Great place to stay..peaceful and clean..love the location close to all amenities. Didn’t like the parking area but you get walk around the building and look at the garden area with beautiful gardenia flowers. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay in and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Team EJ’s listing was clean and roomy. Walking distance to parks, shops and great places to eat. Communication was prompt. The host required us to complete a screening with a third party prior to the booking being accepted which I have never had to do before. Parking space is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle, but street parking is available. Overall this property met all our needs, clean, comfortable with both bedrooms having ensuites. We would return.

Good place to stay and location suited us perfectly. We liked that each room had an ensuite + spare bathroom downstairs. Had all the comforts you would expect and more in a modern townhouse. Neighbours were friendly too. Parking space isn’t big and no white lines to ensure neighbouring cars stayed within allocated allowance. We managed to park our Toyota Rav but at times it was a tight squeeze. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we need a place in east Auckland.

It is a convenient and quiet place to stay and have allocated car park. Team EJ also responded to our enquiries quickly. However, overall cleanliness of the house does not correspond with its rental price. Mould built up on the walls of one of shower boxes. Stain was clearly sticked on a mug rim. Fry pan coating has been worn out.

Travelling from Australia, you always worry whether the place would match to the description or photos posted. This place I had no worries whatsoever, Team EJ were very responsive and ensured that we were enjoying our stay throughout our duration. Great place to call home for a few nights. Main downside is hard to get a cross breeze of air in bedrooms to sleep without outside lights. (And no a/c system so could be hot in warmer months) Also only unit without blind in the kitchen area, lacking some privacy. Outside parking spots small but workable. Lovely unit overall. Excellent hosts. Would recommend.

Place was great for us as a couple comfy couch close to the mall and nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom. However 3 issues that made this stay uncomfortable. 1.There was a musty smell from the washrooms upstairs upon checkin, maybe due to someone not running the fan while showering. We had to air it out it out ourselves. 2.There were no disinfecting wipes available as per other BNB’s in the past. The TV remote was filthy. 3. Worst issue of all! There were excessive ants in the bedroom we stayed in. Over the 2 days we stayed they had found their way into our suitcases and pouring out of our belongings this was known the the property managers. The ants ruined the whole experience.

Location was great, close to shops and the house was spotless! Days and nights were hot in Auckland so Im definitely glad there were fans around the house to cool us down or else we would’ve spent less time in this lovely home because it did get really warm in the house! The car park is definitely a bonus, although we had to park on the road a couple times as our rental was too big to fit in our space when other cars parked more onto our parking space but this was honestly no biggie. Overall great place to stay, clean, tidy, quiet and the hosts are very responsive! Definitely recommend. We will be staying again. Wish we had’ve stayed longer!

The apartment is very conveniently located and well set up. The apartment matched our requirements and we enjoyed our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and the area surrounding the apartment is neat and orderly. The hosts provided clear and informative instructions.

This was the newest Airbnb home I stayed in so far. The location was spot on and was within the walking distance to major shopping centers. The kitchen was sufficient to cook a nice meal for a family of 4. My daughter met new friends from the neighborhood. Unfortunately we only stayed there for 3 nights.

Amazing place to stay, my second time staying here. Easy parking, and so closed to supermarkets. Would recommend this place for someone who wants to have some quiet time as the area is very peace and quiet.

The noise complaints we received and the constant messages and calls when we “exceeded” the noise limit were ridiculous and left a bad stain on what otherwise would have been an amazing stay. If we were in fact noisy, I wouldn’t be leaving a review like this but the “noise” that we received multiple messages and calls and texts about on 2 seperate nights was absolutely nothing worthy of us being told that our reservation would be cancelled if the “noise” persisted. The loudest it ever got was a few people talking in normal voices. No loud yelling, no loud laughing. And the second night was our kids just being children. Not once was there excessive noise on our part but all up we received around 6-7 messages, a text and 3 calls. Apart from this, the place was clean and quite spacious. The rooms were very well presented, and having an ensuite to each room as well as a toilet downstairs was helpful.

Good communication. Great location. Tidy little apartment. Only thing is there is no air conditioning and the fans supplied are not enough especially up stairs where it gets very warm. We didn’t sleep up stairs in the rooms as it was too warm and stuffy.

Beautiful stunning place! Location is amazing it's near all the stores, shopping, markets, fast food places. The place is stunning and beautiful design so elegantly. Had an amazing stay here so easy to check in and out. Neighbours are so sweet, upstairs was quite hot but that's because the weather was quite humid. But I have told them so I'm pretty sure they will fixing that for the next stay. But I will definitely be coming back.

Can not fault this host! Communication was easy, access simple all instructions provided prior to arrival check in simple. The place is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Close to all amenities including supermarkets, botany mall, time zone, kmart etc. The little touches to the place gave it a very homely vibe which was nice. My husband especially loved that the home had a nesspresso machine 😄. Will definitely be booking again in the future and so should everyone else!! Thanks again E&J
