House Rules
Longer Stays: Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days. Check-In and Check-Out: - Guests to provide expected check-in time - will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests. Guests to provide expected check-out time(latests being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental). Guest must view check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process. Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked. During Your Stay: Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm. Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building. Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges. Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

Very convenient location in the center of town, close to public transportation, bus, train and ferry to the islands. Safe and walkable area. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The place was well kept and clean. Kitchen amenities sufficient to prepare coffee, tea, toasts, or heat up a meal. Good shower pressure. The hosts were quick to respond and very attentive. Good location near the sky tower and the direct bus to the airport and close to the CBD and Queen street. The team communicated with me constantly and my questions and inquiries while staying there were always answered quickly. The use of the pool and gym was handy. I had a good stay here it's basically a room at a 4-star hotel for a better price than you would get on other websites. the bathroom is really lovely; water pressure and quality are highest possible. small mini bar with mini fridge, cutlery, bowls plates glasses, microwave, tv with cable and very comfy bed. has a small safe in the closet area. a few blocks from the sky tower. Although I had little challenge on the first day checking in, almost at 12:00 midnight, the rest of the stay was okay. Sad that check out time is 10:00 am!!!! And not 12:00 noon. Looked even better than the photos! Had a fab stay at this super convenient location with access to the hotel gym and pool, elevators were quick and the room had everything one needs for a mini getaway. Walkable to spark arena which was my reason for travel, had so many options for cafes nearby and being so close to the new world as well as Britomart Transport Complex was super handy! Only thing to note is if you need to leave your bags somewhere after checkout, the hotel will unlikely hold them as you aren't a hotel guest (definitely try ask!) but they recommend the mini mart across the road who held my bags for a few hours (for a small fee) which was super convenient!Emma C - Posted: 3/12/2024

Overall we had good experience, but the listing is inaccurate in some ways. The location is excellent, close to everything, the room is basically a small hotel room. The listing advertised laundry facilities - there are NO laundry facilities in the room or at the hotel. I've communicated with The Team and they reiterated that there is no laundry. I asked that they update the listing, but they never did. The bed was comfy, but it's 2 twin mattresses in the same frame - not a queen. Great water pressure in the shower. The Team was very responsive, I've talked to 10 different people - it's never the same person it seems. That made communication a bit weird when they conveyed slightly different info. Besides prime location, host is responsive, overall a delightful room. However, wife is unimpressed with mattress being too soft. The room is ideally located in the CBD, just off Queen Street. Not too noisy though, and easily accessible. Communication with the host was smooth and he replies very quickly to any concern. Room is clean and tidy, apart from some dust on the ceiling and the air vent the could probably deserve a little clean up. Swimming pool and gym area are great. The biggest down side was the bed that is not a queen size bed, but rather 2 single beds together, with 2 single matresses. Not the most comfortable when you're a couple. Also, the TV was not smart as mentioned, and didnt' have NETFLIX on it. It was a bit of a disappointment for us when we got back to the room early in the evening with the idea to unwind in front of a NETFLIX movie... And strangely, there was not sufficient kitchen ustensils for 2 people in the kitchen. There was only 1 wine glass, 1 table spoon, and 1 bowl... Great location, 10 mins to viaduct and to Spark Arena. The room & bathroom was really clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and great communication. Also loved being up on the 18th floor the city views were great.
