Nice place to stay for a weekend. House was clean and tidy, good communication. Only cons were 4pm check in, and charging extra to check in any earlier. Iron also badly stained a shirt.

The house is right next to a beautiful park, perfect for walks, and there's a large sports field nearby as well. Within a five-minute walk, there's another spacious park that's great for kids to play and explore. The home is designed for comfort and privacy, with two relatively independent floors and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook your own meals. Plus, with supermarkets, a swimming pool, and more just a short five-minute drive away, everything you need is close by. Thanks again for your stay, highly recommend to future guests!

Having to find a booking to accommodate more than 5 people at the last minute was a blessing. and thats what this place is. Our family had to be in Auckland for a suddenly family event and Team's place really felt like a second home for us. Easy to get onto the motorways and if we had more time spent in Auckland we could have gone to Motat which was only minutes away by car and within walking distance. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely be on my list of places to stay whenever I'm in Auckland

Very good location for an event I had with my family. Good communication with the team, I have to note that although they were responsive at times its was quite stressful having to go through an agency and different people compared to just dealing directly with the owner (or 1x consistent person) when making additional requests eg earlier check in. I had to call so many times, no call backs only texts. However it all turned out ok. A sofa in the living room downstairs is not the same sofa in the pictures listed. blinds for privacy in the kitchen and living upstairs would've been great. 1x bathroom upstairs, its windows have no blinds and I was same level looking right out into the neighbours home - I didn't know if the window was blurred or not, I refrained from using this bathroom. Overall it's a nice home that has been renovated with excellent location

We really loved staying here - clean, well presented, all as described. We liked having the two separate lounge areas, and the home office was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the decor is lovely. Absolutely recommend to groups with older kids (there are some stairs heading down to the lounge and bedroom that may be a bit much for the elderly or toddlers).

Place was nice and uplifting - everywhere was bright and kept super pristine in good condition. Totally loved the efforts of artwork in the house to make it look welcoming and creatively friendly. Equipment, cutleries and items provided for us were also all adequate for usage. For a family of 7 like ours, we had no issues getting everyone a space to live in and entertain themselves! One issue we had though, were flies coming in and throughout the place whenever we started cooking - which was hard to rid whilst being in the kitchen. Perhaps more instructions on the rubbish disposal would have been easier for tourists like us. Other than that, this is a true blue recommended place for all looking for big groups settling down!

Lovely renovated unit, but with feedback for property management Positive: Spacious 3 bedroom unit with lovely renovated bathrooms. Negative: Plenty of signs that the property could have been managed better... broken bed, broken general furnishings, chipped dishwear etc. The dishwasher had mouldy cutlery in, which was also unfortunate. We gave feedback to the management team, so hope the next people have a better experience - because apart from the above, it was a lovely rental..

Lovely B&B. Great location. Easy Access. Positive: The place itself is lovely. Myself and the other 3 staying enjoyed the house in general. Was easy to get around the place, and find our rooms and towels etc. and it was a very tidy and well-done renovated house. Negative: Parking was rather tight. I had a ute, so it was not ideal for the tight off-street parking provided, however this didn't take a negative toll on us, and we managed. From the street-view house is small, and old, but once you walk through the doors it's a whole new world - don't let the outside be first impression.

Hi there, lovely house - perfect for what we wanted. Good location for someone who knows Auckland and has a car. The check in time is very late & early the next morning. We found there was not adequate toiletries in every bathroom, despite the listing describing it. Overall happy just some tweaking would made it perfect.

A fantastic house to stay at. Was close to Eden Park where we were attending a concert and very easily walkable even with 2 young kids. The hosts were very responsive and most helpful when our 3 year old hid some belongings which they have kept safe for us until we are able to pick up. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family absolutely LOVED staying here! The home is super cute, with a well-equipped kitchen and two smart TVs, and a nice little backyard with a BBQ. It’s right across from a park with a playground. We also loved how short of a drive it was to the zoo. Plus the hosts are very helpful and responsive. Overall a great stay and we highly recommend!

This is a great property for groups/friends wanting a weekend away. Location was easy to get to from the motorway. The street is quiet and it’s located opposite a park. Having the three bathrooms was super convenient, especially when we all needed to be out the house at the same time every day. This property packs a punch in what it offered. This place was a super comfortable place to stay with plenty of privacy. A lovely home handy to Kingsland, Morningside, and the western motorway. Walking distance to Western Springs Park which is worth noting. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay. Beautiful home in a great location. Worked well with our kids as close to zoo and MOTAT. Greenspace close by. Home very well setup. Kids and my husband and and I slept in the two upstairs rooms. My parents had lots of space downstairs with a big bedroom, a bathroom and another lounge. Setup very good for two families or a group of three couples. Three bathrooms very convenient.

Opulence! This place was amazing. After doing a 10-day tour of the North Island, this was our last stop before flying home. My favorite Air BnB the whole time and I’d just wished I’d have stayed longer! Everything is high quality, well worth the money!

We enjoyed our stay here in Auckland. The team was fantastic to communicate with, answering messages and phone calls promptly. The house was clean and had everything you needed when staying with multiple families. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation itself was OK, but the endless emails before our arrival, even asking who was staying and why was totally inappropriate. Then to be told that the place was left in a terrible state, smelling bad, was a complete insult!

The stay was okay. The beds were comfortable. There was also a dead cockroach down stairs which we got rid of. We discovered in the morning that there was no hot water by the time we discovered this it was too late to ring someone. And we all had to have cold showers which was a downer. The check in process is annoying as you can’t check in till 4 and check out at 10am which isn’t even 24 hours at the house. Specially when you’re paying over $500 a night. (Even though that’s including the cleaning fee) it should be check in anytime after 11am.

Got to the premises an hour after check-in (5PM) and the cleaners were still there, unable to access premises until 6PM when the cleaners finished. All rooms were clean and tidy, but the cutlery/plates/microwave were all dirty and needed a good clean. Location was fine and house was lovely, owners might need to have a chat with the cleaning company but apart from that 4 out of 5 Stars.
