We booked in for a 4 night stay. It was well lit up on arrival and stayed well lit up throughout the night which put my mind at rest for safety. I love that everything was done all online and instructions for entry and dishwasher and anything to do with the house was well communicated. Was very clean and tidy beds were very comfortable bathrooms are like brand new. The best thing is the washing machine is a dryer as well. We didn’t have to worry about going to a laundromat. Overall amazing. Would highly recommend. Thank you for an awesome stay. We will definitely be using you again.

This house is in great location with a park right behind it and not far from downtown Ōtāhuhu or the Otahuhu train station to get into the city centre. The place was clean and comfortable and EJ was very responsive whenever I needed something answered. Highly recommend.

We were visiting from the U.S and let me tell you how great the experience was with Team EJ! We were accommodated to the tea and everything that a hotel doesn’t have they had plus more. The location was perfect as we were close to family and friends and to shopping malls. The air bnb was spotless and had all the utilities we needed. I would like to mention that the backyard definitely needs maintenance as the weeds and grass was very long and one of the beds was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Besides that the stay was perfect as it had everything we needed and our kids felt at home. Thank you for having us.

The location was very convenient to where we wanted to be. The apartment backs onto the Otahuhu Rugby Club so a nice aspect onto the fields with Pukekos walking the fields looking for worms in the morning. Also some days, kids are playing rugby. The weather was cold but the apartment was warm with a heat pump for heating and AC. It has a good layout and is quite new. This would be a five star review but the owner needs to invest in a few things: 1. The back bedroom has a comfortable mattress but you can feel the springs on the one in the front bedroom. Best leave that room for the kids. 2. The surface is coming off the dining table which is covered with mats but should really be fixed or replaced. 3. The fish slice/egg flippers are made of plastic and melted. They should be replaced. Otherwise all good!

We had a lovely stay. The place has lots of space with two bathrooms one ensuite. It was very quiet and cozy. The host had recommendations. We were traveling a lot so needed rest so this place was perfect. I was able to clean up and empty the trash as the bins are right outside. The washer dryer combo is great bonus. They have some spices there and tea and coffee packets. Theres also a rice cooker which i didn't use but found it to be nice. There is also a vacum and ironing board and thank goodness the knives were sharp. I highly recommend to families who want a seperate room from the kids and some overall space. My daughter loved the warm punk blanket and there are plenty of pillows upstairs and downstairs! Thank you for a cozy, lovely stay.

It is exactly as the photos show, and even better. It's full of sunshine almost the whole day with some breeze in the morning and sunset in the late afternoon. The whole house is very new, clean, and has a good view of a big green grassy land. The location is close to KFC and Asian supermarkets, only a 9-minute walk away. We love the house, it's very convenient to go the ambury farm and mini golf and other cool facilities.

The apartment ist nice and make you feel home quickly. It has everything you need for a short stay. The complex is very new, that‘s good. BUT we wouldn‘t recommend it because of two facts: Check-in is 4pm earliest which is very late in my opinion. We’ve been a bit unlucky as the apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm. We had to wait another hour before the cleaning was done. And that was an absolute no go. Second, and most important (!!!) the area is a poor suburb of Auckland. We didin‘t know that before. But we felt very unsafe and luckily we only stayed for two nights to rest from our long distance flight and stayed home most of the time. We did a walk and stopped at on some point, booked an Uber to get home safe. It is very dangerous! It‘s absolutely no area where tourists should be invited to stay!! Don‘t go there.

I primarily chose this AirBnB due to its walking proximity to King's College, where a rugby tournament was being held. It was about a 10 minute walk, which was very convenient. I did rent a car for part of my stay, so having the parking spot was also very convenient. Restaurants were within walking distance. Beds were comfortable, and the entire stay was pleasant. The patch of grass in the yard needed mowing, but as I did not venture out there much, it wasn't an issue other than aesthetics. Communication with the hosts was great- very responsive. All in all, my stay was excellent and I would stay again in the future!

A great and nice place to stay with a small family. It has a nice view of a field with beautiful sunset. Location is great as it is nearby airport and highway. It also has a busstop right outside the premises to bring you to the nearest train station for those who is not driving. It also near to an indoor swimming pool and it is free! Do check it out the facility at Otahuhu Pool and Leisure Centre. Lastly, for muslim traveller, this place is really across a mosque (Jamia Masjid Al-Mustafa).

We stayed 5 nights there, first we experienced difficulties with checking in, then the stove top didn't work, after a few hours talking on the phone with their different team members and sending photos and video etc, finally they got an electrician in, who fixed the cooktop eventually but it took him more than an hour. After that, my finger was cut by the shard of the rim of a glass they provided! After lots of time wasting plus pain, I decided to ask just one night refund, since then no one from their team ever responded me till now, even with the Airbnb involved. One more thing is, a few days after we checked out, they lost the house key and phoned me to find out. This annoyed me as I spoke twice to one of their property managers Ali on site that the key was in the lockbox, we couldn't close it, please make sure you close it before you leave. Obviously he didn't. One word, this is a big team but bad management. I had very bad experience with them, I won't book with them again.
