Découvert et fatiguant par manque de sommeil Positive: L’emplacement est idéal. Negative: Le voisinage. Aucun respect pour le bruit. Ils crient à 4h du matin et oublient qu’il y a des gens d’en l’immeuble. Déjà que le décalage d’horaire était difficile mais ne pas pouvoir dormir à cause du voisinage ce n’est pas possible. Des jeux vidéos en pleins nuits c’est insupportable

Team EJ did a fantastic job of taking us thru the procedure from booking right thru to checkout. So warm and friendly just like their room and atmosphere. Although we were laughing and talking a little loud, we were very politely asked to tone down the noise. We respected their wishes and kept noise to low tolerance level. Never going back. Rated 0 Positive: The bedrooms were spacious, but the lounge was small for a three bedroom apartment. Two bathrooms with shower were handy. Negative: The manager of the boulding had made a complaint regarding a damage garrage roller door. I was accused of damages, and police was called .once police had spoken to the manager I was asked to vacate the property but I stood my ground i had done nothing wrong so more police was called in to remove me and my family this happened around 11.30pm. Now I asked to view the damage but was told by police that they don't need to show me and to vacate. After asking to see the footage, I was declined. After waiting over an hour police had come back and apologized for believing in the manager after looking at the footage. Police apologize for the trouble but it was a temadation moment for us not only that around 1am my power was cut off till 10am Saturday morning so I had to charge my cell in the reception area for a nother hr and was hassled again by the boulding manager as he had been recording me at the time while i was charging my phone. After police left, a person on the 1st floor on top of our apartment decided to put his nose in. I stayed in apartment 106. Ground floor. Warning ⚠️ don't stay there because management and along with their cronies are going to haras you. WE HAD LOST A LOVE ❤️ ONE AND WAS STAYING THERE TO ATTEND A FUNERAL. I AM LEVAL 3 ON THIS APP AND HAVE BOOKED A LOT OF PLACES , BUT NEVER HAD I THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN AND THE SAD THING IS POLICE BELIEVED THIS MANAGER AND DID NOT CHECK THE FACTS OUT BEFORE ECUTING US OUT OF THE UNIT WITH 9 LINED UP OFFICERS READY TO DRAG US OUT EVEN KIDS AND A 89 YEAR OLD. AT THE END WE ENDED UP STAYING YAY. NOTE.

Near downtown, easy access to places to visit and eat. Family of 6 adults, the unit is on the first floor, so that made it hard leaving your door / windows open as there are always people smoking outside and near the building , specially in the morning / afternoon. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable ,with the exception on the one in the first floor ( too soft) . No AC, but there are fans on each room including the living room.The exhaust fan on the first bathroom doesn’t work, it would be nice to replace the carpet on stairs and second floor as it has a smell and it will be cleaner. There were items left under the beds ( 2 pairs of sandals , some trash) . It was nice having access to a washer /dryer . The glass table top is not secure and we almost had it slide off, also the dishwasher doesn’t work well we hand wash dishes. Some pots were not properly clean. Some plates have chips and not enough utensils for 6 people ( forks ,glasses), also no blender. Safe location.

It is nice having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms for 4 people. the beds were comfortable. It was hot even though they provided fans. As a female I didn’t like the neighborhood as there were homeless people wandering about. At least the police were nearby.Aside from that it’s convenient to downtown and better than a hotel when traveling with 4 adults.

BEWARE! AirBnB have advised that a 'Violation' has been raised against this host. For me this is the WORST, most horrid experience using AirBnB. Very expensive for a 4 night stay 2x mould riddled bathrooms equiped with rusted ceiling sprinkler, water soaked door & little to no ventilation, a near miss with unsecured glass dining table top, dishwasher that ran but didnt clean. Acts of intimidation by bld rep and their recklessness causing excessive paint fumes over +12hr period, being acousted on the way to the neighbouring dairy. Removed my family of 6 after 1 night as the situation was creating a potential medical issue for my asthmatic youngster. Host consistantly refused refund requests citing that they weren't given an opportunity to rectify issues. Can't wipe away mould, call them "black marks" and it no longer be a H&S issue Eric! At least AirBnB Resolutions provided a coupon credit as compensation. Pick up your act Eric aka Team EJ and DO NOT put another family through this!

