The place was very convenient and close to everything in the city centre, which made getting around super easy. The accommodation team was also great and very helpful. Overall, a really good stay!

Can’t get more handy, some aspects are looking a little tired but we were out and about too much to mind. Staff communication was excellent, especially helpful after we accidentally left some belongings behind.

Great stay overall! The location is fantastic, right across from a police station, which made us feel very safe, and there’s a convenience store and a coffee shop literally steps away, which was super handy. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. It was also a big plus having both a washing machine and dryer available for use, especially during a longer stay.
A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have a rack or shelf in the shower to place toiletries, there wasn’t a convenient spot to keep shampoo, soap, etc. Also, the property access instructions could be a bit more detailed for first-time guests, just to avoid any initial confusion. Still, these were small things, and overall, we had a very comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely consider booking again!

Team EJ did a fantastic job of taking us thru the procedure from booking right thru to checkout. So warm and friendly just like their room and atmosphere. Although we were laughing and talking a little loud, we were very politely asked to tone down the noise. We respected their wishes and kept noise to low tolerance level. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
We will definitely be booking with them again.

Amazing location for this apartment just next to the Sky Tower. The space is well used, bedrooms are comfortable, decoration is fancy. Equipment are good too. Parking is a big advantage. Also the pool and steam room and gym facilities are free to use just next to the apartment. Very good value for the price. The apartment is a little bit dark as it is on the ground floor of a big building and surrounded by other high buildings. But regarding the location it is fair enough. Also the table is a little bit tiny for 6 and there is only 4 chairs but there is 2 additional outside. The living room is not big so this is understandable but not easy to eat together when you are 6. Maybe a extensible table would be great.

We stayed here in early january 2024. The location is very CBD and close to a lot of the bars, restaurants and items nearby. With the unit being on the ground floor, there was a lot of peole traffic outside. Of course being in the CBD, please expect noise. We ate in a lot of the restaurants nearby. There were 4 adults and 1 child during out stay and it did feel cramped in the living room. All the rooms were nice and tidy. Handy having the washing machine and dryer but we did have to buy more powder. Swimming pool and gym is just at the unit entry, and the unit is only 1 floor up from the carpark. Difficult getting in and out via the front gate with heavy luggage as there was no access to the platfrom lift. Overall we definately recommend staying here, it's soo close to everything. Plenty of lime scooters and taxis nearby too. Awesome coffee shop only 5 metres away, and they do an great coffee too :)

Great central location - easy walk to Countdown supermarket, Skytower and bus station. Also excellent communication from Team EJ. We stayed one night and while we felt very secure it was a bit noisy - but then it is a central city location. Also, while a v good price for three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cleaning charge was a bit pricey even though clearly cleaned well. Carpet and kitchen drawers showing age and wear and tear but good supply of plates and wine glasses. Thanks Team EJ.

Hosts extremely attentive; timely responses to messages. Maintenance needed during stay; quick to fix issues. Single, mini space heater available to warm individual rooms during wintertime stay. Bulky fans unnecessary and inefficient for already compact space. Comfort of beds were fair. Location ideal. Coffee shop and convenience store next door. However, where there was once a hotel a couple doors down is now a type of transitional housing for families. Large, multi-unit building whereby passersbys can be seen over gate and sheer window coverings of first floor apartment. Clean unit; asthetics basic.

Clean tidy apartment. Walking distance to all we needed. When checking in key was not in location as cleaner had not quite finished called host got it sort right away and was all check in just with a 15 min delay but wasn’t a big drama. Host very responsive

Great location in the central business district.
Easy for uber drivers to find. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by. Located one block from the sky tower, hop on hop off bus, and sky city casino.
A couple of things I wasn’t fond of
The unit and bedrooms are small. I wouldn’t recommend more than 3-4 people staying here. Only having one key for a group of people can be annoying at times too.
Overall a decent place in a fantastic location

An incredible find! What a gem! A treat to have a covered and safe carpark. Great location near to Fed Diner, Q and Basement Theatres.

