✧ Be respectful to the house and neighbours, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host's decision, regardless of policy and booking in place
✧ Exterior CCTV cameras in operation
✧ A form of government ID along with a selfie is required by the host
✧ No smoking inside and outside the home permitted. It's a smoke-free building. Fines applied if violated.
✧ Pool should be left pristine as when you check in. If the pool is left dirty and unusable after a guest's stay, loss of income for the affected nights and cost to revive, the pool will be claimed fully by the guest.
✧ Please kindly be aware that our pools and spas adhere to a predetermined maintenance service schedule. Our team might be present on-site during your stay to guarantee that these amenities are maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment. We will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience and complete our tasks promptly.
