Great place to stay in Auckland, it's a 20 minute walk into the town centre too.
There is a bit of road noise but not noticeable with windows closed

The house is older but the basement is newly renovated. We loved being close to the water and it fit our big group for a good price!

The home itself was great. The lockbox with the key was a bit tricky to find as we arrived after dark, and the gated townhouses were between the part of the road where our GPS took us and where the lockbox was.

The check-in guide is detailed. The tableware provided includes chopsticks, which are so important to Asians. The entrance door is a little difficult to open.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gorgeous Townhouse through Airbnb, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. This charming townhouse exceeded all of my expectations and left me with lasting memories of a fantastic vacation.
The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The entire property was spotless, and the tasteful decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The townhouse was beautifully furnished with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for the duration of my visit.
Overall, I cannot recommend the Gorgeous Townhouse enough. It provided an exceptional Airbnb experience, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located accommodation with an attentive host, this townhouse is the perfect choice. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

Our only criticism was that with only once access card, I had to go out late at night to let my daughter in!

The house was very clean and items for us there were well thought out. It had everything we could've expected and more. Really great location too. Safe and secure with its own parking a huge bonus The pull out couch wasn't usable as a bed for adults. Kids slept on it fine though.

Seulement sel, poivre et huile comme condiment ( ce qui n’est pas un problème, mais bon à savoir pour un long séjour). 3 air climatisés, un au premier plancher et 1 dans chaque chambre, ce qui est parfait pour régler la température. Très bon emplacement, près du centre. Excellente communication avec les hôtes ( rapide). Bon à savoir pour le Check In: la boîte pour la clé se situe près du panneau High Voltage qui est à 150m de l’entrée automatisée.
Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter

Wonderful location and nice comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen was great for our family. Only problem was leftover rubbish and cigarette smell from previous guests which was hard to sort because of it being a holiday. Overall experience was fine and would recommend for location/ease of access to city and attractions.

Lovely & Clean townhouse close to the city. Host’s had great communication with very specific check in instructions. We were a bit worried about the traffic noise due to its proximity to motorway however the double glazing makes it very tolerable. Fantastic if travelling with 2 vehicles as there are 2 car parks right outside. Ample provisions for a short stay and generous kitchen pots pans plates etc. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! Easy access to motorway's. The apartment is clean and kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Washing and Dryer a bonus especially for families. Parking is right out the front gate and secure being in a gated community. We stayed here for 6 nights and will stay again. Communication with EJ was never an issue as they would reply within minutes. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable EJ!

Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend. Location was ideal for what we wanted, and the house itself was very modern and clean. Communication from the hosts was excellent, I felt I could reach out for help anytime. 10/10 we will defo use this place next time we need to stay in Auckland.

Close to the city, and particularly the hospital. Great place, tucked away at the end of a row of townhouses so you have trees etc outside the windows, two parking spaces which is great in the city. This place has everything I needed and more. So very comfortable and has all the mod cons. Definitely somewhere I’d stay again. Thanks guys!

Nice, clean apartment true to ad. Very private. Loved having a washer/dryer on hand and a safe courtyard for my young kids to play in. Had some problems with wifi cutting in and out but the hosts were quick to try and rectify. Would stay again - very good value for money.

Great location, close to everything, place is really clean and tidy - aircon is a great bonus in the Auckland summers! It's in both bedrooms and the living area, you can hear the traffic as is near the motorway, but only when the windows are open, with aircon don't need them open if it's hot so didn't bother us at all and a small price to pay for the location and lovely unit :)

Eric is very fast responsive. The house is warm and clean. We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location. The house has everything you needed during the stay.
The only minor thing is the room is quite bright even when the curtain close. But not a big deal if you don’t wake up late.

This place is modern yet cosy. It was warm to come back to even when it was freezing outside. Super clean and more space than I expected. Parking was super easy. Loved the fact that the area was gated in so it felt like its own little suburb even though it was smack bang in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Eric's place was very stylish and well equipped for a longer stay. The gated community with 2 parking spaces was ideal for me. The location allowed for easy access to the motorways and only a short drive or walk from plenty of cafes, bars and the Domain park. Would recommend staying here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at their place! Sparkling clean and the kitchen is amazing. Check in was easy as and the location was convenient. 15 minutes walk to town and really near Uncle Man's too on K road.

Stylish and modern, compact terrace house with nice courtyard and easy parking for 2 cars and visitor parking opposite. Note bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Comfy beds and nice linens. Close to motorway so convenient but a little noisy (as expected from such a central place). Good security in complex. Very nice hosts easy to communicate with.

Eric’s house is super cozy and clean. The townhouse is big enough for a family, two bed rooms upstairs, living room downstairs. Everything included in the house. Close to city, cafes, restaurants and everything. Free parking which is really benefit. Also it’s easy to access to city by walk, about 10 mins walk to Queen Street. We are so happy staying at Eric’s house, I’m sure we will come back again.
