The house was at a very good peaceful location had all amenities as indicated , great views of the ocean . Host was prompt and very responsive. 10-12 minutes drive to city . Overall great value for money and would highly recommend the place .

We are a family of 5 staying for a week and we absolutely loved this property. We had to book last minute as we got let down by another host and EJ were very helpful and responsive. The property itself is amazing and the views of the harbour are fantastic! I was almost put off the some of the other reviews regarding the construction going on next door however this wasn’t a problem for us and it looks like the build is complete so shouldn’t be a problem for anyone else looking to book. We had a lovely time, thanks you!

The location, and host communication was great. The address itself was a nice house, though had been clearly used for parties despite ‘no parties’ being in the house rules. The house had pretty heavy wear and tear and was not cleaned properly. We located drug paraphernalia, smashed glass scattered around the pool, dried drink stains all over the balconies, cigarette butts scattered about the property, empty cans and rubbish in the garden and mould in the fridge. There were not enough mugs for 6 people to have a morning coffee but over 30 wine glasses? As we were there with family our overall feeling was that the place felt really dirty. This address could be amazing but the lack of proper cleaning was a massive let down. In saying that, the host team were extremely helpful and made efforts to amend our experience with a partial refund on the cleaning fee.

Excellent! Positive: Very spacious , and also gives luxurious feel. All in all a very good property. Negative: There’re was only a small issue with the tv as there was no one box so we couldn’t connect our devices to the tv. The second floor sink was also blocked when we arrived. The house itself is lovely, and the surroundings are acceptable, barring the nearby construction. However, the host is not an individual but rather a team of people. This setup felt impersonal and significantly unresponsive, leading to the most disappointing experience I've had on Airbnb in over a decade of using the platform. For instance, we found that the doors on one of the floors couldn't be locked. Despite our requests for keys, we never received them during our two-week stay, which compromised our sense of security daily. Upon departure, we were accused of leaving a single cigarette butt inside the house, for which they demanded around 3000NZD in unexpected cleaning fees. Furthermore, they alleged we had broken a vase. It took them 10 days to provide a photograph of the vase, which we definitely did not break. The pool was in a state that rendered it unusable. I want to stress that the house itself is fine. The issue lies with poor communication and numerous small problems.

View is blocked due to a house infront expect to get woken up by builders Positive: The place was beautiful from the top room we booked during summer so having the pool there was nice for a group Negative: There is a bond we needed to pay 1000 the property tried to say smoking outside was the reason we didn’t receive our bond refund.. please tell me how that makes sense.. what a joke. I contacted booking.com and they sorted it for me within one day! Keep in mind I made this complaint a month after the dates we stayed.. secondly it’s false advertising there is a house being built in front of it which blocks the view which they don’t mention. The owners or property management are very annoying they contact you constantly during your stay. There’s cameras all over the place and they obviously like to watch you smoke outside you feel very deprived

Have a construction just IN FRONT OF THE BALCONY AND POOL AREA. You can’t sleep after 7am. So it is a terrible option if you book this place to rest. Also you can’t use the pool or even enjoy the view as there are so many ppl working just in front of you. Terrible deal. Beautiful house but they must to advise that the construction in front of the place won’t let you enjoy anything at all.

I would not be booking this place if I was told it was surrounded by construction sites, not one but three. The pool is dirty although wasnt much of a point using it but nevertheless it should be ready to be used if listed as an amenity. Not worth the price we pay for.

Detalles pequeños que lo hacen excelente cuando estás viajando, como set de Spa para cada baño. Todos los accesorios necesarios para cocinar o hacer una barbacoa. Una estación de café. Entre otras cosas que necesitas cuando eres viajero internacional. Lavadora y secadora en excelente estado. Suficiente parqueo. La ubicación perfecta, muy tranquilo, seguro y los vecinos amables. Fácil acceso a la playa caminando, puedes caminar al acuario. Recomiendo visitar las tiendas muy cerca de la casa. La casa es segura para niños. Con la piscina, TV, y playground cercano los chicos la pasaron muy bien, solo recomendaría tener juegos de mesa. Sin duda volveríamos a reservar.

Hermosa casa, vistas increíbles, muy amplia, lindos muebles y muchos detalles. A sólo 7 minutos en auto a la ciudad. En la bahía cercana las mejores fotos hacia a la Sky tower. Cocina totalmente equipada y camas muy cómodas. La recomiendo !

Excellent furnishings, it made us feel like home. Kids liked the deer themed decorations. The house is very spacious with spectacular view. It was mentioned in the listing that there was construction works around. Actually there was only minor and limited impact. We did not have any issues with that. Highly recommend!

Amazing view, great location and lots of room! So nice to have a pool too! House needs some maintenance, especially the dishwasher and dryer A lot of construction nearby which is noisy, however this is mentioned in the listing which is good to know in advance.

Pros and cons. The location is beautiful and has wonderful views. However we had a number of issues with the house. Rotten food was found in one of the wardrobes when we arrived which stunk out the bedroom. This was remedied with the hosts however during our trip we found more issues including other trash such as illicit substances down the side of the couch. We received some refund of the cleaning fee however didn’t feel this was reflective of what we put up with during the stay. Certainly not what we would expect for a high priced luxury property. The pool and view are great but our experience was disappointing and well below our expectations.

The house was really dirty and had not been cleaned properly it really needed a deep clean which would have been a good day of cleaning for one person. No paper towels so we had to go out and buy some to clean up. For the kind of money we were paying it really wasn’t good enough a property which is claiming to be luxury shouldn’t have mould in the showers, cigarette buts around all the outside areas and balconies the windows were very dirty so the view was impaired. All in all the place got 2 stars as the location was good but the we felt dirty and have young kids crawling on the badly and sloppily washed floors.

Great place , as long as there is no construction going on Positive: The property was nice and luxury , but it has a construction site right in the front of it , blocking the view and making lots of noise . The kitchen was very nice and the heated blankets were a great touch. Negative: The construction going on at the front was horrible and it made the lovely yard and pool dirty .
