House Rules

Longer Stays: Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days. Check-In and Check-Out: - Guests to provide expected check-in time - will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests. Guests to provide expected check-out time(latests being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental). Guest must view check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process. Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked. Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval. Carpark(if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time. During Your Stay: Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm. Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building. Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges. Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

The place was so good and spacious for our big family and the location was central to everything! We will definitely be back and recommend to others. The only thing I would say is that the beds in 2 of the rooms were very hard and the internet was a bit slow but other than that it was a great stay for us and lots of room for big families and even had a garage for our car. Also loved how there were 3 toilets. The bathrooms were nice and clean and had everything as well, we loved it! Hosts were awesome too and communicated well with us.

Great place. Small and compact but very neat and had everything we needed for our short stay, including cooking items like cooking oil, food seasonings. Rooms were spacious and clean bathrooms. You may find the downstairs living room and kitchen a bit small if you're going to be staying home most of the time. If you're planning to go out most times, then it is ideal.

The accommodation was really good. Comfortable beds and home was really clean. My family and I enjoyed the stay while we were there. The host was quick to respond to any of our queries. It took us an extra few minutes to get the number pad to display but once we got it it was perfect. The parking area is a bit narrow even though a garage is available. Not a major issue as you can always park adjacent to the unit making sure you don't obstruct other vehicles that need to pass or alternatively you can park on the side of the road outside the property. Will definitely book this property in future if need be

Perfect little gem, booked place to accommodate family from overseas here for a funeral. Rooms were spacious bathrooms very clean and tidy. Garage was an advantage to park car in and not out in driveway. Nice little deck out back that gets full sun most of the day. Living room was alittle small but we didn’t really use it much as we were out and about of the day. Hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with. Love that it was keyless entry so we didn’t have to carry a key around made check in and check out very smooth! Good location for amenities! We will definitely use again!

Beautiful Airbnb perfect for our family of 6. Everything as described. We stayed for two nights - had everything we needed for our trip, the fans upstairs in the rooms were a bonus plus air condition downstairs as it was hot day in Auckland.
