Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay at this condo. it's very conveniently located in town, but high enough up and well insulated that it's very quiet. We didn't hear any neighbors during our stay. There are multiple resturants within a 5 min walk. We had a Kia Carnival rental van that we were able to easily park in the 2 parking spots that are for the unit. The condo was very nicely stocked and had very comfortable beds. We loved all the modern touches and amenities. There are multiple scratches and wear marks throughout the unit & the shower in the smaller bathroom dose leaks on both sides, but there's a drain to mop the water to. The hosts are fantastic and are super responsive to questions. They provided fantastic, detailed instructions, with photos to check in and descriptions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Auckland CBD. It was spacious and had a great view of Auckland Harbour. Close to shops and other local amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen and bathroom and toilet facilities very good. A great location for short and long stays.

The place is very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. They even leave laundry detergent for you. Very responsive. Would stay again. There are a/c in each rooms m which was nice. Having the washer dryer combo was very useful.

Positive: The view and layout, good location

The unit was exactly what we were looking for. Three rooms and a washer machine. Bonus was having a beautiful ocean view. Clear Instructions, responsive team members, active results, I liked that you needed the key fob to go about in the building. There were two things that made me not give this a 5 Star rating. The Washer had a leak and one of the showers the water was coming out from the curtain. BUT... Would I rent this unit again, YES. Do I recommend this place, YES.

Beautiful and very professional! Positive: Views were stunning and the property was beautiful. Our hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to give plenty of instructions to our stay to make it hassle free and enjoyable for all! Negative: The door handle to get into the room was damaged and there were a few scuffs and scrapes around the apartment. Honestly nothing major and still really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was as described in listing. My only comment would be there is a large step up to get into the shower in the hallway and may be difficult for some. Also needed to be very careful while showering to ensure that water stayed in basin.

The host did not disclose a monitoring device installed in the apartment. While we were eating dinner and watching the Olympics I received an unpleasant message indicating we were being monitored. It made us all feel very uncomfortable, however the reservation was not refundable and the host did not respond to our question regarding options. After discussions with airbnb support we decided to stay but spent minimal time in the apartment. Airbnb support was great in providing help and advice during the stay.

Your apartment is excellent and perfect! 👍🏼😃 There is enough space to relax (living room and sitting room) and I feel very comfortable living here. The kitchen facilities and kitchen ware are high-end and useful, suitable for a family for cooking. There are also plenty of tableware,with an average of two sets per person. I was initially worried about the security of the apartment, but I found out that it is safe. Since you need a key every time when you come in and out, and the neighbors nearby are very friendly. They were very helpful to us when we met problems. The people in New Zealand is nice😃 The experience living here is better than in Hotel. Staying here is a happy experience!

We stayed at this beautiful house for two nights while in Auckland the views of the city is amazing. Nice clean place except a bit dusty when we checked in .It would be nice to have more supplies especially toiletries. There were no hand wash or any products in shower. Thanks Farina

Apartment wasn’t clean, had to put towels on the couch to be able to sit on them. Had dust and stains on it. The bathroom has poor planning and with water constantly leaking out of the tub. Nowhere worth the amount being charged for the stay. Messaged EJ regarding the couch and they never came back to us with an update

Our stay at the Airbnb in Auckland, NZ, was fantastic. The host was welcoming and responsive, providing all the info we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with all necessary amenities and fast Wi-Fi. Located in a charming and safe neighborhood, it was close to great sights and dining. very kind hosts. nice view on 11th floor and apt was kept clean. We had plumbing issue but it was immediately taken care of. 20min walking distance from viaduct Harbour. it would better if there was enough amenities during our 10days stay. we had to buy bathroom tissues detergents trash bags and dishwasher liquids. Other than that it was nice and convenient and thank you the host team

Overall good experience, place was as described. Could have been better with cleaning and supplies for the house but good location and walkable. Would have been nice to check in early as requested considering the unit was empty before us especially after a 20+ hour trip. we ended up having to get a hotel for a few hours before we were able to check into the unit.

The property was great and was exactly what our group of 5 needed visiting New Zealand for the first time. The property was very clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The area around the property felt very safe and not too far from areas we wanted to check out. The host was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was the bathroom with the tub was a bit difficult to use because the water leaked out and would wet the entire bathroom floor. I read other reviews with this same issue so we tried our best to be careful but it still happened at least twice. However, it was not the worst after we got used to the shower.

The place looks like the pictures, great living room, bedrooms are comfy, kitchen is operational. Bathrooms are big and clean. The appartment is well located, 15mins walk from queen street, there are convenience stores nearby to buy what you need. Great place, easy to get too, great views, was a little disappointed that the ammenities listed a bath, unfortunately a 900x900 shub, isn't a bath. Would recommend a stay, nice apartment, great parking. Would be perfect for two couples or a party of 4 or 5.

Plant wall is no longer there so was thrown off, but host is very responsive and solved any issues very quickly. We requested a second key, and host was able to put in lock box which was ideal as apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 parks so people can come and go separately. Otherwise amazing place, amazing service - highly recommend!

Évacuation des eaux impossible . ) J’ai dû effectuer une partie du ménage . - Nous avons demandé à notre hôte un second jeu de clefs . Aucun retour de sa part.

