House Rules

Longer Stays: Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days. Check-In and Check-Out: - Guests to provide expected check-in time - will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests. Guests to provide expected check-out time(latests being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental). Guest must view check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process. Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked. Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval. Carpark(if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time. During Your Stay: Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm. Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building. Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges. Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

Clean house, sufficient heating throughout, ample bath towels, easy checkin & checkout. The alarm went off just as we entered, but thankfully the alarm code was included in the AIRBNB instructions. Low stars on communication due to the poor response on why the internet was not connecting. We arrived on a Thursday & had to follow up with Team EJ 2 days later (Saturday afternoon) to see what's up with the internet. Eventually someone was sent out (thankfully I was home) & the internet issue was resolved. Despite a few minor setbacks, I would stay here again - it was close to where I needed to be & it got the job done. Yes I would recommend this place to others.

Le logement, l’emplacement et la réactivité de la Team EJ sont très bon. Ce logement n’est pas équipé de sèche-linge. Un étendoir d’appoint intérieur serait un plus. Les gestionnaires vont vous demander de sortir les poubelles le dimanche soir et d’envoyer une photo ! A noter que les poubelles étaient déjà pleines des déchets des occupants précédant à notre arrivée. La poubelle ménagère est très sale et malodorante. De mon point de vue, les déchets des occupants précédant devraient être évacués par le service ménager. La Team EJ va vous proposer de payer pour une arrivée ou un départ en dehors des horaires indiqués. Ils m'ont adressé une demande supplémentaire de 25 € pour un dépassement de 10 minutes. Après plusieurs échanges, cette demande a été annulée et ils ont présenté des excuses avec un départ tardif gratuit dans le cas d’une prochaine réservation. Ma note finale générale sera de 4/5 du fait de cette demande qui m’a surprise provoquant des échanges inutiles.

Checked into the alarm going off. Stayed for 90 minutes and booked elsewhere. Within the first hour of being there we had people screaming and fighting outside the front door, car alarms going off, neighbours screaming at eachother. This was in the middle of the afternoon. No privacy, marked walls, holes in walls. Not a good experience.

This property was a nice cosy place in mangere. Close to the airport and the town centre. It was as described and was perfect and enough space for our group of 4. Hosts communicated promptly, and there were nice little addition of amenities to use which was a nice touch. Defs would stay here again.

Spacious & felt like home. The only fault I would give is that the main bedroom (ensuite) the bed was very hard & uncomfortable but other than that everything was a 10/10

The location was perfect for our needs. Other family members were in an adjacent unit making car pooling and getting around Auckland great. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and very happy with this. Spacious house for 3 of us and the only issue was unlocking the front door when we arrived, but eventually got it sorted. Note to self read the instructions lol Thank you

Nous avons bien aimé l’emplacement car proche des sorties pour rejoindre le motorway. Le logement correspondait bien à la description, bon rapport qualité/prix et quartier calme. Par contre il est préférable d’avoir une voiture car il n’y a pas grand chose à faire à Mangere mais proche de Manukau ou Sylvia Park. Nous reviendrons à notre prochain voyage. 😊

Clean and facilities were what you expected. The only minor things that didnt go well was the iron board was broken and the iron needs replacing. However, we had a wonderful time and it was location was greatly appreciated.

This little unit was everything we needed for our group of 3 nice and clean, with lovely amenities, it’s in a quiet area considering there are a lot of units in the street, the unit it self is very quiet too linen,and towels where lovely white and clean the kitchen appliances are beautiful and work wonderfully, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Was able to score a Last minute booking and the place was an exceptional find given the short time notice . Close to the airports easy check in and hosts are quick to respond. Nice place in quiet area. Definitely a place I would book next time I’m in Auckland if available. Thank you Team EJ

EJ’Team have a Beautiful home to offer great view from main bedroom lovely mountain clean and prestige home very safe guarded home with entry exit and alarm close to everything I needed very impressive Very Responsive by message. And explanation on entry and exiting home I am and will be looking forward to using EJ Team again in the near future 👌

30 Ventura Street was a home away from home. We felt right at home, The house is so spacious and everything they listed is accurate. The neighborhood is very peaceful we enjoyed our 10 nights and the house is accessible to motorways -shopping centers . You will not be disappointed . The host was very responsive and they’ let you enjoy their home in peace. Hope to return again soon 🙏🏼
