We had a great experience here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends. Our host was responsive and provided clear directions for key pickup, parking, and entry into the apartment. Everything was in working order and as described. Nice kitchen with all the appliances. Washer and Dryer. 3 good sized bedrooms. The master with an ensure bathroom and ample storage space. The view was incredible, looking out from the living room to the sky tower and bridge. Truly spectacular just to sit out in the covered balcony and take in the sights. thanks! Several things we noticed and to be mindful of. 1. make sure you park in B2 because there is also a spot with the same number in B1 2. there is no central thermostat or central heating system we could find. there is a wall mounted space heater in the living room.

This was a fabulous location in the heart of Auckland. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery options within a short walk. Our host was communicative and friendly. We had a great stay! (Small note- if you are sensitive to smells this may not work for you as the shared hallways smelled strongly of food.) All around, would stay again 100%!

Great stay! Loved the view! Comfy beds! Lots to use in the kitchen however a rice cooker would be a bonus. Downside was I had a hard time locating the key pick-up. The map somehow pointed to the other side of the building and had to drive up and down and walked around a few times just to figure it out. Otherwise would stay again!

The apartment was as listed, clean, generally good set up, and true to the photos. A 10th floor view of the Auckland harbor is stunning morning and night. From the apartment there is walking access to much of city centre and harbor area, restaurants, activities, etc. For the days that we were exploring outside of Auckland (Hobbiton, Waitangi, Waiheke Island), driving in the opposite direction from the heavy traffic flow into the city (mornings) or existing city (evenings) was a plus. Being in the midst of the city, it comes with city sounds and noises of traffic but that is to be expected. The only challenge was checking in - the first night we were without a car - as the directions only gave info to the parking deck, but not how to access the CENTRO building (up a Sugartree ramp) which is where the apt is located. It also took time to realize that the key lockbox is 1/2 block away in a different bldg. But once we got in, it was great! And they gave us a 2nd set of keys. :-)

There has been very detailed but incomplete introduction about how to get access into the apartment. There was not a mention of the “white card” in the key taking step. We had to go back to key safe again to pick the white card. The response was careless, as they never ever asked what was the problem but simply dumped the lengthy introduction to us to read and follow. When we entered the apartment, the headache came - there was strong smell of mold/odor noticed by every member of my family. We tried to open the door and window, but only to find the smell too difficult to remove after several hours. Therefore we had to sleep with the windows open, but unfortunately the noise from the traffic waked us very early in the morning. Except the view, there is nothing we can appreciate. What annoyed and maybe offended us was the attitude of the host team. I asked if there is any tissue or kitchen paper. They suggested us to use toilet paper instead. So arrogant!

Pros: spacious, 3 double bedrooms made it good for for adult groups travelling together. the view for this apartment was fabulous. Nice sized outdoor balcony. Central location made walking possible. After negotiation we were allowed an early check in. Cons: Necessities such as enough wine glasses had to be requested. Only one key for the apartment which wasn’t great when we had people with different agendas. Very musty smell (the managers dropped in an air purifier which gave limited help) Carpet in main bedroom hadn’t been well cleaned and had shards of broken glass. Door buzzer/intercom faulty

Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment fell short of expectations. The property appeared to be in need of maintenance and the condition did not match the photos provided on the listing. A significant issue was a noticeable water damage on the hallway floor near the bathroom, which resulted in a strong mold odor throughout the apartment. We notified both the host and Airbnb about this concern. While the host acknowledged the problem, no repairs were made during our stay despite their promise to send someone. Airbnb did offer some financial compensation for the inconvenience. Thankfully, the weather was pleasant, allowing us to keep the windows open to mitigate the odor. The only positive aspect of our stay was the view. I would recommend exploring other accommodation options.

This apartment had a lovely view of the harbour. Clean and tidy with very comfortable beds and bedding. Spacious and a nice balcony. The only issue we had was the shower was leaking through the drain in the middle of the bathroom, perhaps this was a new issues and the owner wasn’t aware if it, other than that everything was great. Beautiful apartment, so good that it had 3 bedrooms, clean & tidy, AMAZING view from the balcony, brilliant location. Our hosts were ali super helpful and responsive when sending messages. Positive: Love the view, location was close to town, definitely on the to do list again Negative: If you are like me and didn't read through anything, I would advise your ADHD to read it before calling, I was annoying the phone line so much and they were super patient with me even tho I didn't read anything, how ever I did pay for late check out and they still sent the message that I couldn't do that so yeah there's that, didn't get the money back either