Regarding the claims of intimidation and the glass table, we can find no record of any unsafe situations occurring during your stay, and our team has not received complaints of this nature from other guests. We also understand your concerns about the paint fumes, but this was an isolated event due to building maintenance outside of our control, which we worked to mitigate as much as possible. We certainly never intended for your stay to become uncomfortable, and we regret that you chose to leave early. We did offer assistance during your stay, but we weren’t given the chance to resolve the issues while you were here. We value all feedback and aim to improve based on constructive criticism. Was disappointed but still enjoyed whilst there Positive: I absolutely loved the location where the apartment is situated, and I also love the cosy two stories it has. The rooms are neat and cozy we didn't want to leave! 😄 We also loved how there were two bathrooms so very handy! 😀 Negative: I didn't like a couple of things. First being the pugent smell when you open the bottom bedroom window and the top bedroom window facing the sky tower it stunk of something outside that was rotting 🤢 Another thing I didn't like was the lock was broken on the outer gate of entrance to the property and the fan in the lower bathroom wasn't working. Also had to go out and purchase a cheese grater and a sharp knife as there weren't any.

This place is in a good location. Easy to walk around. The team is very responsive . However bathroom and kitchen needs a bit more maintenance. The oven and the dishwasher are a bit old. The bathroom upstairs has mould on the ceiling. There is only a small heater provided for the whole house. If possible please change the carpet on the floor because it looks old and we did not want to wear our shoes around the house.

Very good value for the price, great facilities, real free parking Positive: Amazing location for this apartment just next to the Sky Tower. The space is well used, bedrooms are comfortable, decoration is fancy. Equipment are good too. Parking is a big advantage. Also the pool and steam room and gym facilities are free to use just next to the apartment. Very good value for the price. Negative: The apartment is a little bit dark as it is on the ground floor of a big building and surrounded by other high buildings. But regarding the location it is fair enough. Also the table is a little bit tiny for 6 and there is only 4 chairs but there is 2 additional outside. The living room is not big so this is understandable but not easy to eat together when you are 6. Maybe a extensible table would be great.

Overall good experience. Location was good. Very walkable and easy access to Uber & cafes. Pretty disappointed with the cleanliness. There was old urine in the main toilet when we arrived which had been there a long time as the whole apartment had a noticeable smell. Showers and basins were not clean and there was hair/dust everywhere. The dining room table and one of the chairs were broken so unusable. Coffee plunger was cracked and glasses in the cupboard had someone’s lip stick stains on them. The bed in the bottom room was very comfortable and sheets were clean. Parking was semi easy to find once we got into the lockbox (it’s a bit sticky) parking was quite tight. Being the very corner car park against a concrete wall gave us some difficulty. I think this has great potential, it was just let down by the lack of care and attention to detail. The photos on this listing are slightly misleading. The price we paid was not represented in the quality of the property.

Die Lage war super. Das Apartment sah auf Fotos geösser aus aber war okey. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Im Bad hatte es viel Schimmen und Rost. In den Betten wurden mehrere Haare und Flecken gefunden.

I would give this property 2-stars, but the owners were very responsive and helpful. The sink was a clogged. The property openers called maintenance, and also gave us a new fan immediately. Like other reviews have said the property is outdated and needs renovations. It felt equivalent to a two star hotel, which is fine if that is what you are expecting. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. Americans should be aware there is no A/C. Also I killed 2 cockroaches per day. The location is great. Right in the middle of the city. Perfect for walking

We stayed here in early january 2024. The location is very CBD and close to a lot of the bars, restaurants and items nearby. With the unit being on the ground floor, there was a lot of peole traffic outside. Of course being in the CBD, please expect noise. We ate in a lot of the restaurants nearby. There were 4 adults and 1 child during out stay and it did feel cramped in the living room. All the rooms were nice and tidy. Handy having the washing machine and dryer but we did have to buy more powder. Swimming pool and gym is just at the unit entry, and the unit is only 1 floor up from the carpark. Difficult getting in and out via the front gate with heavy luggage as there was no access to the platfrom lift. Overall we definately recommend staying here, it's soo close to everything. Plenty of lime scooters and taxis nearby too. Awesome coffee shop only 5 metres away, and they do an great coffee too :)

Amazing location - so central and right beside the Sky tower. The 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms were great but the kitchen and communal area is small. It’s smaller than the photos make it seem in our opinion. Needs a few bits of maintenance

Fantastic location. So easy to walk to eateries and shops. Great value for money especially having a free carpark. Property is a bit older/worn than my impression from pics but still believe it’s a great deal. Kids loved the gym and pool too. Doubt there’s a property in this location that could beat the price.

