Great place, I like how every kitchen item required for cooking was thoughtfully placed and it is really helpful for longer stays. All amenities were available in the house. excellent communication with the team, always responsive. House is on the main road so it is noisy. Heat pump wasn't working when i checked in so the team came to check in on that and gave me portable heaters to use. There were some ants in the living room so the team immediately came in with some ant repellent spray and the issue was resolved right away. Service on behalf of the team was excellent, they work round the clock to serve their guests , I also appreciated that they were very prompt, they went above and beyond to please their guests. Good job team! House was very chic and had everything i needed !

We had a technician come from overseas to instal machinery. He would not drive in NZ. This is close enough to town for him to walk to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It is also very close to the train station. It was ideal for him to have his own space over the 3 week stay.

The place we stayed at was quite good, smaller than imagined but it had everything: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, shampoo etc great for a longer stay.

Looks and feels modern like photos show on Airbnb, unfortunately went to park in 1allocated park Saturday night & someone had parked in park. Contacted host. Airbnb Manager couldn’t come or resolve , had to knock on other apartments to find owner of car . There was another 3 cars parked in front of “no parking tow away” signs making it hard to drive through , we left on Monday and this still wasn’t remedied . Yellow lines on road / no additional parking available and other residents just park in where ever they like. House is modern and furnished well. when paying $200+ for a cleaning fee i would hope cleaners receive this feedback; Two towels with holes in them, bleach marks on set of pillowcases, & marks on bed cover & pillow, Front lawn in courtyard was not mowed. Apart from parking issue everything else was good .

Great place to stay, lovely and clean, easy walk into town centre. Not so good parts- very noisy main road, couldn’t leave windows upstairs open, because of street noise, and no fans or aircon in upstairs bedrooms , so no airflow, making the upstairs very stuffy!

We were in Pukekohe for a family wedding and found this Airbnb to be a perfect spot for our needs. It is relatively new, spacious and well appointed. Having a dedicated parking spot was very useful, while there are plenty of local shops for supplies within 5 minutes walk. The team always responded promptly to any enquiries we had. If you need to stay in Pukekohe, you can't go wrong here.

Great unit, great central location with easy walking distance to centre of Pukekohe and beautifully appointed and furnished. Very modern and comfortable. Hosting team were very responsive. Flip side of great location is that unit is on very busy main road into Pukekohe at bottom of hill - trucks use air breaks as come down hill and unit shakes with all traffic activity. Very noisy.

This was truly a home away from home. Good space for three or four people. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have an extra toilet downstairs. We were attending events in Auckland (Mt Eden), Pukekoke, and Tauranganui. All venues easily accessible from the apartment. Although on a busy street this did not disturb us.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is handy to walk into town & there’s loads of cool bars and restaurants close by. The place itself is spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the styling and vibe of the decor. Comfy beds & clean bathrooms. The only thing we didn’t love was the road noise at night. We had the windows closed and it’s still really noisy. Other than that we had a great stay :)

Negative: I did not like the level of personal information I had to provide to get to rent this property - it was excessive. I would not rent for this outfit again. They seemed to have an automated response to my replies which took little notice of what I'd said.

Terrible location right next to busy road, owners not disclosing this in advertising.. Positive: The inside of the property was lovely and clean with not wanting for anything. Negative: The location of property right next to major road with heavy double trucks, hoon cars, loud motorbikes and traffic constantly on road to the point you need to turn tv up loud to drown out. Dishwasher stopped working due to not being properly maintained. Bed shook waking me up in a fright first night thinking it was earthquake but was from big trucks passing on road.

The accommodation was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The whole house was beautifully clean . The beds were really warm and comfy with a 5 star rating on the pillows. Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean home. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. This property had everything we needed during our stay and the hosts were pleasant and very responsive. Our only issues were someone parking in our allocated carpark once during our 3 night stay and a missing rubbish bin. However, both issues were resolved very fast by the hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay. My only issue was that when we came home in the evening some moron was parked in our allocated parking space. Had to find parking offsite. I was so annoyed by this

The house is warm, clean, quiet, and well equipped. It felt like staying at a hotel! The hosts are extremely quick to respond and gave detailed instructions for checkin and checkout. The TV is very nice and comes with Netflix, and there is a playground just down the street.

Wont be back again. Very beautiful property however. Positive: Tidy Negative: It was extremely hot and noisy being on a busy road. Consider lowering the cost to stay in an uncomfortable place.
