The apartment and location were perfect for attending our conference nearby, couldn't have asked for better and with free carparking it was fantastic value for money. Apartment clean and had everything we needed. Quiet location. Thank you for a great place. to stay With roadworks going on it was impossible to find the carpark, took us 40mins to find using Google maps once we collected the keys. The carpark entrance was incredibly tight for our Holden sv6 stationwagon, luckily there were two of us so one could guide while the other drove in otherwise it would've been impossible. Knowing how to exit took some working out too, thought it was just a case of driving up to the door via a sensor so some guidance on that would have been good.

Great little apartment in central location. Check in instructions were clear. Had everything we needed. Naturally warm with heater available if needed. Right outside plenty of food options. Super easy to find and access. The location was very central and walkable to attractions and restaurants in Auckland. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The host was helpful, responsive and friendly. Would 100% recommend this home.

Great accommodation to stay in! The car park entrance is too narrow though and quite nerve wrecking trying to get in. I had to get someone on the street to help
me get in. Otherwise I throughly enjoyed my stay .

We had an awesome stay here. This place is right in the middle of CBD, walkable to a lot of things but still quiet. Had all the amenities and we didn’t have any trouble except for may be finding the parking the first time. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay if you plan on walking a lot in Auckland. We parked our car and never used it our whole stay. Overall the place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the amenities functioned, and the shower was very nice. The location is the biggest selling point though - very close to the Civic, Queenstreet, and so many shops and restaurants and you can walk around the city in general and get a good feel for it. The one thing I will say is that checking in was a bit of a task - you first have to go to a separate address and find the lockbox on a tree, get the key, then drive to the car park, which as others have said, was a tight fit. We had a Toyota Yaris and I don't think anything larger than that would fit through the door. You then had to navigate to a tough-to-find elevator before making your way up to the apartment. The host does leave very detailed instructions with pictures on how to do this, but it was still difficult and stressful in a city we didn't know.

I would really recommend staying in this apartment. It's really clean and has great amenities. The bed is super comfortable. The best thing is the location. So close to everything in the CBD. Close to bus stops as well. Instructions to get in to the property were really helpful and easy to follow. We arrived at night and it was still really easy to find the keysafe and to get in. The host was very responsive and quick replies to messages.

Excellent location, kitchen was amazing. Apartment was clean and quiet. The dryer didn't really dry clothes, it just warmed them up. Other than that, the apartment was excellent.

Centrally located, well appointed and tidy apartment. Great amenities and good wifi and entertainment. If you take the time to read the clear instructions the check in is simple. For the price this is a great deal and worthy of a long or short stay in the city. Walk out your front door and you are basically opposite the Aotea Centre.

Beautiful apartment that was even better in person. Lovely high ceilings. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and easy access to restaurants and local attractions. The building is so walkable to everything in the CBD and close to several great restaurants and shops. The building itself was very nice and the gym was truly the best part. The apartment was cozy and came with everything you could need. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place, great location. Lots of food options close-by. Nice kitchen, nice bathroom, comfy couch. The bed was very soft, which many people find comfortable, though my partner and I actually prefer a harder mattress that transfers no movement when the other person turns around (we're fussy).

Our stay at the apartment was perfect! The place had everything that we needed and it felt incredibly comfortable. Perfect apartment for what we were looking for: Central location, secure parking, clean space, comfy bed and has a balcony. The bathroom is super nice too!! Check in was slightly confusing after a long day of travel but once you have read the details very carefully figured out the instructions on getting in and out it's fine. Thank you for having us! Such a great spot in central Auckland. Felt safe having our car and surfboards with us as a covered carpark is provided. Super tidy, and plenty of information given as to the location of the place. Still tricky to navigate in a city but the instructions are super helpful! Only thing is my partner was looking forward to a coffee as there were pods advertised but there weren't any during our stay. However, there was instant coffee. Such a great spot for exploring the city on foot. Definitely recommend.

Eric & Jason's apartment was comfortable , stylish and a very comfortable bed with lots of pillow s . A lot of attention to detail throughout the apartment was apparent like the coffee machine & books to read .
I would highly recommend a stay here .

Honestly couldn’t fault it, beautiful property, looks exactly like the pictures. Check in/out was super easy, very clear pictured instructions. Eric and Jason were very efficient with their responses, offering to help where ever possible. Just wished we had stayed longer! Would definitely stay again (:

The place was amazing. The Soundbar made such a booming experience for watching a movie or two with the included Netflix they provide.

I booked some places at Auckland, and the ones that Eric and Jason run are the most tidy, and comfortable ones. Literally everything you need is there, and the place smells fresh and clean, unlike some other properties that I booked from other hosts, they smell, and I had to go and shop for some bed linens and air fresheners. Again, Eric and Jason’s properties are the best and if I stay more at Auckland I will definitely book one of them. Not to mention that they are so quick when responding and very supportive, I had to checkin early and they allowed me. I really appreciate your 5 stars service.

