we didn't see any host the three days we stayed , we didn't find welcomed, three days we stayed there before checking out we requested for 1 hr late checkout but they asked for $50 for an hr we never experienced this kind of approach from any of the Airbnb we stayed before .they given a different link to pay the extra money .

We enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable apartment and well connected to the city by public transport. The only downfall was the oven door didn’t close properly so needed something up against it to avoid lots of heat escaping. Host was very responsive to this though and had good communication throughout.

The place and location were great. The owners were very communicative and kind, which made the stay even better. I really appreciated having a washer and dryer available, as well as a heater that was especially helpful during the winter. Great communication with friendly staff, cute tidy place minus the mould. Good location. Positive: Both the pull out and bed were very comfortable. Location was perfect close to everything! Negative: Mould on the ceiling in the bedroom. Grout dirty in shower. Toilet was clogged before arrival and became clogged again during the stay.

We stayed for over a week and enjoyed the stay a lot! It had everything needed. The back garden had strawberry guava which was a treat. The only thing was construction next door which is 7am-6pm Monday to Saturday, but this will probably only go on for another 6 months.

It's really nice to have an experience living in a subburb. Quiet neigbourhood and pretty close to bus stop. There's a cute black cat welcoming us and stay in our airbnb for a while. The garden looks exactly like the photos which is amazing. Also there is a smart TV and board games that really help us to entertain us at night. Although they don't have much cleaning stuff and the toilet door is so hard to close, everything else is perfect.

The place is in a great location and it’s peaceful but that’s all I could really say that were good about this place. The earliest check in time they gave us was 4pm even though I asked if we could check in a little earlier than that. They said we couldn’t because it takes normal check in time for their housekeepers to clean and make sure everything was sparkling and ready for guest to arrive but that was not the case at all. Upon arrival when we entered the home, there was a weird smell that lingered throughout the whole house. Some of the appliances were broken, like the iron and vacuum. The microwave wasn’t clean and the beddings had so much stains on them as well as the bedroom bed. The bedsheets in the bedroom had stains and vomit stains that looked like it hasn’t been clean for a while. There are so many other things that were wrong in this Airbnb and I don’t think I’d go back. There so many spiders in every cupboard

The place was overall quite good. It was close to bus stops and supermarkets. The area is very peaceful. The garden is quite nice and relaxing. One thing to note thought is that this is a granny flat and attached to the main house. During our time though, the home owner probably intentionally not use the back of the house very much to maintain our privacy which was great

The accommodation itself was great. So clean, quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed, lovely decor and good sized kitchen. BUT We had issues with the broken heating system on/off switch. The heating couldn't be switched off on a 30 deg day. The temp inside the accommodation climbed to over 30 deg. We called the property management company, Team, and were given the run around. They simply sent links to you tube videos in response to the broken heating switch. It was almost 24 hours before they would finally send a maintenance man out. Once he came, he agreed the switch was broken and turned off the heating at the mains. Problem solved. I asked Teams for a credit on the amount we paid, and I am still waiting for them to call me back. In summary, the accommodation is great, but the property management company is a nightmare if anything goes wrong. 5 stars for the accommodation and 0 stars for the property management company.

Great place to stay but the property manager that they are using not so much. Accidentally left an expensive pack of beers there and notified them on the day of check out, said I will go and collect it. They said they clear their properties after guests check out so wasn’t able to go back. Which sounds like nonsense to me. Normally airbnb property manager service is much better than this.

Really good place to stay. Great location, nice quiet neighborhood. The only thing negative i have to say is the comfotable looking, high backed couch, from the photos, was not there. The hide a bed that is there is not at all comfortable to sit on. No where else to sit. One of the main reasons we selected this place was the comfortable looking couch in the photos.

We were here 7 weeks while pur house was being repaired after flood damage so we are local Aucklanders. Alarmed on arrival to find ranchslider had no way to lock and no handles on windows. Work space was a space with no table. No iron supplied though listed as being there. Very irritating being asked every week to put rubbish bin out when we only had 1 small bag. The food scraps bin was not mentioned and we found it in the garden unused. We used this all the time and put itmout weekly. Recycling bin we put out every 2 weeks as it was quite full. Hatd to get the bins passed the car at back parked in middle of drive. Stove was very old fashioned with solid rings which took ages to heat up and cool down. Nowhere to put hot pans when you took them off the stove as the rings were still so hot. Would have b een helpful to have a few instructions for the stove and washing machine . Bed too long for room, hard to get round. Totally unsuitable for 4 people as bathroom is via bedroom.

Don't go with Team EJ. Unprofessional and not upfront Photos don't represent the place accuratley. Courtyard isn't private, the hosts can see right in and you can see into their windows. They don't allow check-in until 4pm and do not accommodate requests to change this They ask intrusive questions eg what's your flight number, exctly what timme you are arriving and leaving, when are you having guests over etc They don't know their properties, they were unable to tell me where the bins were despite me asking 3 times. Then they had the cheek to message me at 7am to ask me to put the bins on the road.

Loved this little spot. The patio lights were on when we arrived at night, and were a huge hit for the kids (and the adults, lets be honest). The space was tidy and tasteful, had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with fresh, crisp linen. The patio area was a tranquil little hideaway. The location is excellent - a pretty, central suburb, with lots nearby. Perfect spot for a couple or for someone working in the city; and we were happy there with our kids as a base over a busy weekend.

Location was great , very private , beautiful garden and night lights. I’ll recommend more blankets for winter as room gets pretty cold during nights but other then that, great place.

Great place to stay. Positive: Netflix, clean and nice facilities. Negative: The front door lock. It's not intuitive and it's a struggle to get into and lock/unlock.
