recommend Well maintained and clean home. Great communication 👏, spacious home and location was perfect. Would definately book again. The hosts were very quick to respond to little questions we had about the home. You will not be disappointed. TBH if you are, you are just fussy 🤣

From when we entered the property to when we left, everything that was advertised about this property was 100 percent accurate. We all loved the extras and coming from Perth to NZ we were worried about the heating, but the gas fire and underfloor heating in bathrooms were an added bonus! Thank you for a hassle free, clean and well equipped home that we shared some great times together as a group travelling from Western Australia.

Highly recommend this amazing property. Our family of 11 stayed for 3 nights, & it truly couldn’t have been any more comfortable, warm, spacious & immaculately clean. As an Airbnb host myself it was such a pleasure to stay in a property that completely meet all of our needs. Close to shops, the motorway, the city & airport; we had an early flight our last morning & it only took 15 minutes to get to the international terminal. We hope to stay again in the future & will be recommending it to friends & guest of our own Airbnb.
