Je déconseille Positive: Le coin spa est bien ainsi que l'emplacement de l‘immeuble Negative: Appartement en général, très poussiéreux, bordélique avec beaucoup trop d'affaires personnelles, j'ai compté 6 ventilateurs pleins de poussière, portes de la machine à laver et sèche linge ne se ferme pas et se trouve en pièce principale. Qu'une seule clef pour accéder à la chambre ou au spa, pas pratique quand on est 3 .. check-in et check-out abusif (4pm et 10am) payant à 50 NZD pour seulement 1h plus tôt alors que les clefs étaient déjà disponibles... second lit dans le salon pas confortable ni esthétique.. pas de balcon on étouffe... pas si luxe que son titre. Et tres chère pour ce qu'il est est. bref on a pas vraiment pas aimé. A fuir

Really loved staying here as a mini Auckland staycation! Great location, amenities were awesome, I felt right at home away from home. Spacious and such a convenient location near countdown, and viaduct restaurants. The area itself felt safe wasn’t noisy and we loved going for a swim, spa and sauna in winter. We worked remotely too and having long extension cords around made life easy. Having the tv and couch for cozy nights in was great. Having a parking spot included was a big win and convenient too. Hosts were also quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We loved our recent stay. The communication was amazing and the apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were lovely too. We liked that we had options to just walk to the restaurants nearby or across the foot bridge and be in the heart of the city. Everything was an easy walk and so much to see along the way. Neighbourhood is superb, Appartement very nice. The property does come with a lot of rules though and it tends to be quite noisy in the early mornings with maintenance works going on.

Would not stay here in the current state of apartment Positive: Location was great easy access to the waterfront and city Negative: The property is in need of a make over The kitchen cabinets are all swollen the dishwasher is bowing out The bathroom has areas of permanent mold and the cabinets are swollen There is no aircon and the unit gets afternoon sun which turns it into an absolute oven even using all the fans and closing the blinds We had to clean the unit has every surface was thick with dust

I feel the place is better suited to someone with no kids. If you are happy and comfortable to be surrounded by windows; this place is for you. We didn’t realise the lack of privacy it provided due to the large windows. The blind chains aren’t screwed to the wall which makes it a strangulation risk for toddlers. The place doesn’t have aircon; only Dyson fans. The place was incredibly hot and uncomfortable the first day due to the temperature that day. The place has everything you need. The hosts were responsive. Overall best suited to people with no kids.

The check in instructions were very well done, and easy to follow. The location was amazing, very central and walkable. The actual apartment was very neat and tidy and was equip with all your basic necessities which was super helpful. Completely on us and not the hosts (was on their listing no AC) but apartment was an absolute sauna during the days. We made sure we didn't arrive back before 9pm as heat was unbearable. We would definitely return during the winter months. Hosts were extremely responsive as well

This is a beautiful flat in a very private and safe setting. Easily walkable to the viaduct and CBD, and lots of restaurants/cafes nearby, plus 2 food shops just outside. The host provided lots of amenities, and we were very comfortable.

We throughly enjoyed our short stay. The apartment is located at the viaduct and very convenient. It was within walling distance to great restaurants and the downtown area. The walks were lovely. We felt safe and secure in the apartment and we particularly appreciated the secure car parking. The accommodation was neat and clean with everything we needed for our stay. We stayed over for 2 nights. The best part was the sliding doors that really opened up the house. It was a beautiful view of the front courtyard. The hot tub was particularly our favourite part as it was relaxing and enjoyable till late night. Definitely a great place to stay in!

Great 1 bdrm with an extra bed in the indoor outdoor area. Good for 2 to 4 people. Everything we needed was there. Parking was such a bonus. The instructions for pick up of the key, where to park and where to access the room was well done. Pool and spa was exceptional. The Wynard Quarter is a great location. The apartment is not that accessible for less abled people. You have to go up and downs stairs from the car park to the building. It's not too bad but we had our disabled daughter with us so we had to lift her up and downstairs. We didn't ask when we booked and we managed just the same. All in all with parking, the place is good value for money, Netflix and all that comes with a Smart LG T.V A good host, great spot. One recommendation ..... better blinds. But we think your place is great. Thanks for the stay.

Awesome location close to all that the Wynyard quarter and viaduct has to offer. Walkable to so much but not noisy (aside from a building site opposite which is temporary and can’t be helped). The place was clean enough though not spotless. It stayed pretty warm and there were heaters for when the temp dropped at night. key pick up was close to the apartment and easy (not the escape room routine at the other end of town that you get with a lot of places) However, I would definitely not recommend this place for more than 2 people or if you need to use both beds. The bed in the lounge is very uncomfortable and there are no curtains (just mesh blinds) so it is too light for sleeping and lacks privacy to the outside. This made it expensive for what it was (I.e only really suitable for a couple).

