Booked this Airbnb for my sisters bridal party to get ready at. Absolutely stunning, the space was perfect for all of the bridesmaids to get ready, make up and hair artist to do their thing, kitchen was nice and spacious for cooking and laying out dishes. Absolutely beautiful and the beds are 10/10 so comfy!!

Hands down, the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The house was so easy to find, access and had plenty of space for our whole family. We love the back garden and the communal green space out the back. The team was so proactive, offering us local recommendations and reminders. This Hobsonville area is so beautiful, so green and peaceful and very walkable. There’s a walking track along the water not far from the house which was beautiful to walk at sunset. 10/10, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Hobsonville, close to everything we needed - short walk to markets, cafes, playgrounds and food. All the appliances in the place were great. Beds are really comfortable. However, the place looks like it needs a really deep clean, the drain in ensuite shower doesnt work properly. The main living room couch is old and dirty, really needs to be replaced. The upstairs is extremly hot in summer- portable AC unit gives off more heat than the cold air it produecss. This place could be amazing with a few amendments.

Great location and the property was spacious and perfect for a family. However we were disappointed in the level of cleanliness. We actually hired two properties from the same host at the same time and one property was very clean no issues with cleanliness. So i am thinking it was a different cleaner maybe. Either way it didnt prevent a lovely stay, would stay here again, location fab, communication was exceptional great hosts!

Marks on the backs of dining chairs & walls, Lounge Seating cracked, ripped & dirty. Both Shower drains completely blocked. We cleaned one of them out.

Great stay for our NZ holiday. Highly recommend. Close to motorways. Ferry minutes away to get to the city. Great restaurants in area. 3 adults and 1 baby, plenty of room. Great living area downstairs. However, garage is not available for use, so only 1 carspace and limited parking in street.

We absolutely loved our stay. The three separate queen rooms were a bonus as we were a party of three adults. Kitchen had everything that was needed and the use of the washing machine was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy accomodation between house moves. A comfortable 3-bed house in a nice area of Hobsonville. Bedding, towels and such were plentiful. Good kitchen and peaceful garden. It is a terrace town house in Hobsonville so the portable aircon unit was a must for peak summer heat upstairs. Hosts were polite and informative. All the best!

The neighborhood was adorable! There’s a nice pathway down to the water and the Fabric restaurant. The place was clean and looked just like pictured. The hosts were super friendly and responded quickly to questions.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our family visit, the house was not cleaned when we turned up just after 4 we had to leave and come back 2.5hr later. The smell in the house was not pleasant. Rubbish was left in bins on the street for three days (understand Christmas time) but was told someone would come and remove it but never happened. Also a syringe type thing in drive that I asked to be removed but stayed the whole time we were there We had to get family to take our rubbish away. Had to re clean bathrooms ect when arrived to try and help smell and Ants in bedrooms. No Air-conditioning in rooms was so hot we had to buy fans to try help the family. I have asks for compensation and even to leave half way through and a partial refund but this was ignored, we unfortunately have had a bad experience for our first booking.

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience during your stay at our property, Andy. We apologize for the delay in preparing our home for you. We offered a late check out to compensate for the 2 hours delay in cleaning but you refused to accept it. The cleaners did not detect any smell coming from the bathroom. There were no ants in the bedrooms when the cleaners prepared the home for you and after you departed. The rubbish bins were collected late because it was a public holiday. We have AC in the living room, however, if you needed fans, we would have have brought fans for you. This was not communicated to us during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services and address the issues you have raised. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Location was superb and really handy to motorway. Amenities as listed and the place was spotless on arrival. Easy check in as well. I would recommend this place for short stays but would advise travellers to do a quick initial check of the amenities provided, especially if you are planning to do some light cooking throughout your stay. We unfortunately chanced upon defective cookware mid-way through our stay and although notified, these were not replaced at any point. I was then hit with a reimbursement request quoting prices way above market value/RRP for utensils. Communication regarding replacement(s) could have been better. It is very unfortunate to have gone through this, especially for my family’s first trip to NZ.

We had a lovely stay at this air bnb, very nice place that was very clean, nicely decorated & it’s a warm home in a really nice suburb.
