Skyline Sojourn Studio with Parking and Sea Views

The view was fabulous! The night skyline of Auckland was gorgeous from the balcony! The room was nicely laid out albeit the bed was kind of low for us oldsters! A gorgeous shower and the hot towel rack was such a bonus! Overall it felt very luxurious to stay there!

Good location with lots of cafes and shops nearby. Clean room with good view but very uncomfortable mattress. And we wished we knew about the key collection arrangement before choosing making this booking - that we would have to go get the key from a lockbox 10 walks from the Spencer and had to return the key to the same place at departure. This would not be a problem if we were driving, but we didn’t have a car and was using taxi and Uber, which was inconvenient. On the day of the departure i was on my own and i had to check out at 10am and my flight wasn’t till 3pm. The front desk refused to let me leave my luggage to collect later as I was staying at the private residence and not a hotel guest. Not even for 20 mins to allow me to walk to return to key to the lockbox and walk back to the Spencer to get my bags. The stasher place your team recommended had no availability nearby. I ended up walking to Anzac street with my two cases.

Great studio in Takapuna, close to the beach and many shops and cafes. Studio is located within a hotel and you have access to the amenities like the gym. Highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful stay!

Had an awesome couple days at this airbnb. Was a last minute booking so I was in a bit of rush to get to the place which took sometime as the key is located at a different location. Such a cool little studio though.
Pool had some maintenance being done which was a bummer, not really a spa person but it’s relatively big and looks nice.
Overall such an awesome place and area, would book again.

We stayed at this flat for two weeks and had a great time. The location is ideal, close to transit and beautiful Takapuna Beach. The place was tidy, comfortable and we had a beautiful view from the balcony. We used the nicely equipped gym multiple times during our stay and our host was always helpful and responsive. Definitely would come back.

Great location within walking distance to Takapunas local shops and cafes. HUGE bonus was the included car park, and access to the hotels amenities (gym, pool, spa). Room was perfect for a few days with everything needed- not to mention the stunning view over toward Auckland CBD.

This is a great location, with an even better view. We've stayed in this building several times over the last 10 years and the 15th floor views to the South are awesome. It's a typical studio room with a Murphy bed, basic furniture and appliances, the bathroom is very nice and modern, it gets bonus points for having AC (not something that common in NZ).
I'd stay here again if the scheduling works out.

The view from the place is exactly like the photo. You can see the Sky Tower and sea right from the home. The room is also completely soundproof. We didn’t hear any noise during our 9 night stay. Also It’s close to Takapuna Beach, restaurants, and shops. The bus stop to the CBD is just a 1-2 minute walk away. Highly recommend! 👍

This is my second long stay with team EJ at one of their Airbnb rentals, and same experience, smooth easy to follow clear instructions. Quick responses and extremely helpful. The rental itself was in a really unique spot, with awesome views of the city and harbour bridge, and especially in the evening. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Auckland as the location is extremely convenient.

View, comfort, quiet, cleanliness, these were all excellent however the real gem of this place was the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as gym facilities. I do regular strength training using a Smith machine and free weights. When traveling I never expect to find these. Well this location had them, and I used them. Other equipment was also better than normal. The pool was also uniformly shallow enough for doing laps. Finally, the outside deck was well equipped with comfortable chairs. Spent several very pleasant days outside at Sea & City. Oh yes, and the food shops nearby were superb. I don't care much for combo washer/dryers as they never work well. This one at least did dry the clothes but it took about 3 hours. Nothing else was "disliked". Great location.

Stunning views across to the City, well appointed room with balcony, excellent facilities including tennis court, heated pool, spa and gym, which had near new equipment and great range. 5min walk to town, easy to get on motorway and the bonus of having designated parking.

The host of this property responded very quickly to all of my questions and were very helpful! They were very lovely to deal with. This property is in a great location, close to coffee shops and the beach. The only downside is that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep on, however I would still recommend this place to stay!!!!