Love the country and this location made it so much better , very close to night life and plenty of nice places to eat - Positive: The property was exactly as they explain , clean , neat and all the basic amenities that you need to have a great holiday . For the price that we paid we expected much more. Cleanliness was not upto standards. In addition to general wear and tear we found hair, sock, cigarette wrapper and dust bunnies. The second bed is extremely uncomfortable. Even though we travelled in March, the room heats up quite quickly whenever sun comes out. There is a massive construction side near by, which is very noisy. When we mentioned this to team they first said that they weren't aware of any construction works near by, however later they said that construction side was indicated in one of the photos... In short - there are several hotels near by with cheaper price and that offer more value. Because of places like this, I don't think I will be using air bnb again.

The property owner needs to install air conditioning / heat pump. We stayed in summer and the apartment faces west with floor to ceiling glass. It was very unpleasant so we tried to arrange to be out of the apartment from lunchtime to 8pm. Really uncomfortable. The freezer was all iced up and couldn't be used for the stay. The keylock needed fixing as it was very difficult to unlock the door. There was only one key for the apartment so i had to coordinate to meet my daughter every time one of us was coming or going (we were on different schedules) Positives were the pool and sauna. The apartment location was also great.

Stayed for 2 nights, had a great time with family. The hosts were communicating with us via messages throughout our stay just to be make sure our stay was to our liking, while at the same time giving us space. Positive: La localisation sur le port d’Auckland Negative: Les vis à vis avec tous les autres appartements. La clé, une seule pour 3 personnes et en plus elle fonctionne très mal. Un feu ne fonctionne plus sur la plaque. La machine à laver le linge rend l’âme. La cuvette des toilettes n’est pas adaptée, les patères du papier toilette ne tient pas, le frigo était complètement givré car ils ont remplacé un compartiment plastique qui bloquait la porte… et des qu’il y a du soleil l’appartement est intenable l’après midi .. il manque une climatisation.

Easy check in by picking up keys from the store just opposite the apartment. Communication with the management is good. The apartment was super hot the moment we entered the room, north facing windows with no aircon in the summer days can be like sauna. Asked for a second portable fan which arrived after a day which was helpful. Apartment is basic with most amenities provided. Pros: - location (supermarket just opposite, near to the harbour, restaurants etc). - free underground carpark - heated pool - cooking facilities Cons - can be quite hot in the summer - roll down blinds in the living room (where the second bed is ) doesn’t block out much sun and light - safety issue for the young kids (bedroom glass window can be opened but kids can easily crawl out from the bottom if unsupervised) - not flexible with cancellation (even if done early) Overall a good stay in a nice area, but probably not super ideal with young kids (bedroom window safety, no blockout blind)

Séjour de 2 nuits qui s'est déroulé sans grande difficulté. A préciser tout de même pour d'autres voyageurs véhiculés, que le petit bip pour accéder au parking fonctionne pour le deuxième récepteur du parking et non celui du haut qui donne accès aux véhicules dont les logements sont du côté de la Marina. Impeccable pour un court séjour, les photos sont conformes. La piscine intérieure, la salle de sport, le parking et la bonne literie sont réellement très appréciables. Il manquait juste un accessoire dans la douche pour y déposer les produits d'hygiène de bain. La réactivité de l'équipe contactée un dimanche après-midi est également un plus car nous avons eu du mal avec l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée de l'appartement, et rapidement nous avons eu un retour. Bon logement situé près du quai avec des commodités juste à proximité...restaurants et commerces.

Nice place. Good location. Was our fault but locked out keys in a few hours after checking in. Good communication to get sorted $115 to get opened seemed steep. . Surely I’m not the first one to lock their keys in so surely there should be a better plan to help guests rather that getting the “lock man” out. It’s a reminder why air bnb has its downsides over motels where this would have been sorted in about 2 minutes.

There is a bit to learn for the team here about instructions and ease of access. If u have a lot of bags this place is not suitable imo. you have to lug your cases up and down stairs to access the apartment complex then again for the lift. key is not on site either it's about 500mtrs down the road. if u arrive late it's dark and the complex is big. ended up having to get a local to help. the team did answer the phone well though the room was ok location good.

Found it a bit hard to find the room after we had parked up, need better instructions on finding the room and which side it’s on. The key to the door needs fixing every time we came back to the room we had to fiddle with the key to finally unlocking the door which was annoying. Room had a weird smell to it, we tried getting rid of the smell but didn’t seem to go away. Might need some new couches and cushions because they are still stained. Will be keen to stay here again if they fix the door, the smell and get some new couches.