Great central location - easy walk to Countdown supermarket, Skytower and bus station. Also excellent communication from Team EJ. We stayed one night and while we felt very secure it was a bit noisy - but then it is a central city location. Also, while a v good price for three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cleaning charge was a bit pricey even though clearly cleaned well. Carpet and kitchen drawers showing age and wear and tear but good supply of plates and wine glasses. Thanks Team EJ.

We really enjoyed the space, comfort of living near to the conference center and a balcony. Cosy and fine for a groups´ evening gatherings. On the downside, getting one key first, second key after days and checkin process as well as finding the apartment at the given address is really complicated.

Was a rocky check in, being confronted by the property manager some what aggressively, turned out they had not so nice guest the Night before and for some reason he thought we were apart of that group which we weren't. Once he showed us to our room tho we were left to settle in. Place was small but plenty of room for 6 people. We have been nice to have more cups and plates as there was only 2 plates for us to share. Room could be cleaned better. There was a constant funky smell coming from bathrooms. The location was awesome. Overall was a good stay.

Hosts extremely attentive; timely responses to messages. Maintenance needed during stay; quick to fix issues. Single, mini space heater available to warm individual rooms during wintertime stay. Bulky fans unnecessary and inefficient for already compact space. Comfort of beds were fair. Location ideal. Coffee shop and convenience store next door. However, where there was once a hotel a couple doors down is now a type of transitional housing for families. Large, multi-unit building whereby passersbys can be seen over gate and sheer window coverings of first floor apartment. Clean unit; asthetics basic.

Great location right in the heart of the city. Our family enjoyed staying here. A couple of things though, there were unfortunately dirty dishes left over in the dishwasher which we had to then hand wash in order to use any dishes of our own (disappointing when the cleaning fee is $250). There were no warm blankets for our kids to use but luckily the towels were huge so we lay them over the beds. The place does need a bit of love, a bit of notable carpet damage and marks all over the walls (general wear and tear stuff) but in general it had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well which was perfect temperature for the middle of winter. Great communication from the hosts whenever we had a question too.

Location wise it’s unbeatable, right in the heart of the CBD just a 5 minute walk from Skytower and next door to a coffee shop and convenience store. It was quite roomy with a very nice TV and surprisingly fast internet. Apartment was clean with decent amenities and the beds were comfy. There is also a pool and gym which is quite nice to have especially for longer stays. For ~$40 a night for 5 people it’s a very good deal.

The location of the small unit was excellent. The amenities were fair. The beds were adequate and reasonably comfortable but we found the bedding to be inadequate for a stay in June. It is a very cold unit which would be great in the summer months but we found the tiny blow heater insufficient for our stay. All these things are an easy fix with some extra blankets in the cupboards and some extra heating. Good place for a short stay in easy walking distance to shopping/eateries. Our group of 6 were very cramped but appreciated lots of glassware in the cupboards and a large fridge.

Beautiful home, felt like home away from home. Was lovely and clean and tidy however sadly the dust and hand prints round door handles and switches needed a wipe, not a biggy it only took me a min to give it a quick wipe and dust. EJ’s home was perfect for my family and I, it had everything we needed, a lovely lil kitchen, 2 showers and nice and warm. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer. I will definitely be saving to my favourites list for future trips, was perfect walking distance to the sky tower and has lovely owners of a dairy and cafe right outside the front gates. While the location is superb, the cleaning was not done properly. We received damp/wet and dirty towels and the floors had not been cleaned at all. Great location in the central business district. Easy for uber drivers to find. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by. Located one block from the sky tower, hop on hop off bus, and sky city casino. A couple of things I wasn’t fond of The unit and bedrooms are small. I wouldn’t recommend more than 3-4 people staying here. Only having one key for a group of people can be annoying at times too. Overall a decent place in a fantastic location

I really wanted to like this place. It’s in a great location and has a car park and easy access. It is small for a large group but manageable. However, it is in need of a bit of love. It is tired and showing its age. It is in good need of a thorough clean and some attention to fittings and furniture that have seen better days. We contacted Team EJ who were sympathetic to some of the things that we pointed out and said that they would get on to their cleaners (but that nothing could be done now that we were in the apartment) but looking back at some of the earlier reviews the topics are similar, which makes me wonder if they fixed them when others had already let them know before.