We are a family of 5 - two adults & three children. It was very hard trying to find a place that would accomodate all of us. I then stumbled upon Eric & Jason’s Airbnb & booooy was I happy. My children were beyond excited to have their own rooms & the fact that there were two bathrooms was an added bonus! 😊 we will definitely book this apartment again.

Perfect location plus this is on the first floor so it’s easy to get in/out of. Lots of restaurants and stores that are a very short walk from the apartment. The store right next door has bags of ice if you ask the clerk. The coffee shop that is also next door has great coffee and little nibbles-perfect to get the day started.
Eric and Jason messaged to check in on us after our first night there and their response times are pretty quick. I even asked for ramen suggestions and they had several. They were also able to provide a list of luggage storage options and transportation options to the airport.
There were 5 of us total and we all enjoyed it. I highly suggest this listing if you are needing a place in Auckland.

Great location right near the Skycity, easy to check-in. Host's are quick to communicate. couple of chairs needing to be replaced but they are onto it. Beds felt like they were double other than a queen. It's the first floor unit near the pool and gym . We used the pool was lovely. There's a parking space in the garage downstairs - can fit a roofbox if you are travelling. you can fit a portacot in the upstairs room if the bed got pushed to the wall. Unit is a bit squishy for a big family but otherwise was great for value and the location.

Our family loved Team EJ’s cozy abode. The location was convenient especially being on the ground floor too.
The pool and steam room was used by my kids.

My family and I found our stay here to be very enjoyable. The location was one of the greatest aspects as it was close to alot of hotspots. The house was clean and practical to use as it had all the essentials.

Good communication from Team EJ.
Apartment is smaller than what appears in the pictures, but it is good enough for families and group of friends exploring Auckland. As mentioned in their listing, there is a constant constructions outside of the building during day time, but it didnt affect our stay at all.
Location is 5 star as everyplace is just a walk away. Just a block away from the Skycity and a lot of cafes and restos around the corner. A major plus during a crazy petrol market. Our car was just relaxing in a safe and generous car space in the basement.
We didn't experience any bed bugs as mentioned in the previous comments. We were provided with enough and clean beddings and towels.
We had a good time staying in this accomodation :)

My family and I absolutely enjoyed staying at Eric and Jason's apartment. The place is super clean, all the amenities were provided- we found that having the washing machine and dryer really helped when we were staying for 5 days! The team were super communicative which helped us so much. The shower was great- pressure was spot on! and we were right in central Auckland where we were only a few mins walk away from restaurants, sky tower, cafes and many other shopping stores!!
All in all we all loved our stay here- thank you so much for having us (:

This was a great spot to base ourselves for a week long stay in Auckland with a young family.
Eric and Jason's place was really comfortable and clean and so handy to everything - travelling with a kids we ate most nights at Commercial Bay because you can get all types of quality food there to satisfy everyone's tastes. We enjoyed having a play in the pool too - which is small but we had it to ourselves the times we used it which was awesome. Good coffee from the place next door or from along by Sky City and really handy having a convenience store on the doorstep with really friendly staff.
There are quite a lot of building works nearby but this didn't really disturb us and on cold days we found the apartment cosy and peaceful. Also Eric and Jason are really attentive and have great communication - thanks so much!

Eric and Jason were very prompt , with full responses to questions. Some great restaurant tips! Nothing was too much trouble Things were very organized and made it all stress free! The check in process was easy and very well explained, complete with photographs . Apartment is very well positioned and it is easy to walk around the CBD . Although we walked everywhere having a free car park was a huge plus! Their place was equipped with everything we needed and was tidy and clean with comfortable beds .We loved the décor especially the gecko on the wall ! Although the apartment is small it isn't cramped and 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is very useful regardless of the group size. Coffee shop next door is a blessing for your morning fresh coffee and the convenience store is very useful for those forgotten items.