Very detailed directions with pictures were very helpful in finding the lockbox and driveway to the car park. The apartment inside was incredibly modern with up to date amenities and decor.

A perfect apartment for a stay in Auckland! So comfortable and well located! An easy walking distance to amazing restaurants, shopping, wharfs and the Sky tower. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped to a high standard and the addition of a washer and a dryer in the apartment was really useful whilst travelling. The check in location was a little walk away from the building, but clear instructions with helpful photos were provided. The allocated parking space was also really great for this central area of Auckland.

This is a great apartment in a very hand central city location, with convenient parking within the building.
The apartment is small but very comfortable for a couple, with excellent appliances and furniture.
The location is very handy, being only a few minutes’ walk from Queen Street. Despite that, it is also quite quiet overnight so a good night’s sleep is easy, especially on the apartment’s excellent bed.
The kitchen is very well fitted out and it is easy to prepare a good meal.
We will be delighted to return if we have the opportunity.

Great apartment in a great location! Pictures are accurate with nice living space, good size bedroom and large bathroom (with separate toilet). Good communication. The WiFi was not working, but contacted them and got a very quick reply with an alternative network available in the apartment! Would recommend to all and would love to stay again

L’appartement d’Eric et Jason est parfaitement situé dans le centre-ville et bien sécurisé. Il est joliment et confortablement meublé. La communication a été très facile et rapide. Nous avions eu un problème d’internet, celui-ci a été réglé dans un très bref délai. Nous avons senti, par les messages envoyés , nos hôtes soucieux de notre confort et de rendre notre séjour agréable. Le parking est vraiment un plus dans cette grande ville. Nous y reviendrons à notre prochain séjour.

Beautiful apartment literally in the heart of town, very accommodating hosts, I requested an early check in as I came off a long haul flight, fast response from host confirming it’s okay, and they also let me check out an hour later than the allocated time. We had a great stay. The apartment has a washer and dryer which saved us a lot of hassle, it’s close to everything we wanted to see/do in Auckland, and the car park made it easy to get around when we left. The cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed at, Eric's place is stylish but comfortable, with every small detail provided for in a thoughtful manner. Conveniently located above a bustling area of the CBD, it was quiet and peaceful inside, with a nice balcony and huge windows. I could walk everywhere I needed to go.
Check in was amazingly simple, with photos of each step, and suggestions to make things quick and easy.
The bed was fabulously comfortable and the towels and sheets are "expensive hotel quality and feel". The bathroom is spacious and modern with a separate toilet and full sized washer/dryer, which was so great during my long travel.
When the shower drain clogged one day, Eric responded immediately and it was fixed soon after.
Great host and accommodation I hope to stay here again if I get the chance!

The apartment is well located in the downtown area being close to lots of retail stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The accommodations were overall satisfactory but did have to bear with high level of noise coming from the street as windows and patio door do not provide sufficient sound barrier. For those who like it cool, air conditioning is available. However, the system does not secure sufficient coolness in the bedroom - you may want to bring a fan. While we liked the numerous amenities that came with the apartment including a well equipped kitchen and incredible bathroom, we would have appreciated a more personalized communication / approach with the host.

Superb location, easy walk to waterfront (15mins easy walk)/Skytower etc; garage in centre of Auckland is amazing (aqnd spacious), but all the apartments facilities are first class and bang up to date. We would (hopefully will) definitely stay again when we return to NZ.

We had a wonderful stay! Eric’s place was in the heart of downtown. So much better than a hotel! Free parking, great amenities...highly recommended! It was extremely clean, modern, and very comfortable! We had issues with the television not working and realized it was the batteries...I inquired about it and 30 minutes later, batteries and essential apartment supplies were delivered to our door. Eric was very helpful and helped us out by allowing us to stay a few more hours after check out! Thanks again for that! We loved Auckland and will definitely stay at Eric’s again in the future.

Stayed at this apartment for over 3 weeks. The following are noteworthy:-
The apartment is well kitted out with kitchen, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and more than enough cutlery and utensils. We used these facilities as my wife is a coeliac.
There was a top brand washing machine and drier.
User manuals provided for all equipment.
The location suited us - near town but not troubled by the city centre noise.
Parking space available.
Eric was accommodating for our requests to make our longer than usual stay better.
Its a modern apartment.
And yes, we would definitely use it again should we return to Auckland.
I would recommend it.

Eric's place is an absolute haven in a bustling city. It has absolutely everything you need and more, including Netflix and a washer and dryer!