City apartment handy location Positive: Exellent location 2 min walk to sky city and supermarket dairy and coffee shop outside the gate . 5 mins to queen st and safe and secure building complex with secure free parking Shower water pressure very good pool and gym inside complex as well ground floor unit easy to find. Negative: Bottom bedroom bed had no blankets on the bed... this was fixed at 8pm Unit did not look exactly like advertised photos and there was no balcony as advertised only a very small patio inside gate. Over all though a nice unit 👌 would stay here again

The unit provided a great central location for our trip with the included car space making it super easy for us to head out each day in our hire car. While the unit was compact the rooms where each a good size giving space for us to retreat to at the end of the day, the kitchen was basic but functional (and with so much good food in the city why would you be cooking?). The complex is busy and there was noise from neighbouring units. If you need silent nights to sleep this could be a dealbreaker but you could also count this as a part of the city experience. Overall we had a good experience with the hosts, easy access, central location, comfortable beds, nice linen and towels. Great value if you are looking for a comfortable base for your trip to explore Auckland and its beautiful surroundings.

Great location in the city .Very small accommodation barley room to put suitcases on floor with bed. No hanging space in bedroom downstairs. Dirty flooring with marks and stains. Not suitable for asthmatics due to excessive dust. Not very private with only sheer curtain on lounge which is see through at night. Beds uncomfortable in two bedrooms.

Communication was really good until I forgot my speaker (I am 100% sure I left it and know exactly where it was) and was trying to follow up and organize picking it up but I was told it wasn’t there… so that was a shame as it was a birthday present. We are a family of 5 - two adults & three children. It was very hard trying to find a place that would accomodate all of us. I then stumbled upon Eric & Jason’s Airbnb & booooy was I happy. Perfect location plus this is on the first floor so it’s easy to get in/out of. Lots of restaurants and stores that are a very short walk from the apartment. The store right next door has bags of ice if you ask the clerk. The coffee shop that is also next door has great coffee and little nibbles-perfect to get the day started. Eric and Jason messaged to check in on us after our first night there and their response times are pretty quick. I even asked for ramen suggestions and they had several. They were also able to provide a list of luggage storage options and transportation options to the airport. There were 5 of us total and we all enjoyed it. I highly suggest this listing if you are needing a place in Auckland.

Great location right near the Skycity, easy to check-in. Host's are quick to communicate. couple of chairs needing to be replaced but they are onto it. Beds felt like they were double other than a queen. It's the first floor unit near the pool and gym . We used the pool was lovely. There's a parking space in the garage downstairs - can fit a roofbox if you are travelling. you can fit a portacot in the upstairs room if the bed got pushed to the wall. Unit is a bit squishy for a big family but otherwise was great for value and the location.

The price and location of the place is superb, super central and literally just a 2 minute walk to the Sky Tower. Unfortunately our biggest let down was the cleanliness of the place, the photos don't really reflect how clean the place really is.

Our family loved Team EJ’s cozy abode. The location was convenient especially being on the ground floor too. The pool and steam room was used by my kids. My family and I found our stay here to be very enjoyable. The location was one of the greatest aspects as it was close to alot of hotspots. The house was clean and practical to use as it had all the essentials. I recommend this airbnb for any stay in NZ.

Great apartment in a handy location. Very comfortable stay for a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 young kids). The roadworks didn't bother us at all. Hosts were great communicators and always quick to respond to queries. We'd definitely stay again the next time we visit Auckland.

