This place was perfect for my family. The space was great, and there were no concerns. Although the tiles and open layout made it a bit cold at night—especially in Auckland—it was good to have electric heaters, which helped maintain a comfortable temperature. The neighbors were friendly, and the area was very quiet. Given the units, I expected to hear some noise, but it was surprisingly peaceful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Found the lock access too complicated. Ants and cockroaches in the kitchen is a no no. I bought fly spray and sprayed in the kitchen. Left some food in the cupboards, and found they were filled with ants the next morning. The stove was also too complicated. There should have been a booklet on how to use the stove. There were 3 bath towels for the 4 guests, there were no tea towels or paper towels in the kitchen.

We booked and checked in through good communication with our hosts. A wonderful home just a street away from my mother's home where we had a urgent family gathering and easy airport access for my daughters flight. A lovely clean home and beds comfortable for good sleep in from traveling. Manawa Bay Mall and Auckland Airport 10mins. Will definitely be keen to stay here again. Great and comfortable place for our small family including 2 small children. Spacious rooms and great that it also had a toilet downstairs. Very clean too. felt private eventhough it was attached to other houses. Great that it included all amenities. Didnt need to pack towels and toiletries. Kitchen also included all utensils to make home cooked meals. Felt right at home. Only wished there was a dryer but otherwise theres a nice washing line right outside which gets heaps of sun. would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great place to stay despite there is no AC in the rooms located in second floor. Host very responsible and quickly share fans. Not the ideal for my family but good enough to enjoy the stay. Very convenient location and quiet neighborhood. The parking space is tricky for large SUV’s but street parking was available and easy to get a spot. It worth the stay overall and we had a great time in NZ.

This spot was perfect to acclimate to the time change for a few nights. Super cozy place for 3 people, I highly recommend staying here. It would even work well for 4-6 people. Host is very responsive, we got to check in a couple of hours early. 10/10

Very handy to the airport - easy to get to and from. No where to park anything other than a small car unless you can find a spot on the street and I'm not sure I'd want to park there overnight as the area is quite run down with a lot of vacant/boarded up houses. Served our purpose for working at the airport. Great communication from Team EJ's.

Great stay, fantastic having 3 bedrooms and toilets . The lounge area was pretty non existent but we were out most of the time . The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful , kitchen area small but perfectly fine.

Very beautiful place. Love the set up. The couch in the living is very old and the table. The bathroom downstairs was clean but smelled. The bedroom was nice and clean but sheets weren’t clean it has stains on them. It also had bed bugs. The garage was too small and the space to enter was too small we can’t fit our car in there. And the next door people parked their cars on the drive way and blocked us the whole time we were there we always have to knocked on the door for them to move their cars so we can have access to the place. The garbage was very full and it’s been sitting on the st and hasn’t been picked up yet so we have to use a big box to collect our trash. But we enjoyed our lil stay. Thank you EJ and your team.

Clean & warm apartment. Perfect for a group or family. We booked two neighbouring apartments for our group. Shared driveway was slightly challenging for our Kia Carnival and Ford Ranger. Smaller vehicles will have no issues parking in the garage or in front of the apartment. All in all, a nice compact space with 3 good sized rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and all the necessities needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Brand new property - comfortable for a family but dinning table is a bit small for a family of 4 who has limited cooking. The garage is very tight. The design of the kitchen and the storage was a bit high for someone who is short like me to grab dishes. I am approx 1.55m Vey clean and quiet place.