We booked the unit so 5 adults could stay together, 3 bedroom two bathroom. The common bathroom has a square 30cm deep tub as a shower option, we tried showering the first night and the floor was flooded, as the water just channels along the side of the tub and over the floor, there is no screen and a curtain they installed during our stay is useless as the tub rim was not flush with the wall. We spent 15 minutes mopping and towelling up the floor to be able to use the toilet again. We let the management know of this and was asking for a refund for the remaining nights left as only having one shower available in the ensuite with 5 adults was not what we booked and would make it uncomfortable for our remaining stay. They would not refund us the remaining nights and continually tried telling me that a curtain would fix it, which it didn't. We asked Airbnb for help, but they were of no help, even after providing photo and video evidence of the floor flooding. Disappointed and frustrated.

Location was great, parking easy and safe, nice view from 11th floor indeed and very easy check in. Apartment itself is spacious, really bright except for the back bedroom that doesn’t get any daylight at all. Beds were comfortable. Sadly when we arrived we found that the cleaning had been done very superficially, bathrooms were not clean, urine around toilet seats, hair on the floor, finger prints all over the dining table, fridge, balcony doors, marks on bedside tables and bedding hadn’t been changed in one of the bedrooms - which was shocking. We reached out to the host and they managed to send the team of cleaners back to the flat later that afternoon. We had to leave for a few hours for them to clean the apartment properly. They did a good job second time around and apologised for the inconvenience. We then found dirty dishes staked in the kitchen cupboards next day. Also all our family had bites marks on our bodies, not mosquito after we checked out which we reported to host..

We really needed 2 keys with tags as the security was quite tight and the garage needed the tag both ways. They had maintenance drop off a second key 24 hours later. Apart from a couple of other minor issues that we advised the owners and can be easily fixed, we loved the district views over the harbor, city and Ponsonby from the 11th floor! The air conditioning was quiet and also great given the temperatures and humidity. Well worth considering this apartment. 👍😎

OK apartment for a couple of nights, quiet at night and have the things you need. Walking-distance from bigger shopping-malls and restaurants, also close to parks and "green areas". Everything is walking-distance though, nothing is really located at the actual apartment. We had issues with some "semi-broken" things in the bathroom and kitchen, but things were still functional. Also found some dirty dishes and hair. Surfaces was clean, beds were nice and except the somewhat spotty cleaning it was OK.

The most amazing apartment with everything you would need for a stay in Auckland. It has the most incredible view of the harbour. The apartment has a lovely large living space which was great for five adults. Great having the car park spaces. It is so close to the cbd that walking in and out was easy. The sky tower is about 15 minutes from the apartment. Supermarket is walkable in around 15 minutes too! Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

This is a beautiful place with a breathtaking view. It is very spacious for a family of 6 adults. There are 2 assigned parking lots. One note related to the apartment building itself (beyond the control of Team EJ), the maximum height allowed for a vehicle is only 2m and not as shown at the outer entrance. Of course this is not a problem for sedan.

New apartment with loads of natural light. Eric and Jason communicated everything clearly and were responsive to any questions we had. On-site parking was a big plus for us and the supermarket a short drive away. Whilst not right in the middle of the CBD, there are a couple of good cafes within easy walking distance. The view alone in this modern apartment is priceless. We loved sitting on the comfortable sofa and watching the Harbor and city lights. The apartment is immaculate and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen and bathrooms were fantastic. Four of us always had hot water even when using the washing machine. We were happy that we had a car because there are great day trips from Auckland and the included parking spaces were a wonderful bonus. The apartment checkin was very quick and easy and communication was outstanding.

Great apartment - plenty of room for our family. Hosts provided very detailed directions on how to locate the lock box and parking spot for check-in (complete with photos) which made things easy to find. Apartment is centrally located - about a 25min walk to Queens Wharf/ferry and a short walk to the grocery store. Fairly well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook at home. Loved the covered parking spot and heated towel racks in the bathroom. Also loved the view - perfect spot to watch the Vector lights on the Harbour Bridge on the weekends. And with all the rain, we also got to see some beautiful rainbows in the morning.

This is a beautiful/clean place to stay if you are visiting Auckland however I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you and your family/friends are traveling afar to reunite as we got a noise complaint, early on our first night and 4 of us were just playing card games and having a good catchup. That was followed by multiple noise complaints for the rest of our stay. would be great for 2-3 people that are extremely quite though 😊👍

Gorgeous location, would definitely stay here again! Easy to follow check-in guide as well as great communication during your stay. The kitchen/laundry is fully equipped with everything you need. Very homely, not to mention the view from every window is breathtaking!

Awesome apartment, in a fantastic location within walking distance to everywhere in town.Beautifully laid out & spacious with luxurious bathrooms (however, for those needing a bath please be aware the bathtub shown in the photos is actually a kids chub and not a full bathtub) with heated flooring, double showers in the main bedroom ensuite and a wonderful functional, fully equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfortable as are the furniture throughout the space. And what to say about the views? Simply out of this world ~ expansively panoramic & equally breathtaking day or night! Highly recommended.