Not a bad place but it was never cleaned up to an acceptable standard extremely filthy and grubby too much to list on this review and a lot of maintenance needed blinds broken which gave us zero privacy and the host refused to refund the cleaning fee after it was recommended by Airbnb support to refund the fee and stopped replying it’s obvious they have multiple properties and do not care about there guests wouldn’t come back

Good communication from Team EJ. Apartment is smaller than what appears in the pictures, but it is good enough for families and group of friends exploring Auckland. As mentioned in their listing, there is a constant constructions outside of the building during day time, but it didnt affect our stay at all. Location is 5 star as everyplace is just a walk away. Just a block away from the Skycity and a lot of cafes and restos around the corner. A major plus during a crazy petrol market. Our car was just relaxing in a safe and generous car space in the basement. We didn't experience any bed bugs as mentioned in the previous comments. We were provided with enough and clean beddings and towels. We had a good time staying in this accomodation :)

Beautiful location right in the town center, Check-in instructions was little confused due to the construction going outside the building. The room was not same as looked in the photos, cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Found the Cigarette buds on the door step as we entered, hairs on the floor, cushions under the beds and dirty fridge. Without aircon or fan the apartment was too hot and we decided to open the window over night and front door to have a fresh air but the loud noise from the rest of the apartments above us couldn't let us go to sleep. Next day cleaners came and cleaned the house and provided us the fan which was really helpful for the rest of days to stay at the apartment. Thanks

Overall was satisfied and would consider staying here again. Positive: Great communication with the management. The proximity to surrounding activities, venues and supply options. Also it was easy to access motorways. Mostly well set up and very clean. Negative: As our stay was over 2 very humid nights, the lack of air conditioning or effective fans was very apparent.

Location was the only good thing about the accommodation. Its tired and loud. Beds were clean but walls etc needed painting as were very dirty. Photos definitely are glamor shots, doesnt look anything like it in real life.

The photos do not accurately reflect the condition of the apartment. We got bed bugs!!!!!! The hosts have been contacted, and have replied to 1 message only, but they are trying to wipe their hands of it and are refusing to communicate with us, and have not offered any refund! Overall it has been a very disappointing experience and I definitely do NOT recommend this apartment to anyone! The oven fan sounds like it will fly off and there was no oven tray. The carpet was dirty. There was food stuck to the dining chairs. (We have photo proof of the above) Don't stay here, unless you want bed bugs!!!!!

Firstly, the hosts were good communicators and tried their best. The apartment was ok and the interior looked as advertised however the complex felt pretty sub-standard. The apartments above us had people throwing cigarette buts and rubbish off their balconies which landed in our courtyards each night. There are signs around the complex advising not to throw cigarettes off balconies and advising there will be drug dogs onsite to check for drugs. There were extensive roadworks on the doorstep and construction works on neighbouring buildings which ran all day. There is also a quarantine facility immediately next door. I am guessing we've stayed in over 30 Air BnB's and this is the first time I've ever given a bad review but it just felt like an unhappy environment to stay in.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed staying at Eric and Jason's apartment. The place is super clean, all the amenities were provided- we found that having the washing machine and dryer really helped when we were staying for 5 days! The team were super communicative which helped us so much. The shower was great- pressure was spot on! and we were right in central Auckland where we were only a few mins walk away from restaurants, sky tower, cafes and many other shopping stores!! All in all we all loved our stay here- thank you so much for having us (:

Very professional and helpful hosts and the place had everything we needed for the stay. The living area was a wee bit small for 4 adults and a baby so probably wouldn't recommend for 3 couples, but if you're not going to spending time at the place then it's a very easy apartment to be in. Our only issue was the noise of the other people who lived in the building coming and going at all hours. Obviously, this is something that is out of anybody's control. Thank you, we enjoyed our time here.

Eric and Jason were very prompt , with full responses to questions. Some great restaurant tips! Nothing was too much trouble Things were very organized and made it all stress free! The check in process was easy and very well explained, complete with photographs . Apartment is very well positioned and it is easy to walk around the CBD . Although we walked everywhere having a free car park was a huge plus! Their place was equipped with everything we needed and was tidy and clean with comfortable beds .We loved the décor especially the gecko on the wall ! Although the apartment is small it isn't cramped and 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is very useful regardless of the group size. Coffee shop next door is a blessing for your morning fresh coffee and the convenience store is very useful for those forgotten items. Excellent value for money We will be back . Warm regards Katy

This was a great spot to base ourselves for a week long stay in Auckland with a young family. Eric and Jason's place was really comfortable and clean and so handy to everything - travelling with a kids we ate most nights at Commercial Bay because you can get all types of quality food there to satisfy everyone's tastes. We enjoyed having a play in the pool too - which is small but we had it to ourselves the times we used it which was awesome. Good coffee from the place next door or from along by Sky City and really handy having a convenience store on the doorstep with really friendly staff. There are quite a lot of building works nearby but this didn't really disturb us and on cold days we found the apartment cosy and peaceful. Also Eric and Jason are really attentive and have great communication - thanks so much!

Great location, very central, walkable distance to anywhere in the CBD and Wynyard Quarter. A three minute walk to Skytower. Gated entry so feels safe. Does not have air-conditioning, but fans are provided for hot nights.

Great location and really useful having the car park but felt the ground floor could do with an upgrade, particularly the flooring which is quite worn. Upstairs is really well done.

this place suited our needs at very short notice and was great value for what we required. great to have 3 double bedrooms and 2 showers and toilets at this price in this location.

Great location, friendly hosts. Excellent communication. However the apartment was a little dingy and didn’t feel overly clean. It was also very small for the price and didn’t get much natural light. Fine for one night!

We hope you have communicated this during your stay as we could have sent our cleaning team to check and address this. The unit have curtains and blinds that you can easily open up if you prefer natural light to come through. This is a 3 bedroom unit, bigger than any 3 bedroom average homes in Auckland. Nevertheless, it was a pleasure hosting you!

Pool was out of order which the kids were very excited about and the reason we choose this apartment. So that was disappointing. Few little things. Stains on the dinning room chairs, torn carpet around the kitchen, cracked tile in kitchen, stained carpet upstairs which we were accused of causing which wasn’t the case. We didn’t spend much time at the apartment. All in all a nice place. But just a few little things. In the future I’ll take photos of all damage to avoid being accused of damage. Makes me loose faith in Air BnB.

Firstly, thank you so much for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear of the issues. The pool was closed by building management for maintenance and it's ready to use now which is out of our control, we have fixed the carpet and tiles on Kitchen floor, the upstairs carpet was found stained by our cleaners after you checked out.

We had a good stay here, location was excellent (bit tricky to find initially with all the roadworks but we got there in the end). Enough space for our family of 5 for a few days. Great big shower upstairs!

We had a great weekend in Auckland at Eric and Jason's apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a stone's throw from great cafes, restaurants and the Sky Tower. Eric and Jason were also excellent communicators and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again!

It was okay however the apartment was tired and in need of a refresh. Felt a b Positive: Location was close to the city and easy walking distance Negative: One bed was very hard and un comfortable. Carpet and general cleanliness was not great. The whole apartment was tired and the sink and shower upstairs were not draining properly. Instructions were not clear on how to gain access to the property. Needs to be a bit more clarity around how to enter the outside gates into the apartment other than just instructions into the garage as we did not have a car - some confusion to start.

A comfy place that was close to the city, a decent working stay location. Positive: The apartment was ideal for a small family group and I found it to be clean and well set up. Better curtains would help for privacy given it is very close to the doorway for the main building. Negative: The access route through the car park was unsual and not ideal for a family.

Convenient Location with Responsive Host, Room for Improvement in Comfort and Security Positive: The room's cleanliness was generally good, though I noticed some dust in certain areas. I appreciated the ease of using the TV, which added a nice touch to my downtime. On the brighter side, the location of the property was excellent, very close to the CBD area, which made exploring the city quite convenient. Another commendable aspect was the host's responsiveness. They were quick to respond and assist with any maintenance issues, making communication smooth and efficient. Negative: The process of collecting the keys was unique, involving a bit of a treasure hunt, which was an interesting twist but felt a bit odd and raised some security concerns. The keys being left out in public didn't seem safe and made me question the overall security of the place. The absence of air conditioning was felt, especially in the stuffy atmosphere of the room. This lack of ventilation was a discomfort, particularly during warmer days.

Very bad accommodation Positive: It was close to the city centre. Negative: Dirty apartment. Dirty lounge rug. Stained couche, stained dining chairs, bugs on the bedding. There was no air con which made it difficult to sleep at night. The accommodation was not what was advertised. The photos were obviously photo shopped or taken when they apartment was first built.

We offered to send the cleaners to check and address the issues you mentioned but you did not allow us to do so, instead, you continuously pushed us to provide you with a refund. Hosts should be given a chance to check and address any issues raised during a guest's stay. If we were only given a chance to check what you were complaining about, we are sure we would be able to come up with a solution and help.
